Rebecca Orlando: I stopped in this morning to get a coffee before I went to work, there was one lady in front of me and they were finishing up her transaction when I walked in. The lady who took her order walked away, I waited for about ten minutes and in that time three other employees came up to tell me it'd just be one moment, which wasn't an issue at all. Then when she's about to take my order the lady that already ordered read the sign about their deals when you buy a coffee and decided she wanted a bagel as well. Instead of having her wait in line like everyone else is supposed to she made me move back in line so she could retake her order. They went back and forth for about five minutes before she decided what she even wanted to order. After the second time she took her order she walked away yet again. I try to be understanding and while I normally wouldn't mind the wait there was no reason for it as there were more than enough staff there today, when there's only usually one or two and it was just straight up rude. This isn't the first issue like this I've had with them, they've had me wait for "fresh" hash browns before ( I didn't even request them fresh) and after waiting fifteen minute they were soggy like someone warmed up french fries in the microwave and every time I get their bagels they taste weird, which I'm pretty sure is just a result of unclean equipment. while it's conveniently located and the coffee is usually good im not sure it's worth going back.

KRISSY: Some of the newer employees aren't very friendly. I wasn't greeted at all, the guy just kept looking at me as I waited...I said Hello..The drink I ordered was not what I received. I wasn't given a straw either when they gave me the old style top/lid. I didn't realize this til after leaving because dunkin and everywhere else usually uses the new sip top lids... Staci Lanford: I asked to have my snackin bacon heated up as I cannot eat cold food (medically) it doesn't digest correctly. I explained this to the RUDE "manager" who told me oh well to my face. I asked again today and was told "it's a hazard to have warm bacon" but yet they serve HOT sandwiches, coffee, and bagels. I was then told "just go to the one on garfield maybe they will heat it up for you. Why should I have to drive out of my way to get my order the way I want it as a paying customer? I called corporate who informed me that it is NOT policy that they cannot heat up the bacon (which I told the person at the window that), corporate told me the franchise owner would contact me regarding the issue. I still haven't heard from them. Clearly they do not care about their customers.

The place in general looks run down. Ordered 2 coffees both made the same except one no sweetener. No labels were on the coffees and I asked the worker which had the sugar and she didn't know..even though she made it. I'm a diabetic and pregnant and just have to hope for the best I guess. Big health risk to the public not taking a few seconds to print and stick on the labels. They weren't busy either, I was the only one there.

I had to say, "I need napkins" 6x because the person couldn't understand me. When I was at the window, I asked again for napkins and I was handed 4 napkins for a dozen donuts. K Osmond: I have been getting my orders from here through DoorDash for over a year because of the inability to drive because I broke my back. I order every 2 days the exact same iced decafs with the exact same flavor shots and flavor swirls (except when the actually post a new flavor). Sometimes you get an employee who nails it but often, either the milk isn’t in it or flavor shots but mainly they always don’t put in the flavor swirl! DoorDash can’t even call them because the number they list is disconnected to try to help me! I’m not using this location ever again! They have the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Are they just intentionally leaving out the flavor swirl to save costs for them? Well that just loses customers. When done right, Dunkin has the best coffee out there without added oils and chemicals. Just not this location and when you call yourself….they just don’t care and there’s never a manager around. It’s gone downhill at this location for sure!
Sarah Keilman: I am such an iced coffee fan, it pains me to say that the iced coffee I got from this restaurant today was awful! I ordered a coconut iced coffee with cream. They double checked my order, i repeated it, then gave me an iced coffee with coconut milk and whipped cream. I tried to drink it but the coffee itself tasted burned. I was so sad to have to dump it!

Mrs. Rashad: I come here at least once/twice every other week, for over 2 months now, there’s been 2 times my Turkey, egg and cheese croissant (attached with review) looked dry & had no cheese & I didn’t complain or bring it to a managers attention after any other visit. However today draws the line. I witnessed the lady preparing my breakfast sandwich and my daughters hash browns touch common surfaces & make cash/credit transactions with the same gloves she used to deal with food. I politely told her she should change them because it was unsanitary & she closed the drive thru window in my face, she didn’t acknowledge what I said as a paying customer. She was very unprofessional. However, I feel she wouldn’t have any consequences. They all probably do the same thing, sadly.. I will not be going back. Date of encounter 02/16/2023 @ 8:31 AM.

Mrs Marsh Email: They don't know how to make a milkshake. I hope this post will encourage them to pull up the directions. You shouldn't be able to drink a milkshake like it's a glass of milk. The 1st was liquidied, I asked to please remake because it's not too loose, I didn't say it's not thick. The 2nd wasn't any different. Three (hubby just delt with it) MILKshakes all disappointing. So much milk I couldn't taste ice cream flavor.

Lisa Lee: Ordered a sausage egg and cheese croissant. I randomly decided to open up the sandwich (which I never do) and saw that there was half an egg and half a sausage. Quite comical. I understand times are hard but if you’re gonna give me half the ingredients, then only charge me half the price, lol. I don’t think I’ve experienced this at other locations. This isn’t my “usual” Dunkin’ but this still doesn’t seem to be protocol.
Rachel Lazur: Not happy with this location, I ordered a hot chocolate with French vanilla and they gave me a peppermint hot chocolate not only did I wait 5 to 7 minutes for my order to be made but they got it wrong and the number on the website is not a working number.
