Upon checking in after a 12 hour drive, I was informed that there were in pets aloud and they did not serve breakfast anymore. So were do leave my dog and now have to search for a place to eat before I do my business in town. Terry Pack: I very nice hotel that I stay at during the week because I live out of the area but work in the area. The manager has been very fair with me and I cannot say enough good things about her except to say that she runs a very good hotel that is worth spending the night if you are in the area and need a place to stay. Since I am in a different room every week, I can say that most of the rooms I have stayed in have a bathroom that has a wall mount handheld shower head. This is something that you don't see in most hotels and it means that you can take the showerhead off the wall and wash yourself better than a showerhead that is just wall mounted. The hotel has 4 floors and there are 3 icemakers. The only floor that doesn't have one is the 2nd floor. So, you really don't have to go far for ice. The breakfast is a typical free hotel breakfast that will fill your stomach. You can get a waffle, eggs, sausage or bacon (depending on the day), yogurt, cereal, muffins, coffee, tea, orange juice, the list goes on. There is also a free USA Today if you like reading a newspaper. Also, there is a workout room for you to workout if this is important to you. Kudos to the manager, her front desk people, the people who clean the rooms, and the maintenance people for making my stay the reason why I keep coming back to my home away from home.

Jo Singleton: We got a handicap assessable room it was disgusting. The room has mold, water damage, and the floors were so dirty!!!!! Our room key constantly doesn’t work. What’s scarier is that when you go to the desk to get a new key they don’t ask for ID or a name for who’s in the room, they just give you a new key. This is our third and LAST time staying at a Days Inn. We’ve stayed at 2 separate locations in the Detroit area while visiting in-laws. Both were terrible. We thought if we went further out they would be better. Wyndham should be ashamed having this location under their brand.

Jonas Marshall: I booked at this hotel because I was from out of town. I was allowed to book with my temporary papers with my face on it as well. I had an amazing stay. So I rebooked the hotel for a later date. They claim they can't take it and turned me away. I was stuck with nowhere to go and have to wait since I booked through a third party to get my money back.The room was renovated and I can say I had no problems with the room.

It took my money and the person at the front desk walked away in the middle of the complaint. This place is trashed and if it had an inspection it would be shut down.

Mark Thompson: This hotel should be torn down and rebuilt. The place says smoke free however hallways smell like a 90s dive bar. The floors are uneven and move under your feet. The floors in the room are the same. The room was 80% clean and the bed was the best feature of the whole room and stay. It was not worth $70 for the night I stayed there. Molly Percet: NEVER will I stay with this brand of a hotel ever again—the worst hotel experience of my life. I felt so UNSAFE. If you are a woman traveling alone, DO NOT stay here.I booked this room through hotwire because of the lower rate. There was a mix-up with the name on my reservation which complicated check-in. This was not the hotel's fault. However, the way the hotel handled it was horrible.I don't know if the manager was new, but she was pretty useless. I don't know if the hotel has a general policy of lousy customer service or just bias towards specific customers.Hotwire corrected the reservation issue fairly quickly, and I finally got to my room. A strange person walks straight into my room twice within 5 minutes using the keycard. I called the front desk to discuss my safety and the lackluster customer service. Next, I spoke to the manager, Heather Sancrowicz, and again she was useless.The manager told me the only people with master keys to the room were hotel staff, but her staff wouldn't enter my room unannounced. So, if it wasn't hotel staff who entered my room twice?After my complaint, the front desk started calling my room every 15 minutes, allowing the phone to ring only once before hanging up. At this point, I unplugged the phone, put the extra locks on my door, and pushed the recliner seat against the door till I checked out. I was scared and disappointed with the hotel's lack of accountability.The employee's goals were to make me feel unsafe, unwanted, and harassed. They succeed. I was too nervous to sleep. The most frustrating part is that I paid for this horrendous treatment. Don't make the same mistake that I did. Please take my warning and stay elsewhere.

