Matt P: I was recently involved in an accident in November, in which my vehicle has been in the shop since then, and I discovered this location on 14 Mile Rd and VanDyke in Warren, MI. I have to admit it's been the best service I've ever received. The service from Tristian, Bill, and their manager has spoken volumes, I could not thank them more and this Enterprise location for making me feel comfortable after an accident. I have rented 4 cars from them, and the customer service is absolutely amazing every time! I work for a high-volume mortgage company in downtown Detroit, in which I believe the client always comes first, and these 3 have gone out of their way to prove my point that clients do always come first! Even with other customers that I've noticed while I've been in the location, I've noticed that the customer service they provide to everyone is amazing. They've gone out of their way to prove this to me, and a perfect example of helping every client, every time! And in turn, the great customer service they provide reaches further than just myself. With me being able to arrive at work with the cars I've rented from them, that not only assists myself, but it assures that I can help to make sure that the clients of company I work for receive a great experience as well, and that speaks volumes, I highly recommend this location, it is always an amazing experience and I will continue to recommend this location, Tristian, Bill, and their manager to anyone!
Dita Ri: Very good customer service! Nice, caring, polite - these are some of the qualities this place has, at least related to my experience there. At first I received a car that was not that clean inside, and when I asked them to change it, they did it immediately. Ready to help and to care for customers. They also refunded me $10 for bringing back the car fully fueled, because when I received it it was 3/4 full, not completely full of fuel. When I forgot something mine to the car I was renting and had returned, they kept it for me and I was able to get it back. Very nice and polite, especially the owner of this place and Tristan. Would recommend to anybody and if I need a rental again, will definitely go there again.

Kelsey Ritchie: I am a weekly renter at this Enterprise location and always experience great customer service. Collin, Noah, Nolan, Ken, and the entire team at this location consistently work together to get renters into the cars they need quickly and efficiently while still taking the safety of their customers into consideration. For example, I recently rented and prior to giving me the vehicle, they did a tread inspection. The tread on the tire was too low so they switched me to a different vehicle. I know I can count on their vehicles to get me where I need to go safely. Please consider renting from this location, you won't regret it!
Samsy Lee: When I got there, I got help by Jordan. I didn't know what I was doing and he helped me a lot as a first time buyer. I had questions and was confuse and he helped me with all my questions and concerns. I test drove my vehicle, Chevy Traverse and I fell in love! Vehicle was clean inside out. Only rent from here if you don’t mind renting a vehicle that looks like it’s falling apart.

This place and the staff are amazing! 90 percent I'm pretty sure come here because they have to because of a negative situation and the staff here makes it so easy and simple. They are literally liars They gave me a truck because my car had a recall, they gave me the truck with less then half of tank of gas ( the manager KEN) and no wiper fluid, then they charged me for it not normal gas prices the highest they could find like over 5.00$ a gallon and billed me for it! the last 3 mths it’s always been the same price!, till this mth it was the highest ever! Whatever you do DO NOT GO! I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO Anyone!!!!! You will be very disappointed!

Michael Wayne: Used them several times. Last time the truck I reserved was stuck in Ohio so they gave me a bigger truck at a discounted price. Great to see a business who cares first about their customers. While it was a bit difficult getting my load that high into a stake truck, and diesel fuel is expensive, I was able to complete my trip on time. Much better to deal with than Uhaul. I wish Enterprise did more one way rentals. Still, they are my first call when I need a truck.

Makayla Goldman: First, getting a car (under 25) is super hard; from extra fees to $250+ deposits. At this location they take debit, which is very convenient. I rented the Volkswagen Tiguan. When I tell you that this car spoiled ME. It rode like a dream with all its unique features. Great for long travels or exploring the state. Long story short, the gentlemen here were extremely helpful. Lamonte was the kindest and helped out the most. I definitely recommend this location and the Tiguan Volkswagen.

Joe Todd: We needed a temporary car when my wife's was in the shop and the experience was good. Getting the vehicle was straightforward, and the agent explained everything in great detail. Returning the vehicle was likewise quick and efficient, and I was checked out in no time. My only gripe is Enterprise offers no service to get you home when you drop off the vehicle. I don't rent cars often, so perhaps not giving your customers a way home is an industry standard. But it seems that with the rates you charge and the vehicle being returned in the exact condition it was lent in, you could take your customers home. Especially when you'll take your customer to the shop when their vehicle is repaired

Julie Lewis: Response to Update - Enterprise Management DID NOT handle this quickly or efficiently.Immediate in person face to face with the mgr - NO HELP. 4 days of contacting Enterprise, not them reaching out to us or handling the situation as a manager is responsible to do at the time of the incident, in person no less. We had to reach out via text, calls and voicemails for 4 days before talking to the maintenance dept.The maintenance dept at Enterprise may have been quick & efficient, I'll never know, I'm not responsible for managing them or inter-department correspondence. I can say Reggie should've been the point of contact from the get go. He handled it professionally and with integrity, the rental dept manager can use continuous improvement customer service training, scratch that, she needs RETRAINING in all managerial functions, tasks, responsibilities.Updated - Damage caused by lawn maintenance crew was handled quickly and efficiently.Initial review - Damage to personal property from landscape maintenance company right after picking up vehicle from body shop. Enterprise failed to provide the company name at time of incident and seems to be passing the buck 4 days later. Do not recommend this location!
O S: I do not recommend dealing with them. When I returned the car to them, they made sure it was in order and signed all the paperwork saying it was in order. I was surprised after a long time that they sent me a fine that you filled it with something other than petrol and you have to pay the repair fee. I called the lawyer and he told me that you can file a complaint against them because you signed papers that the car is in good condition .. they want to get the money in any way

