Montez Freeman: Came to this location 25 minutes before closing. As I was walking up to the door associate locked door then walked away. When advised that the closing time was 5pm and asked why was the store closing early associate interest sayd had a family concern. Which is totally fine. Associate asks what is going on with phone, I advise that the phone keeps saying sign in to network. But he then said he already logged out of everything.....I asked for his name and he refuse to provide it. Then I asked for the manager, he says he is the manager. BUT still refused to provide name. Associate/Manager is still in the building and has been for the last 30 min. But Advise that he needed to leave for an emergency.HORRIBLE SERVICE.....

J P: T-Mobile - 603 e has always been there for me it is where I bought my first phone and they give great service. Today I went in with some major concerns about my gb. My phone has been acting up. I didn't know that I was eligible for a new free phone. And more gb's. Demi helped me out significantly today. Nick did too. They were patient, professional, and very respectful. Luckily I was able to have all their attention😄. I would highly recommend this T-Mobile to anyone I meet.

I don't trust a company that acts like there is a secret room where they can go and hide from the customers especially when asking for our unlock codes for phones. That is totally a no no.They charged my card for a deductible for a replacement phone then told me they couldn't replace the phone because it isn't in service. Well what about the three times I came in to get it replaced while it was in service??? Waiting to see if the charge falls away on my account. I'll be calling the company directly about the lack of attention to insurance service for all I pay for it!!!Crazy smokescreen scams going on at this place. The manager gives condescending short answers to the customers and doesn't get anything done. Paycheck employee only so he can tell the ladies he's a manager. Wake up guy!

Alana Bahri: This store is extremely professional and the staff are so friendly with customers. Any questions I had about my purchase was answered and taken care of without hesitation. I purchased a new phone and had no problems at all. Very smooth transaction. Noura especially did really well. She was very professional and knew what she was doing and how to help me.

a: My complaint is not with t-mobile itself, since they did correct my original issue, but my complaint is with the specific employee I encountered at this location. I had ordered the wrong phone through the t mobile app, and was told by a t-mobile representative that I could return the phone in store. As soon as I received the phone, i brought it in to this t-mobile location where an unmarked employee emerged from the back and immediately said he could not return the phone in store. He made no attempt to get my information, to see what’s going on, OR to see if he could help. He mumbled that I needed to call some random number and mail the phone back, and basically rushed me out of the store by constantly asking me “did you need anything else?????” like he even attempted to fix my problem to begin with!! extremely rude and unprofessional. i didn’t get his name because again, he had no name tag or any indication that he even worked in this store. After I was so rudely rushed out without being helped, i immediately got on the phone with t-mobile who confirmed that YES, I DO NEED TO BRING THE PHONE INTO THE STORE TO RETURN IT!!! I went to the very next t-mobile store I could find and was actually treated with respect!! I was immediately assisted, returned my phone and walked out with a brand new iphone 14 pro max. I am extremely disappointed in the awful hiring choice at this location. do better, t-mobile! all of your employees need to be on the same page!

Might I also add that the employee who "helped" us was also sending whatsapps on his phone whilst we had to struggle to find the zip code. Ridiculous.

I told them I didn't want the watch I was told I could not return it, even though I hadn't even touched the watch. I was told they took off the $10 charge. When I was able to see my bill I was still charged $5 per month plus another $18 something. Not happy. Restocking fees are outrageous, which is a store policy not T mobile policy. I cancelled my service within 11 days. They forgot to cancel the service on the watch and I had to call T mobile and get that cancelled after I was billed. Not good Custer care at this store.

Maruf Miah: Recently, while visiting this Verizon TCC location, I noticed that the sales associate and manager are very unprofessional. They create their own policies in order to make a sale to a customer. The information provided to us regarding the store's cellphone insurance policy was initially communicated as a requirement for 6 months when purchasing a cellular device. Later, we were told that it was only mandatory for a 3-month period or they will not be able to make the sale of a phone to us. Therefore, we left as this left us questioning the credibility of the store policies. We later went to another TCC retailer at 15 and Vandyke, we found no indication of these mandatory fraudulent “policies”.Reply Edit: there’s a difference between recommending insurance and telling a customer a sale will not be made unless a phone is insured. There is nothing to be misunderstood here. There is a reason why a sale was not made upon my visit. Your reply is just as pathetic as the sales associates and managers representing this location.