Drew Montgomery: Room 243 is completely infested with ants and flying ants. Im disappointed of the fact out of all rooms, they put me in this particular room that's infested. I feel like I've been setup. I couldn't even sleep at night with them flying around. And I used my loyalty points to only stay for 2 nights and this is the kind of service I get for being an elite member customer. I should get a refund but I know they're too stingy to do that. I won't be coming back here again.

I was there for 3 nights. My last day the cleaning lady knocked on my door, but I was about to head out so she said she’d come back in an hour as I requested. I was out all day and when I arrived back at my hotel my room was like cleaned or fresh sheets or towels were not provided. However the gentlemen at the front desk that night was very quick and nice to give me new sheets and towels when I asked. Overall, no issues. Area has plenty of food joints, gas station and close to the highway.

Ashley Hill: I decided to stay here due to a state wide power outage. I booked through a third party and when I arrived I checked in with the General Manager Marcus. He was very professional and polite and made the check in process easy. Billy who is the Front Office Manager was also very professional and helpful with the check out process... The hotel is located right off the express way which is convenient and accessible to locate businesses in the area. Ashley Jackson: I was in the area for work. The shower and sink had not been cleaned in my room. There was hair everywhere. The alarm clock in the room went off at 4:45am every morning even when I shut it off. I had stayed 4 days and the night before I checked out someone broke into my car. They didn’t get anything valuable but when I let the hotel know about it they said there were no cameras outside the building and security was only around on the weekends. Very disappointed in the service I received when I reported to the hotel manager. This place is not safe!

Ashley Ototivo: Pretty sure someone just lost their life above my room. Wrestling on the ground sounded like the ceiling was going to fall through and glass shattering is what I heard for 20mins. The front desk did not seem surprised when informed. I’ve been terrified to come out the room and after calling to see if it’s safe the front desk lady says the male is at the front waiting for a ride! Like what? She 1st said it would be addressed and police where coming and now he is just at the front waiting for a ride? I have been watching out the window for police so I could leave and go about my daily activities planned but nope, it’s not safe to leave the room. We pre booked for 5 days and are looking into other hotels now and will loose our money because it was through a 3rd party! SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY & do not book here!

Jennifer Wenzel: The first time we stayed here was great. This time, however, was disappointing. The room was mostly clean but someone on the floor was smoking Marijuana and the whole floor smelled like skunk. It permeated everything and gave us headaches. Calling the front desk was fruitless, we were merely I formed it was a no smoking hotel....well duh. Obviously someone was not obeying the non smoking rule but from desk staff did not care. There were kids screaming on our floor until after midnight and using the hot tub was impossible as there was a HUGE party with dozens of kids running wild in the pool and hot tub. We saw only 2 adults for 20-30 kids, and again the front desk ignored the issue. Breakfast was okay. Just a disappointing stay compared to previously.

Ashley Nicole: Worst hotel I've been to in a while. Was given a room only to walk in and it be filthy. Went to complain and was given a 2nd room and that one was even worst than the first. Third room had a sticky bed side table and phone but by then I just said screw it and stayed in there since the rest of the room was moderately clean. Will never be back. Staff was apologetic and offered a free bag of chips and candy for the inconvenience.

Amy McClung: This was the worst hotel stay we have had as a family. A party was happening in the hallway, still going strong at 11pm, and management allowed it despite the crazy level of noise - screaming, singing, kids running down the hall banging walls. We moved rooms which was no better. And this photo shows how clean our room was - this was plainly visible next to the bed, gross.

Jeffrey Smith: I have stayed at this motel by choice for many many nights over the past 2 years thus earning diamond select status from this location exclusively. The staff has been nothing short of professional until today. This morning I had no choice but to catch an early flight out so I gathered my belongings and headed downstairs, the front desk clerk was upbeat and positive and even wished me a great rest of my day! Then I made my way to the breakfast lounge to grab my usual, 2 yogurts. There is where my experience was unmatched like never before… the lounge host was nothing short of unprofessional in loudly advising me that breakfast doesn’t start til 6 am! I replied, “sorry and put the yogurts back.” She said, “NO go ahead and take them, just wished you had asked.” Well let me share some professional advice, I was taught not to interrupt someone on the phone, so I politely helped myself.
