Kelsey Ritchie: I am a weekly renter at this Enterprise location and always experience great customer service. Collin, Noah, Nolan, Ken, and the entire team at this location consistently work together to get renters into the cars they need quickly and efficiently while still taking the safety of their customers into consideration. For example, I recently rented and prior to giving me the vehicle, they did a tread inspection. The tread on the tire was too low so they switched me to a different vehicle. I know I can count on their vehicles to get me where I need to go safely. Please consider renting from this location, you won't regret it!
Samsy Lee: When I got there, I got help by Jordan. I didn't know what I was doing and he helped me a lot as a first time buyer. I had questions and was confuse and he helped me with all my questions and concerns. I test drove my vehicle, Chevy Traverse and I fell in love! Vehicle was clean inside out. I would recommend anyone to come get vehicles here and get help by Jordan. Best salesman ever!

Carlita Williams: They rent out cars that look like they came straight from the hood. Pieces missing off the car, burn holes in the carpet, dents everywhere, dirt visible in the inside, smoke smell. I would never rent from here again. As a business professional I would be embarrassed to pull up to an important meeting in their cars. Only rent from here if you don’t mind renting a vehicle that looks like it’s falling apart.

This place and the staff are amazing! 90 percent I'm pretty sure come here because they have to because of a negative situation and the staff here makes it so easy and simple. Isis was the young lady that checked me in and my luck checked me out. She's so friendly and made my experience fast and easy. Al and Colin were the two gentlemen that picked me up and dropped me off to the shop. They were very friendly and courteous! They are literally liars They gave me a truck because my car had a recall, they gave me the truck with less then half of tank of gas ( the manager KEN) and no wiper fluid, then they charged me for it not normal gas prices the highest they could find like over 5.00$ a gallon and billed me for it! the last 3 mths it’s always been the same price!, till this mth it was the highest ever! Whatever you do DO NOT GO! I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO Anyone!!!!! You will be very disappointed!

Matt P: I was recently involved in an accident in November, in which my vehicle has been in the shop since then, and I discovered this location on 14 Mile Rd and VanDyke in Warren, MI. I have to admit it's been the best service I've ever received. The service from Tristian, Bill, and their manager has spoken volumes, I could not thank them more and this Enterprise location for making me feel comfortable after an accident. I have rented 4 cars from them, and the customer service is absolutely amazing every time! I work for a high-volume mortgage company in downtown Detroit, in which I believe the client always comes first, and these 3 have gone out of their way to prove my point that clients do always come first! Even with other customers that I've noticed while I've been in the location, I've noticed that the customer service they provide to everyone is amazing. They've gone out of their way to prove this to me, and a perfect example of helping every client, every time! And in turn, the great customer service they provide reaches further than just myself. With me being able to arrive at work with the cars I've rented from them, that not only assists myself, but it assures that I can help to make sure that the clients of company I work for receive a great experience as well, and that speaks volumes, I highly recommend this location, it is always an amazing experience and I will continue to recommend this location, Tristian, Bill, and their manager to anyone!
Dita Ri: Very good customer service! Nice, caring, polite - these are some of the qualities this place has, at least related to my experience there. At first I received a car that was not that clean inside, and when I asked them to change it, they did it immediately. Ready to help and to care for customers. They also refunded me $10 for bringing back the car fully fueled, because when I received it it was 3/4 full, not completely full of fuel. When I forgot something mine to the car I was renting and had returned, they kept it for me and I was able to get it back. Very nice and polite, especially the owner of this place and Tristan. Would recommend to anybody and if I need a rental again, will definitely go there again.

Mohammed Azam: It's not a proper rent a car service. It is a car machine shop. Rent a car there is many hidden fees. They are used old car high mileage. I suggest don't rent a car this shop.

