Denise Asbury: They told me I would get a free watch then told me there would be a $10 a month charge. I told them I didn't want the watch I was told I could not return it, even though I hadn't even touched the watch. I was told they took off the $10 charge. When I was able to see my bill I was still charged $5 per month plus another $18 something. Not happy. Restocking fees are outrageous, which is a store policy not T mobile policy. I cancelled my service within 11 days. They forgot to cancel the service on the watch and I had to call T mobile and get that cancelled after I was billed. Not good Custer care at this store.

vipul patel: These people trap you. Don't ever go to this location. Particularly Baseem is done fraud to me. I went for T-mobile Tuesday deal and Baseem try to convince me for different different things to enroll and buy. And when I left store suddenly McAfee security account activated for 5$ a month. So be careful everyone for this type of scams. I don't have choice for zero star that's why I gave 1 star.

jams night: Omg these two helpful people did a wonder job putting a really good deal attitude was great professional couldn't ask for a better staff.
Alana Bahri: This store is extremely professional and the staff are so friendly with customers. Any questions I had about my purchase was answered and taken care of without hesitation. I purchased a new phone and had no problems at all. Very smooth transaction. Noura especially did really well. She was very professional and knew what she was doing and how to help me.
Ashley Samona: I recently came into this store and I had a couple questions about switching from my current phone carrier. A big shout out to Noura for helping me and answering all my questions! Super lovely lady, and all the staff were great!
Sherif Fayez: Noura had an attitude for absolutely no reason, she also tried to add Apple care on my phone without me knowing, I called her out on it and left to another actual T-Mobile store, this store is a 3rd party and that’s why they can do non ethical things like add apple care without you asking or even knowing.

a: My complaint is not with t-mobile itself, since they did correct my original issue, but my complaint is with the specific employee I encountered at this location. I had ordered the wrong phone through the t mobile app, and was told by a t-mobile representative that I could return the phone in store. As soon as I received the phone, i brought it in to this t-mobile location where an unmarked employee emerged from the back and immediately said he could not return the phone in store. He made no attempt to get my information, to see what’s going on, OR to see if he could help. He mumbled that I needed to call some random number and mail the phone back, and basically rushed me out of the store by constantly asking me “did you need anything else?????” like he even attempted to fix my problem to begin with!! extremely rude and unprofessional. i didn’t get his name because again, he had no name tag or any indication that he even worked in this store. After I was so rudely rushed out without being helped, i immediately got on the phone with t-mobile who confirmed that YES, I DO NEED TO BRING THE PHONE INTO THE STORE TO RETURN IT!!! I went to the very next t-mobile store I could find and was actually treated with respect!! I was immediately assisted, returned my phone and walked out with a brand new iphone 14 pro max. I am extremely disappointed in the awful hiring choice at this location. do better, t-mobile! all of your employees need to be on the same page!
Shirnile Johnson: I've had the best customer experience with Jacob and Angelo at the T-mobile store on Van Dyke in Sterling Heights, Mi. They were so helpful and knowledgeable of all the products . They also had the upmost patients with me deciding on which phone to get. They are a GREAT ASSET TO T-MOBILE and not to mention the are extremely handsome 😍

Laura Caldwell: Serious lack of service from the employees. We walked in and waited how long for someone to come out the back to assist us. All we wanted was a Sim card. Your employee couldn't even assist us with a zip code which is the same as your shops zip code as we are just up the road. The whole reason for purchasing the Sim card is because it costs a fortune for roaming which we anyway had to activate because we couldn't even get assistance with a zip code which we share with your store. Might I also add that the employee who "helped" us was also sending whatsapps on his phone whilst we had to struggle to find the zip code. Ridiculous.

I told the guy that was helping me I had pretty bad credit and my husband has none the guy instantly gave us a snooty oh then as he ran my credit his eyes got wide and the expression he was making just instantly made me feel so uncomfortable and judge I looked at my husband with a look of me just desperately wanting to just turn around and leave and the guy at the counter starts saying stuff about the way I looked at my husband.. I will NEVER visit this place again.

Montez Freeman: Came to this location 25 minutes before closing. As I was walking up to the door associate locked door then walked away. When advised that the closing time was 5pm and asked why was the store closing early associate interest sayd had a family concern. Which is totally fine. Associate asks what is going on with phone, I advise that the phone keeps saying sign in to network. But he then said he already logged out of everything.....I asked for his name and he refuse to provide it. Then I asked for the manager, he says he is the manager. BUT still refused to provide name. Associate/Manager is still in the building and has been for the last 30 min. But Advise that he needed to leave for an emergency.HORRIBLE SERVICE.....

J P: T-Mobile - 603 e has always been there for me it is where I bought my first phone and they give great service. Today I went in with some major concerns about my gb. My phone has been acting up. I didn't know that I was eligible for a new free phone. And more gb's. Demi helped me out significantly today. Nick did too. They were patient, professional, and very respectful. Luckily I was able to have all their attention😄. I would highly recommend this T-Mobile to anyone I meet.

T-Mobile you have an extremely valuable employee with Demi and I would be more than glad to refer her to anyone that I know who is in the market for a new phone/provider.

Chris Brown: Came into this store yesterday because I was bored and wanted a new iPhone lol..Demi reserved my iPhone 12 pro for me so when I got into the store she had it waiting for me! Demi was very helpful and offered additional assistance. She also told me exactly how much I gotta pay for all the lines on the account! I recommend everyone to come here and get lines, phones, etc. Store is very discreet so I was in and out in 40 mins or less! Thank you Demi again and I'm coming back for the sports channel package!
