Raham: The guy that works there was very unprofessional. He was talking to us while FaceTiming. At the end, my issue was not resolved.
Syed Rahman: One guy there was very rude. I don't know his name. As soon I entered the store he signed me in and took care of 2 customers who came after me.I was very upset and he was looking at my face walking around and that was making me more upset. I have one extra star because the other guy took proper care of me.
Lamiah Rahman: Andre Cusumano is a great manager and customer services is super.
Bonnie Bostelman (Bon): Store was closed at 2:30 pm on December 30,2022 and all the lights were on plus shutters were partially closed. I think the person working was sitting out in his truck having a cigarette
Sai Ghantasala: I waited 40 minutes today and no one helped and I left. I waited until the worker was free and she discussed with a coworker that we were next but went and was talking to and helping another group that was already with a worker and we’re already being helped while we had been waiting for 40 minutes!
Saif Qays: The store hours from 11 AM to 6 PM . I went there at 12 pm they’re not open yet !!!

Simon Anderson: I went in to see if the incentives were good for me. The sales person pushed different things on my that I told him I didn't won't. He then proceeded to ask for my credit score and try and set up an account when I didn't ask for it. When I said no thank you, he called me rude and yelled sarcastic comments at me while I walked out the door. Customer service is a joke.

Emma Avis: The manager Steve was exceptional with his ability to help me through every step through the process of getting a new phone, setting it up, transferring a phone number, getting a new number etc. He went above and beyond to help me. Was extremely polite and patient. I didn’t have to wait long at all any time I’ve been in the store. 10/10 would recommend.

He is kind and very outspoken, definitely has my and my family’s trust. We upgraded our 4 phones and he made the process very easy and smooth, while letting us know on the best deals for our money’s worth. You can’t go wrong choosing this AT&T store.

Made me and my brothers day go from stressful to happy in a matter of minutes(: He did everything in his power to help us out with a great deal when any other phone company would’ve charged us high prices plus we would’ve lost our phones, i 100% recommend this location and definitely ask for steve!
Hill PTO: After years of spending hours at AT&T corporate stores, I started going here, they have helped us add lines/upgrade phones probably 4 or 5 times and every experience has been 100% positive. I usually deal with Steve, who is knowledgable and always help us find the right products to meet our needs. He will review our plan to ensure we are getting the most for our money. Fingers crossed, I never have to go to a corporate store again.

Gino: Steve the manager is very rude and un-helpful. He tried to charge my Father for a sim card that should be free or that he needed to buy a whole new phone if he wanted a sim card. I would stay away from this location and Steve the store manager.
Robert Corr: The store representative Steve was outstanding. He was articulate, knowledgeable, and fast. He took care of all my needs and I was able to exchange my iPhone 12 for a Samsung Galaxy S21 plus . The whole visit was very satisfying and I am very pleased with my AT&T service. Unfortunately your 1 880 ATT 2020 Support line has a terrible voice response uni. I have had extreme difficulty getting the VRU to direct me to the proper location. About 3 out of 4 times it wants to send me to your 3rd party warnis your 3rd party warranty And damage company. That is not where I want to go. I want cell phone support and sometimes it will direct me to a representative and sometimes it will not. You definitely need to work on the voice response unit at 1 800 ATT 2020

Connor Beets: Got my Samsung galaxy s10e LCD replaced and the adhesive they use keeps separating from the body as im able to fit my fingernail between both the screen and backplate in certain corners, im not saying they are or aren't at fault but its definitely something to think or ask about.
