Kenjuan Smith: The teller stole my driver's license. He act like I never gave it to him and I did and no higher authority at the bank investigated which speaks volumes! They didn't look at the camera or anything, they didn't care. This happened April 1, 2023. I had to make a report to SOS so no fraudulent or scamming activity can be done with my license.

Chelsey: Considering changing banks because of how rude the manager was who was working on Saturday, January 23rd. My husband has had an account with Chase for over 10 years and we had questions about cashing in a savings bond. The manager was extremely rude and condescending and talking down to us like we are children. The worst customer service. The lady at the front desk had an attitude as well. This location needs training on how to effectively talk to their clients. Everyone has bad days, but this lady was completely rude. We both walked out of their shocked and confused.
Nickol Best: They are horrible, they don't uphold their word, you will never get that incentive for opening account. Not to mention they have numerous policies that evidently even their employees can't keep straight because I called first to ask to make sure I have everything needed but then when I get up there they say completely the opposite. Do your banking elsewhere, they can't be trusted with anything.
Kevin Gayle: To anyone young considering picking these guys as a bank because it is close to your work... don't do it. You will get better options cheaper quicker banking with a credit union. They will charge you monthly like netflix for not having a certain Amount of money in your bank. They won't approve you for credit cards. This is a bank for wealthy or well to do people ONLY. I'm don't paying monthly fees for a very mediocre service and I tried to get the fee reverse but greedy chase needed it more I guess 🙃 I'll be banking with a credit union from now on thx

Mike Ashley: The phone number here sends you to an IVR. Took a few attempts to figure out how to get to someone at the branch. After making it to the right prompts there was no process for putting someone on hold. This is a ridiculous process for customers that want to call the brick and mortar bank and ask a question about the branch. Expect much more from such a large bank.

I came here to cash my and the lady with blond hair was acting weird like my check I cashed wasn’t mines or something she then act like she was cashing it and gave it back with some stamp trying to state it was fake or something. I called the facility and they was able to verify it was real. I wonder if I wasn’t an African American with an 1600 dollar check would she had of cashed it so weird and she was rude.

Live Without Limits: My son went to open an account. He is 19 and doesn't know much about banking. I thought the banker is to help andeducates him with banking options. My son was waited on by #Garco Beliossian that greeted him with questions that were not related to banking. He was insulting and discriminatory. Hedidn't give him options for a basic account, but asked him why he wanted to bank there and told him about an account that needed $1500.00 a month balance. He told my son that there was a $12.00 monthly fee and then told him that he should go do his banking somewhere else. My son was looking for a basic student checking account. The bank is in Warren. I hate to believe that in 2020 that he was being discriminated again because he was black. That questions that he asked him were insulting. I will just believe that the banker was poorly trained and didnt knows the possible banking options or know the rightquestions to ask thecustomer. My son told me that he will take his business elsewhere.

I went to two check cashing places and a credit union to try and cash the check and couldn’t get it done because Chase had already stamped the check. So I am just out of $900. Horrible place don’t bank here.

I walked over a mile in the cold to this branch, just to discover the lobby was not servicing customers due to Covid-19. That information was not posted on Google, or anywhere else. I called the branch and explained the situation but they said they couldn't assist me.

Denise Stec: This branch has 6 teller windows but NONE of them are in use. They're all closed - even in the middle of a pandemic. The hours posted on the door and online say 9-5, M-F. But at 9:15 AM on a Friday all of the doors were locked.

Keywell Coins / Mafia Metals: Came in on a Saturday which has shortened hours. My teller Katrina was very helpful and happy to help me with my withdrawal and any questions I had. Even helped me order a replacement debit card. It was my first time coming in this location due to be near my work. I plan on coming back soon!

Kate Brooks: The parking lot is one way and many people pull in incorrectly. The tellers are okay, but not customer service oriented in the least. I'd even say lazy as they aren't willing to even fill out the account number portion of a withdrawal slip. This location is ONLY good for the outside ATM, and it's not even a drive up. WORST CHASE LOCATION.

Calvin Saidy: I'd rate this branch with less than one star if I could. Cassandra Parker (Branch Manager) does not care about the loyal customers. I came yesterday and asked her to notarize two pappers and she told me she will take care of me after she finishes with the customer she had in her desk. After waiting 15 minutes, she told me one minute and went to a room with her college and started a meeting. Her laughts and loudness were all over the branch. She clearly does not care about Chase customers. This branch is the worst branch I ever worked with in my 10 years releationship with Chase.

