Village Jeep: Following a power outage, BCS was able to locate and replace some failed computer equipment for us in a matter of hours. Excellent response and we highly recommend them. James is an asset to the team.

Maja Udicki: As a company we were not satisfied with the services BCS offered. They are very expensive and did not provide good technical support. On more then one occasion, we called (and were charged for the phone call) with an issue that was not corrected and then had to hire another tech company to fix the problem. More economical solutions were only presented after our intention to have other companies quote our telecommunication services were made. Lastly, when we did not renew, information on how to properly disconnect from the companies that BCS had subscribed us to were not shared and we are left paying for things that were discussed with BCS on our behalf but never conveyed to us. Very unprofessional.
Donna Klebba: James in the IT department was a pleasure to work with. He is a true asset to our company.

John Warner: I did a Comcast move/install on 1/19/23 for cable tv (3 boxes), internet and home phone. The Tech said he couldn't install a cable line in the family room I wanted run from the attic down the outside of the wall to the tv. He suggested going with a wireless cable box. I decided to go with 3 wireless boxes but tech didn't have those in his truck. I took the 3 new wired boxes to the Xfinity store to swap for 3 wireless boxes. Nick Alarcon, Sales Consultant, did the swap for me and answered several of my questions. He also gave me his business card with his cell phone number, in case I had more questions.
LanceCarol Calendar: After many frustrating phone calls to Xfinity/Comcast I decided to go to a store. I didn't wait long for Fred, from this location, to assist! #Blownaway by his professionalism, courtesy and EFFECTIVENESS! I had questions about every service - modems, channels, mobile phone, security, etc. Not only were the answers understandable I was able to reduce my bill by over $50 a month! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Xfinity location to anyone frustrated with their Internet and Streaming Services!!!

They are the only reason why I am staying with Xfinity. I had been having issue with Xfinity for a month now. They were able to help me and did it with a smile. Even stayed late to help. THAT IS AMAZING COSTUMER SERVICE! SO GIVE THEM A RAISE or a BONUS bc they saved Xfinity from losing a few costumers.

Athra Jaio: I went there and tried to repair my niece ipad was all smashed and bent frame, i went to other 4 repair places everyone told me can’t be fixed it’s broken and trash, but at FWZ repair center they told me they can fix the frame and screen and bored issues now it looks like brand new and works great. Best wholesale and Repair store for all wireless services needs, i definitely Recommend this location on 15 & mound.