Ladale Brown: Don't rent my cousin got a rental from there her grandkids found a huge pocket knife in the back pouch and a heep of other trash she went to pay to extend the rental they wasn't open on time so we went to the Coney island across the street to wait to they open she then left while we were at Coney island to run around the corner to help a co worker we then return to the car and seen they we're open I ran they knife and rental money off so we can be all set when she pull up which they said was OK when I came back outside the place a man was up at the car saying it was against policies for us to sit in the car til she return and took the car from her and deposit (no one drove the car) we was sitting in the car with no one in the driver's seat🤔so y was that against policies???

Rob M: Horrible scammers. I rented a car for them for a week, it was $217 but I don't carry full coverage insurance so I got their insurance for the week to make the total $358.00. While I had the car something hit the front while I was parked and put a tiny little gash on the front bumper that I did not notice. When I returned the car they told me that they would have to estimate how much it would cost, that even though I bought the insurance that there was a $500 deductible and that they were not going to give me the deposit back until they got an estimate. They called me two hours later and told me it would be $350 to repair the little dash and they were keeping my deposit and they want another $150, f**k that. I am calling the BBB, don't rent from here

Jason Davidson: Absolutely TERRIBLE service. I had to use them while my car was at Roseville Chrysler/Jeep for warranty service. My appointment was at 8AM ( I arrived early), but the rental agent didn't get there until almost 9 and took no less than 15-20 minutes to get the car ready. After the service, it took them two days to close it out (I returned it the same day), and they didn't refund the amount as expected (the rental was covered by Chrysler) and it took three attempts to actually reach someone about it, but she dismissed it and said I had it for two days (I guess when you show up late and leave early , that might seem like two days). I ultimately had to dispute the charge with my credit card.
Larry thomas: This place is nothing short of awesome. I ended up selling my vehicles to the company. I even rented a vehicle until I located a new car for myself. The place is super clean, the loaner car was mint, all my vehicle loans were paid off. Management made the transactions simple. There was nothing said that wasn't completed, THANK YOU AGAIN!!!

Jennifer VanHemm: I rented a Mustang convertible for my daughters 5th grade graduation parade. The service from the time I contacted Executive was top notch. The price was competitive, they explained all policies up front and they even delivered the car right to my door-in the middle of a storm no less. The car was cleaned, detailed and sanitized has in perfect condition. My daughter was so surprised to see it in the drive way. It really made her graduation so special. When the rental was over they came and picked up the vehicle from my home and I was contacted within an hour with my final invoice. It was exactly the cost we agreed and my deposit was released from my credit card Immediately, I would absolutely use this service again, Definitely a 5 star experience!

R Williams-EL: Went and asked for a one day rental with option for more days. Said they would charge me under $80 a day and would write it up for 4 days and if I don’t need it for all those days I would only be charged for the days used at the $80 a day rate. Next day they called asking for me to bring the car back because it was a recall on it. I took the car back within a hour. Asked what’s the recall for they didn’t know so I told him I don’t want a rental for no other days. He stated your deposit is back on your car and I would be refund for the rest of the days I paid for.. No deposit on my card and no refund for the remainder and it’s been weeks. They run a scam and not trustworthy

