Steven Verbeke: If i could give zero stars i would, I took my car in for an oil change and my car was returned to me and the entire cluster screen was completely blacked out and nothing works anymore, the customer service was horrible and nobody was willing to help me out, except to charge me $200 and wanting me to leave with my car broken or pay for them to fix what they ruined during a simple oil change! I would never recommend anyone to go here, do not waste your money or your time! Not worth it!

Charlie Lozada: Let me start by saying that I was dreading calling Car dealers for I know with my past experience that normally they are disinterested talking over the phone for they rather talk to someone in person to make sure you are indeed a potential buyer. Not John J. from Golling Alfa Romeo FIAT. He took time to listen to my situation about my older SUV and my intentions of checking out the vehicle that they have that I’m interested in. Gave me an appointment on a Saturday and promised to see what he can do.Saturday came and of course I’m running late, called Golling and a man named David assured me that it’s perfectly fine and will inform John about it.They were ready and professional, have everything ready, the car I will test drive, as well as instructions on what will be needed while he let the Finance/trade in assessment person (which I think is David) do his thing. Not very long they made an offer to my car, I told them if they can make a better deal, and with a smile, David just gave John a thumbs up and we are good to go.Even when closing the deal, David talked about extended warranties, which I know they will for it’s part of their job. He hasn’t finished reviewing it, I told him I will pass on offers, which he was so nice to say, I understand, and did not push me to purchase one which is one of my fears for it’s sometimes hard for me to say no. He even worked on finding a bank that will give me a lower rate and I indeed got a lower monthly than initially expecting.I honestly believe that the people that work there love what they are doing, possibly because the owner treats them very well, which I also send kudos for indeed it starts with the owner.I can go on and on about my great experience, but you have to experience them yourself. If only I can talk to the owner, I will thank him personally for having a team like his, for they treat people very well.Thank you again for the wonderful car buying experience !

Aldo: I came all the way from Toronto to purchase my vehicle at the Windsor dealership. Kevin Woods made my experience in purchasing my Alfa very pleasant. He was upfront and honest. He was quick to answer any questions I had about the vehicle and process even after hours. I never once felt pressured during the process. I have purchased many vehicles in the past and for the first time drove my new automobile off the lot with a full tank of gas. Really great customer service. It’s really worth the drive to Windsor from wherever you are to buy any one of their vehicles.

K Schroeder: Jenny Bagnasco provided the BEST SALES SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED over 35 years of vehicle purchases! I was searching for a Jeep with an option that was just discontinued. Local dealers only searched within a 'trade with another' radius for me, telling me there were NONE available anymore, and 'conveniently' didn't suggest that I call further out of state... which I thought to do on my own. Most dealers I then called either blew me off or didn't get back to me as they didn't have the model I wanted and weren't willing to spend any time helping me acquire one. Then I called GCDJROR. They unfortunately did not have one either however just when I was about to give up Jenny offered to do a nation wide dealer inventory search and actually found several 'needles in the haystack'! They were too far for them to bring into their dealership so I did end up buying elsewhere, but still was amazed by the friendly understanding & assistance Jenny provided. You just darn near NEVER find consideration like this anymore from a salesperson! If you're shopping for one of the makes this dealer sells definitely call and make an appointment with Jenny! Thank you again :)
Don Cenkner: Had to take my Jeep Grand Cherokee in for a brake light recall. Needed to flash the computer with an update. My service advisor, Mike Weinstein, was, thankfully, very accommodating to make sure my vehicle was carefully handled (as I am very particular about door dings, keeping it clean etc) by the service technicians. Got it done in less than an hour and I was on my way. I've had many good encounters with Golling over the past 15 years. Thanks Mike!

(Only had 27,000 miles on it). When I originally dropped the Jeep off at the dealership, I asked them to do a 5 tire (include the spare) rotation also. When I picked it up today, I confirmed with Mike that the 5 tire rotation had been done before I paid the $30. When I went out to the Jeep, I noticed that the spare tire on the back had never been taken off the Jeep. (I took a photo of it before I dropped it off) I went back into the dealership and asked Mike for my money back. He asked me if it was ok that he send me a refund check in the mail. I said, "Absolutely not!" I wanted my refund in cash. The same way I had paid them. With no hesitation, Mike refunded me the $30 in cash. I totally understand that the engine replacement was not the dealerships fault, but this sort of treatment is 100% their fault!! My only advice is to stay as far away from this dealership as you possibly can unless, of course, you love being lied to and enjoy paying for services you never received.