John Thull: I was there a little while ago and observed a customer behaving very rudely to your Associate Banker Almeta Lorigan. She handled the banking with grace and professionalism and was polite despite the rude behavior of the customer. She was then able to greet the next customer with a welcome and a smile. She is a true gem. I wish that all peopleI encountered in a day would display her skill and attitude.

Pang Chang: It seemed like the banker i went in to see was very nosy. I went in to fix my pin number and activate my card which she helped me do. I then talked to her about my husband and I's interest in opening a savings account. She said he would have to be in with me but that i could open it online then to save them time for when we come in. She guided on opening a savings account online. She assured me it was fine and easy. Not even a day later, i couldn't log into my account because it was locked. I then receieved a letter that my savings account i created was going to be closed. I called customer service and they told me it was because i opened a savings account online. So basically it was the bankers fault that this had happened. Not only that but she was showing me how to use the mobile app even though another banker had already showed me how. She then proceeded to have me click on the credit history but it seemed like she was looking for her own reasons. Of all the things she could had me do, she chose credit history. The first banker i was with did not have me open my credit history instead they said if i was interested I could check my credit history on my own time. She saw my credit score and debts which i didnt want her to see. She saw my debt and said "i dont know that that is" as if she needed to know.

The person who deposited my certified check did not know how long it will take to release the funds until after she completed processing the deposit. When I told her 12 days is not a reasonable time and I can't wait that long, she said she can reverse it, but that will take even longer!! They were not able to do anything to help, I asked them to call someone to seek help they refused to do so. The branch manager was not available, they told me she won't be here till Tuesday ( three days out) and "99.99% she won't be able to help you either". These guys have caused me a significant damage and were not even willing to help. Only if they told me how long it takes to deposit the check before processing it!! Seriously, take your business somewhere else, this is what I got after being a loyal customer for 12 years. Disgusting!!

And the second one she said we only have notary on Wednesdays. ATM’s not functioning most of the time. Definitely not going back to that branch.

Marvin Babbie: Eva Wilson the so called notary, notarize a deed for me didn't even sign it after driving to the county and back took over 2 hours of my time. From the 1st day I went there to have it don,,She's been giving me an attitude then and today.because she didn't know her job.

Blake Navarre: I have multiple accounts. Never in almost 20 years have I walked in to open an account, with new money in hand, and been told to leave and make an appointment. I don't have normal days. I don't know when I am available most days because of my job. I got told to leave like I was going to dine and dash before even ordering food. This is ridiculous. I don't know when this became a thing but no... considering other options because of this.

Tung Tran: I have several accounts here. Went to get some documents notarized but had to wait in the lobby for over 10 minutes before a brancher could get to me. Only to let me know that they didn’t not have a notary available. 2 tellers, 4 “managers/consultants” and only 1 with a customer. This was 3:15PM on a Wednesday. Went next door to Huntington where I have no accounts at all, and they took care of me in less than 5 min. I guess you can do what you want if you make so much to have so many extra middle management positions but no one really does anything.

Vectro Videos: Why the 1 star? I came here a few times when i was 16 years old! Whenever i’d get my checks from the first job i worked at, id come here to cash them out. The ladies looked miserable and rude but the second they looked at the amount on my checks, their mood switched up and they would try to hit on me and say weird things like “oh i like your glasses” but i would just ignore them. These women were like 30 years old. One of the woman even said “i like your check, where do you work at”? My little brother said he wanted to come here and i immediately told him no.

Jay Vick: Came here to get a cashiers check and was told I can’t pay with cash? So I was RUDELY told to get in line for the ATM behind five other people. Not sure that was necessary. Had no idea it would be this much trouble using my own bank. Lady in there is super rude and I’m closing my account with chase because of it. Good luck to whoever goes in there.

Ruwani Amarasekara: I will give -5 stars if i can. I went there to create an account on Friday May 18th 2018 around 3.50 pm. One of their tellers told me that their menager is the only person working on that day and we need to make an appoinment for some other day. So I made an appoinment for Saturday 19th at 9.15 am. But when I wnt to the bank the manager said that they don't have an apoinment for me so I have to wait for at least an hour.