Nikita Glazkov: I recently had an experience with Hertz, and unfortunately, it fell short of my expectations. We booked a car online, but when I arrived, the car was not ready. The lady behind the counter seemed uninterested and unhelpful when I approached her with my questions. After 35 minutes, she gave me a dirty car with a flat tire. I also noticed a strong smell of cannabis coming from the car. I immediately reported it to the lady and asked for another car. Despite the parking area being filled with vehicles, she refused and asked me to leave. When I asked to speak to the manager, she refused to call and said she wouldn't bother her manager. I was shocked by the poor service and asked for a refund. The lady started screaming at me and tried to intimidate me with her aggressive behavior. So, I left without a car and without my money. We were there with two kids, and despite my repeated requests, no one offered any help. We have decided to take legal action and file a lawsuit if our money is not returned
R&R: Hard to recommend this facility to anyone who deserves reasonable and professional car rental service!Booked on line and reserved Tesla Model 3 a week ahead and tuned out there is no car available when we are ready to pick up!Our travel plan totally ruined due to there booking system!!!
Insecurity guard: Made a reservation for the Tesla. Called to inform that I was running a bit late to pick it up, and it’s a good thing I did. They told me the car isn’t available. Person on the phone said their manager tried contacting me yesterday about it. Went through my entire call, text, and Hertz email history - nothing. Unprofessional, nearly ruined a planned vacation I had. Had to call to change the reservation because the Centerline office couldn’t do it. Ended up costing $100 more.I’d recommend against going through the Centerline Hertz to rent a car.
Jason T: The worst. The customer service is horrible and I’m not too sure about them. The lady at the counter stated that she had to get my social since I was using a debit card. After I gave her a crazy look and asked for what, she said never mind. Then she said that I had to place 500 dollars on hold just because I used a debit card. The didn’t even have what I order.

I had to take the morning off work to get a rental due to a cat accident that was not my fault so now I have no rental to get to work and now need to get another morning off work. Suspicious of them charging twice.yes it was just like i said they put a hold on my card for the full amount so the card was supposed to have the funds when i was finished. but some way after they finished with my account they ran my card over by 409.00 and experian took it straight to there credit reporting and sent me an alert account 409.00 over the limit. i will never ever go to them again. this is regular practice with hertz. check your statements you will confirm my claim

Terrance Warren: DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT rent ANYTHING from this fraudulent, money stealing company. I Had a trip and inquired about the van. Was told that it’s a $500 deposit to reserve the van. Unfortunately I had to cancel the reservation which I did 3 weeks before I was suppose to pick up the van. Asked about the refund of my $500 and they told me that it was not refundable. Had me very confused because I was never told this before I made the reservation because if they had told me I would have NEVER made the reservation. How are you going to keep my money and I never rendered the services. I will be sending my lawyer their way. So like I said do not deal with this company, they are up charging and scamming ppl. The lady I talked to never mentioned anything about a non refundable deposit because she know that it’s stupid. I only received the contract AFTER I made the deposit of $500. They lucky im out of town because things could have went left really quick and as I go through these reviews I see im not the only one!!! Gilbert Grape: Price was right vehicle not so much, loud, didn't drive straight and one of the side doors did not seem to close all the way kept thinking it could fly open. You get what you pay for I suppose. Said something to them and they did not offer any type of compensation or apology even, just said it did what I needed it to do and that was that. Boom...

LAJUANA TURNER: I reserved a van through another rental company but the van was unavailable when I arrived. I looked up van rentals and found Michigan Car and Van Rental. I gave them a call and by the time I got there, a van was ready for me. They were able to accommodate me on short notice with a clean and serviceable van. They’re reasonably priced as well. No hassle upon return of the rental. They’re definitely my first choice for rental needs from now on.

When I called back to make a new reservation so I didn’t lose my deposit they said you have a reservation for today so if you don’t come get a vehicle you will lose your deposit now. It’s a scam! They tell you that you have 30 days to make a reservation or you will lose your $500. I never made a reservation and they are saying I did. So bye bye $500. When I called them about having to cancel they were so nice and accommodating but calling back to actually make that reservation was a different story!
Dave Wenck: I had 16 golfers landing in traverse city. They brought me up 2 sprinter vans and met me at the gate. We used them for 5 days and 2 drivers met me at airport Sunday before I flew out. Can’t say enough about these guys.

Makayla Goldman: First, getting a car (under 25) is super hard; from extra fees to $250+ deposits. At this location they take debit, which is very convenient. I rented the Volkswagen Tiguan. When I tell you that this car spoiled ME. It rode like a dream with all its unique features. Great for long travels or exploring the state. Long story short, the gentlemen here were extremely helpful. Lamonte was the kindest and helped out the most. I definitely recommend this location and the Tiguan Volkswagen.
