Reviewer AL: I had a terrible experience with this company. At first, they seemed professional, but that was just a facade. After sending payment for a Maybach, which they sent my nephew a video preview of, we were left high and dry on the day of his graduation. When we inquired about the car, they gave us an unacceptable excuse and didn't even bother to figure out a solution. To add insult to injury, we saw someone else in the same car in the same city. This kind of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and I strongly advise against doing business with them."Send a message.

Terrance Warren: DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT rent ANYTHING from this fraudulent, money stealing company. I Had a trip and inquired about the van. Was told that it’s a $500 deposit to reserve the van. Unfortunately I had to cancel the reservation which I did 3 weeks before I was suppose to pick up the van. Asked about the refund of my $500 and they told me that it was not refundable. Had me very confused because I was never told this before I made the reservation because if they had told me I would have NEVER made the reservation. How are you going to keep my money and I never rendered the services. I will be sending my lawyer their way. So like I said do not deal with this company, they are up charging and scamming ppl. The lady I talked to never mentioned anything about a non refundable deposit because she know that it’s stupid. I only received the contract AFTER I made the deposit of $500. They lucky im out of town because things could have went left really quick and as I go through these reviews I see im not the only one!!! So YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED..and competition is coming their way…time to shut this scam DOWN!…….What I have never not got a vehicle that I rented…I have never experienced that and you say 30 days but I don’t have nothing coming up so how can I reserve something when it’s nothing going on…and plus YOU SHOULD guarantee a vehicle when your charging ppl $500 that you don’t mention about it not being non refundable until it’s already paid..just give me my Damn money…y’all need to make the deposit cheaper if it’s non refundable…like who do y’all think y’all are??? Gilbert Grape: Price was right vehicle not so much, loud, didn't drive straight and one of the side doors did not seem to close all the way kept thinking it could fly open. You get what you pay for I suppose. Said something to them and they did not offer any type of compensation or apology even, just said it did what I needed it to do and that was that. Boom...

Guinane Dorrine: Put a $500 deposit on a van for a wedding, the wedding was canceled in 2020 for Covid, no refund. We had a year to use it, but it was still during Covid, so weren’t traveling. Never got any refund.

LAJUANA TURNER: I reserved a van through another rental company but the van was unavailable when I arrived. I looked up van rentals and found Michigan Car and Van Rental. I gave them a call and by the time I got there, a van was ready for me. They were able to accommodate me on short notice with a clean and serviceable van. They’re reasonably priced as well. No hassle upon return of the rental. They’re definitely my first choice for rental needs from now on.

Cory Barnes: They charged me over $400.00 for "damages". I bought their rental insurance for the van as well. They told me they would send me pictures of the damages but never did and just charged my credit card. I would rather cancel a vacation than use this company again.

Then they said I couldn’t have my deposit back because I started to be rude back . I got my deposit back though . Would not recommend 0/10

Jamie Gorski: I had made a reservation and had to cancel due to illness. When I called back to make a new reservation so I didn’t lose my deposit they said you have a reservation for today so if you don’t come get a vehicle you will lose your deposit now. It’s a scam! They tell you that you have 30 days to make a reservation or you will lose your $500. I never made a reservation and they are saying I did. So bye bye $500. When I called them about having to cancel they were so nice and accommodating but calling back to actually make that reservation was a different story!
Dave Wenck: I had 16 golfers landing in traverse city. They brought me up 2 sprinter vans and met me at the gate. We used them for 5 days and 2 drivers met me at airport Sunday before I flew out. Can’t say enough about these guys.

Jason Davidson: Absolutely TERRIBLE service. I had to use them while my car was at Roseville Chrysler/Jeep for warranty service. My appointment was at 8AM ( I arrived early), but the rental agent didn't get there until almost 9 and took no less than 15-20 minutes to get the car ready. After the service, it took them two days to close it out (I returned it the same day), and they didn't refund the amount as expected (the rental was covered by Chrysler) and it took three attempts to actually reach someone about it, but she dismissed it and said I had it for two days (I guess when you show up late and leave early , that might seem like two days). I ultimately had to dispute the charge with my credit card.
Larry thomas: This place is nothing short of awesome. I ended up selling my vehicles to the company. I even rented a vehicle until I located a new car for myself. The place is super clean, the loaner car was mint, all my vehicle loans were paid off. Management made the transactions simple. There was nothing said that wasn't completed, THANK YOU AGAIN!!!

Not sure what was going on but we were refunded our deposit immediatly upon returning the car. They also really went far and beyond their own guidelines as far as meeting our needs for a rental. Jennifer VanHemm: I rented a Mustang convertible for my daughters 5th grade graduation parade. The service from the time I contacted Executive was top notch. The price was competitive, they explained all policies up front and they even delivered the car right to my door-in the middle of a storm no less. The car was cleaned, detailed and sanitized has in perfect condition. My daughter was so surprised to see it in the drive way. It really made her graduation so special. When the rental was over they came and picked up the vehicle from my home and I was contacted within an hour with my final invoice. It was exactly the cost we agreed and my deposit was released from my credit card Immediately, I would absolutely use this service again, Definitely a 5 star experience!

R Williams-EL: Went and asked for a one day rental with option for more days. Said they would charge me under $80 a day and would write it up for 4 days and if I don’t need it for all those days I would only be charged for the days used at the $80 a day rate. Next day they called asking for me to bring the car back because it was a recall on it. I took the car back within a hour. Asked what’s the recall for they didn’t know so I told him I don’t want a rental for no other days. He stated your deposit is back on your car and I would be refund for the rest of the days I paid for.. No deposit on my card and no refund for the remainder and it’s been weeks. They run a scam and not trustworthy
