G. A.: Made an order of multiple types of nuts and seeds. Got the shipment. 40% flavor are good and 60% taste old and has strong “store” spices (tells me they were not insulated and stored next to strong spices) and also taste of really old. I will never order again.

Jordan Burciaga: Coffee here, regardless of the type, is exceptional. To my surprise, the spices that they put in some of these brews go very well together. Something new and extremely different that ive never had before that turned out delicious.Decor of the Café is unique in its own as well. A pot of Turkish was also quite good. I ended up ordering 5 different drinks in one sitting here ahah.However, this quality (for the coffee at least) only seems to be achieved when Noran is working on Sundays.

This guy knows how to pull an espresso shot like nobody's business and his latte art skills are off the charts.But here's the real kicker - Mohammed's customer service is next-level amazing. DD &D: Got adani chai and some cakes it was great what i didn't like at all the sofas or their seats or chairs you can't set and enjoy your drink and dessert none on my group who was with me was comfortable setting which is not good we came to have some drink , dessert and enjoy seating but not comfortable at it's like they don't want you to be comfortable so you dont set just buy and leave wich is bad

maddie: i always get the same drink whatever starbucks i go to. everytime i go to this specific location they mess it up EVERYTIME. the same thing is always wrong with it. how do you get carmel mixed up with chocolate?? idk what drink they give me but it’s definitely chocolate. i order a carmel frappuccino & i end up with something totally different.. i don’t pay 8 dollars not to drink what i got. i absolutely hate chocolate so thank you starbucks. you messed up yet again.

Jessica Summerfield: The barista was super rude to me and both my friends while ordering my drink. I approached her and said “hi!!” Followed immediately with my questions pertaining to a drink and she cut me off mid sentence saying “first off hi how are you?” Like she was offended I didn’t follow up my “hi” with a “how are you” vs just going into my question (I also work in customer service and was super nice in my own opinion upon asking her my question and I was just soooo turned off that she cut me off with extreme attitude and made me feel as though I was being rude when I literally try really hard to be super nice to every worker in customer service) we all ordered our drinks and I tried to collect my points (I spent 46$ and couldn’t collect any points for it!?!?) when she informed me I could not collect point or use points at her location. I then asked for a receipt in hopes of possibly being able to add my points myself later on and she also refused me said receipt. I’ll stick to the 12 mile and gratiot location. They always super polite there. I literally walked out of the store with my head down wondering what I did that was taken as rude to this workers perception and tbh it really messed up my day. Both my friends said she was super rude also before I even brought it up. Super disappointing and will go out of my way to stay away from this Starbucks for sure.