They are friendly, professional, and efficient in every transaction. One time during the winter I asked for the shuttle service not realizing it was only for certain dealers, but as a one time favor Joe offered to drop me home since I lived close and it was not too busy at the time. Aurel Bitri: Went in to rent a car and was met by the branch manager. He told me my total was over 400$ for a one day rental when my reservation stated my total was just over 100$. He didn’t mention there was a deposit until I asked why the total was different. Then gave me an attitude and was unprofessional when I asked him if he could lower it since it’s only a 1 day rental. He implied that he could lower the deposit but that he was notGoing to. Seemingly unprofessional and discourteous.
Only in Detroit 313: I use to love enterprise, but this recent rental I had was terrible. The car wasn’t clean inside or out, not even a full tank of gas. Not to mention the car had a light humming noise when u drive/start to come to a stop, I think my car had a bad wheel bearing. For the price I paid $760 for a week I won’t ever rent from enterprise again. 12mile & gratiot location needs to do better.
Christopher Hayes: I've been renting cars from the Roseville location for roughly 5 or so years and the staff there has always been phenomenal..The rental we had this past weekend was the first time there had really been an issue. It had a strong weed smell that we didn't notice until the second day after it was in the sun for most of the day.I voiced my concerns with Marie Pouillon this morning when we dropped it off. She was very courteous and professional. Working as a call center supervisor I always like to hear if one of my agents did an amazing job.Marie did that this morning. She went above and beyond to make me feel like a loyal long term customer. She genuinely took my issue as her own, she offered to take a day off my rental bill and even asked when my next rental would be and offered to put notes in my account for a free upgrade.It's customer service like that, that made me a customer for life.Just thought you should know what a great experience Marie made for my wife and I.

Kelly Smith: Went to pick up my rental and the whole system was down. Could not pick up my rental and the office said they were closing. I don’t understand why they couldn’t stay open until their system came back up?! Or stayed open later for all the people that enterprise inconvenienced? I would have been happy if I was told they would call me back when it came back up. But no I was told they were closing. I’ll take my money elsewhere for now on! My vacation is being delayed a day now because of this!

Ruby Kirkland: Rented a vehicle for a few days. I went to pick up the vehicle probably was the 1st customer of the day. I was greeted with a friendly hello and smile. Returned the vehicle a few minutes( 4 to be excact) before closing and I was greeted just as I was when picked up the vehicle. My customer service experience was great. Little did I know I was being taken care of by the manager DeAndre Gilliam both times he was great. Please go rent from the Enterprise Eastpointe location. Ask for DeAndre. Be sure to tell him Ruby sent you. I said all that to say customer service is not what it used to be anymore. It was a pleasure to get good service with a genuine smile.
Adam Tyde: I normally rent vehicles from here at eastpointe long term 1 month+ they have some of the best branch/Assistant managers like Kayla Marissa and DeAndre you can basically pull out the lot in anything you desire just a valid driver’s license & a debit card attached to a bank account and live in a 50 mile radius or a credit card which is required for high end vehicles

Javonne Jackson: I have had to rent a vehicle from the Eastpointe location on two separate occasions. Both times the associates that assisted me were wonderful. Friendly, personable, kind and considerate. My first rental was in May 2021 and I of course do not remember that gentleman’s name yet my most recent rental which was March 2023, I unfortunately do not remember the young lady’s name. I believe her name starts with a “D”. Customer service from her was great!!

I have been renting from this place for really long time for my business trips and things were just fine until this round: I book my vehicle end of March for a trip early MAY (over a month in advance) and i get a confirmation number then on the day of picking up the minivan for myself and my coworkers to go to Lisle-IL i receive a call that ALL SOLD OUT and Sorry we cannot accommodate you. Very very disappointing. I will cancel my future booking from this site and going somewhere else. Watch out for one hr notification before you pick up your vehicle of sorry too bad, the confirmation given to you in advance is meaningless ... you are on your own... awesome business model

Joy Pandya: Had to wait for more than an hour for the driver to come pick us up from the specified location. We had to call them 4 times, and every time, they said, "The driver will be there any minute". It's not the greatest experience, especially when you have to be somewhere on time.

Chris Hawkins: We rent an SUV annually when go on our family summer vacation. The service has always been spectacular. We've had issues in the past at other locations, but this location has always been great, both the staff and vehicles. The cars we have received have always been clean inside and out. We had an issue with the SUV last time and all it took was a call to the office, resulting in a quick resolution. We will be picking up our annual rental next week and anticipate another great experience. I highly recommend this location, and hope to continue recommending it into the future.Edit: April 2023We had another great experience at this location. Roneka Barnes: Branch manager Dylan at the Hall Road location ruined my reputation with other locations.My contract with him was paid in full, he suggested I visit a different branch because he put me on 60 day restriction. As soon as I arrived at a different location the branch manager there told me Dylan contacted him directly telling him not to rent to me. I am not on the Do Not Rent list. This was a personal vendetta fueled by obvious prejudices & discrimination against a young Black girl. I will avoid this branch by all means necessary and go where I feel respected and not humiliated. My true rating is 0 stars.
