Maurice Folks: I contacted Worldwide Car Buyers to sell my 2020 Chevy Trax. Emilia was very helpful and responsive until she wasn't. I provided them with all the information they requested and was told they could buy the car out if it's lease. I spoke with Emilia on a Monday and arranged to bring the car in Saturday for inspection. I arrived Saturday for inspection and was told they can no longer buy it due to a fluxuation in it's market value between Monday and Saturday.She told me to check with her periodically to keep checking the value but she never responded. I understand business is business, but if you can't or won't take the car, just say that. All other reviews seem positive so it's possible this is an isolated incident.

Jason Davidson: Absolutely TERRIBLE service. I had to use them while my car was at Roseville Chrysler/Jeep for warranty service. My appointment was at 8AM ( I arrived early), but the rental agent didn't get there until almost 9 and took no less than 15-20 minutes to get the car ready. After the service, it took them two days to close it out (I returned it the same day), and they didn't refund the amount as expected (the rental was covered by Chrysler) and it took three attempts to actually reach someone about it, but she dismissed it and said I had it for two days (I guess when you show up late and leave early , that might seem like two days). I ultimately had to dispute the charge with my credit card.
Larry thomas: This place is nothing short of awesome. I ended up selling my vehicles to the company. I even rented a vehicle until I located a new car for myself. The place is super clean, the loaner car was mint, all my vehicle loans were paid off. Management made the transactions simple. There was nothing said that wasn't completed, THANK YOU AGAIN!!!

Jennifer VanHemm: I rented a Mustang convertible for my daughters 5th grade graduation parade. The service from the time I contacted Executive was top notch. The price was competitive, they explained all policies up front and they even delivered the car right to my door-in the middle of a storm no less. The car was cleaned, detailed and sanitized has in perfect condition. My daughter was so surprised to see it in the drive way. It really made her graduation so special. When the rental was over they came and picked up the vehicle from my home and I was contacted within an hour with my final invoice. It was exactly the cost we agreed and my deposit was released from my credit card Immediately, I would absolutely use this service again, Definitely a 5 star experience!

R Williams-EL: Went and asked for a one day rental with option for more days. Said they would charge me under $80 a day and would write it up for 4 days and if I don’t need it for all those days I would only be charged for the days used at the $80 a day rate. Next day they called asking for me to bring the car back because it was a recall on it. I took the car back within a hour. Asked what’s the recall for they didn’t know so I told him I don’t want a rental for no other days. He stated your deposit is back on your car and I would be refund for the rest of the days I paid for.. No deposit on my card and no refund for the remainder and it’s been weeks. They run a scam and not trustworthy

Mohammed Azam: It's not a proper rent a car service. It is a car machine shop. Rent a car there is many hidden fees. They are used old car high mileage. I suggest don't rent a car this shop.

Rob M: Horrible scammers. I rented a car for them for a week, it was $217 but I don't carry full coverage insurance so I got their insurance for the week to make the total $358.00. While I had the car something hit the front while I was parked and put a tiny little gash on the front bumper that I did not notice. When I returned the car they told me that they would have to estimate how much it would cost, that even though I bought the insurance that there was a $500 deductible and that they were not going to give me the deposit back until they got an estimate. They called me two hours later and told me it would be $350 to repair the little dash and they were keeping my deposit and they want another $150, f**k that. I am calling the BBB, don't rent from here

Caleb Mapes: Purchased a 2013 Jeep Wrangler from here, I am picky and always suspicious but we were pleased with the service, we got a good price, and we were taken seriously which as young buyers is always a sign of good business, my only complaint was that the front tires on the Jeep were on horrible shape like almost completely bald and when I mentioned it they didn't let on that they were planning on replacing them until after we got the purchase agreement, not really sure what went on with that bit they did put new tires on and that was that. Kevin Widomski: We just bought a 2018 Traverse from Alpha Group Car Leasing. We picked the car up at their facility in Dearborn. We had a very good experience and the car is in excellent condition inside & out. I have to admit, after reading some of the negative reviews, I was very skeptical. But we rolled the dice and we're glad we did. We had a highly rated 3rd party service shop perform a thorough inspection and they found nothing wrong. We got a great deal on this car and the whole transaction process went smooth. We see some reviews refer to Mike and Michelle. I can say that they were both great to us. I feel bad for anyone that had a negative experience with these people, but from what I have seen, I doubt that anything was done by them in a malicious manner. They've been in business for quite a long time.

Bobby Weatherly: If I can give them zero stars I would have bought a 2011 Dodge avenger from them it’s a nice car but I’ve been given the runaround about fixing the seat belt retensioner That probably have to be repaired by the dealership but they will not go to the dealership to repair it or really replaced and alternated that the pulley was going bad on but it wasn’t bad when I first test drove it and gave a down payment meeting with them today to get this seatbelt retensioner repaired hopefully the one I have this time works! I would not recommend them to anyone and I would not go back there myself just too much I pay $5000 for this car cash also that he doesn’t work on the passenger side but that’s just an avenger problem I found out about later but they knew about it they did not try to repair it they just repair the car is cosmetically obviously!
Renee Reed: This shop buys totaled cars that were in accidents, fixes them up at their partner/mechanic shop and sells them for almost double.They also hire people to work in their office without paying them. I was hired by Kassem and Mike. (You know Mike Hammoud you see listed here in the reviews leaving five stars? Lol smh)I was promised an office, a salary and I was hired as the secretary. They insisted I use my own car to run errands for them all day and was given $20 for gas after a week. Then I’m getting paid hourly supposedly. Then I’m not getting my own office and then ..... after I admitted that I’m a LICENSED medical marijuana patient, I was told “this isn’t going to work out”...... and then I wasn’t never paid for the week I worked.Even more odd is that my resume states my past FOUR years of job experience were in the marijuana industry and they didn’t even think to ASK if I was a patient? HmmmThen the guy Kassem tells me it’s ok that Mike is an idiot, he will just get me job at one of his brothers other dealerships. Then blocked myNumber when I asked if Mike is going to pay me for the days I worked..... Shady shady shady. I have reported them to several agencies. So just be on alert when dealing with scammers.And Make sure you do a car fax on your car if you purchase from them!

Collin, Noah, Nolan, Ken, and the entire team at this location consistently work together to get renters into the cars they need quickly and efficiently while still taking the safety of their customers into consideration. For example, I recently rented and prior to giving me the vehicle, they did a tread inspection. The tread on the tire was too low so they switched me to a different vehicle. I know I can count on their vehicles to get me where I need to go safely. Please consider renting from this location, you won't regret it!

Riley Smith: CASH ONLY! MAJOR SCAM. all rental paperwork was sketchy and under the table. I was also put in a gross smoke stained rental after my first was rear ended. when that accident occurred they tried to coach me through reporting it to the other drivers insurance only, likely to hide one of their scams. also this company is linked to prime collision in warren and they're hiding their true reviews there. highly encourage reading all review on google for prime collision. I had cosmetic damage after an accident on my drivers side headlight area, took my car to this shop was given an estimate of 3 weeks for repair. They then offered me rental service, cash only claiming their card machines were down. They had the car two full months, ignored my phone calls and emails the entire time I could only get through sometimes by calling the receptionists personal cell. They claimed that they were waiting on a part, and then they said they had it and we were waiting on paint, then again they were looking for the part.