Had to get Chrysler Care involved just to get updates.This dealership and team takes no pride in their word to customers, are terrible with communication, and very clearly cannot prioritize. At this point there is no merit in their promises and after 3 months still don’t know when the our truck with be completed. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a dealership.we are now 5 days past the absolute latest promised date the vehicle would be completed. No accountability at this dealership. Would give zero stars if I could.

Benjamin Paxton: I've been to the service center twice because I got free oil chances when I bought my truck. The first time the guy who took my keys was on the phone and didn't get off the phone the ENTIRE TIME I was waiting for my truck. When my truck was done he called me over and STILL didn't get off the phone, just handed me my keys and nodded, that's it.The second time I made an appointment and when I arrive I was told there were people in line before me who had walked in. Why did I bother making an appointment at 10 when I could just show up at 8AM and get in the front of the line? This place is so bad that I won't be returning for my third free oil change. I'd rather pay full price at a different shop than deal with the lack of service at this place.
Evin D: April 5th, I reached out to Shawn Williams explaining I was interested in a 2023 Bronco. We made an appointment for 4/8/2023 11am. My mother and I arrived at 11:08AM, Shawn greeted us (very kind young man). The dealership was empty, we were the only customer there so that kind of alarmed me a bit. Shawn went to retrieve the Bronco for us to test drive and he mentioned that the vehicle only had one mile to empty and he needed to get gas. Took him about 10 minutes to do that. Test drove the Bronco, didn't like it wanted to try more options. I mentioned the Ford Flex and Ford Edge. Shawn spoke with his manager and the manager (do not know his name but had red hair, tall Caucasian male). Shawn mentioned he had a 2021 CPO Ford Edge with 26,000 miles. I asked about the price he said around the price range you were looking around $30,000. So we went out to test drive the car and I was looking in the back seat along with Shawn and I asked again what is the price? He mentioned around $30,000. So I already knew what was going on. We test drove the car, smelled just woman's perfume like they didn't even clean out the car before letting me test drive it. Came back from the test drive and I said to Shawn, "I feel like your manager is playing in my face with the price." He said "How so, what do you mean?". I said if I was willing to pay around $30,000 for a brand new Bronco Sport, why would I pay around $30,000 for a used 2021 Ford Edge, I'm just saying." Shawn said he understood. My Mom and I sat back down in Shawn's office and my mom and I decided we had seen enough and we were getting ready to get up and leave. Shawn mentioned, "Can my manager come over and introduce himself really quickly?" We said of course. Don't know the conversation Shawn had with the manager but Shawn came back and said Thank you ladies, have a great day. So I guess two black women weren't good enough to be greeted since we weren't spending money. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Shawn was sweet and did the best he could with the tools he had.

Floyd Branch: Over four hour wait for their bank. Car was not fully cleaned even after that 4 hour wait. I said no to the " free " oil changes. Charged $200 for them. The car was almost 4200 miles OVER the advertised mileage and was told the car would reflect that on a price drop. It did not. I called two days ago to request a conversation to correct all of this. I was told the sales manager would call me after I got a call from the finance manager AFTER I called four times over the course of two weeks. It has been ten days and still not a single call back. I was told GAP insurance would also be free and was charged for it. I was told I would be given a full tank of gas for my wait, it was at a quarter tank. I'm beyond frustrated with this situation.

Chris Spieth: Was emailing a salesman about a vehicle on Wednesday and set an appointment up to look at it on Saturday. I specifically told him we lived 3 hours away. Saturday my wife and I showed up to test drive only to find out that the wheels were stolen Thursday night and wouldn't be ready to c til the following Wednesday. The guy could have emailed me and said something but instead nothing. Thanks for the waste of time
Aprille Hearst: I took my car in for service in January and my experience there was horrible. I won't go into detail about what happened because its too much to write. Just know that the mechanics at this establishment don't know what their doing. If I could rate zero I would. I will never take my car back there to get serviced. I could have been in a serious accident because they failed at doing their job. As for the manager Kevin he must be intimidated by black women. Instead of coming to talk to me about my vehicle he sent a black woman to talk to me. I found that to be hilarious. I would suggest you find another Ford dealership to take your car to. BEWARE!!!
Sanibelle Roze: Called to make a complaint about an employee who was making serious threats to a customer on his personal social media, because after seeing that I would never feel safe purchasing a car from this location ! The manager even went as far as to pretend the call was dropped and hang up on me. Extremely unprofessional and shows her character as well, as she condones this type of behavior from her employees. I’m now getting calls from a blocked number that I can’t help but to think could be the mentally unstable employee! Awful experience that could have been handled way better by everyone involved considering we are all supposed to be professional adults. Update, I received several hate messages via social media as well as voicemail threats from the employee and his spouse!
