Gabriella Payne: I love 98% of the workers although there is a barista that wear black aprons that are rude & need to watch how they speak to people & takes this job way too serious baby you are serving coffee let’s get it together now. It’s also a real tragedy that you come to work looking the way you do. Let’s do something about the attire & that hair. maddie: i always get the same drink whatever starbucks i go to. everytime i go to this specific location they mess it up EVERYTIME. the same thing is always wrong with it. how do you get carmel mixed up with chocolate?? idk what drink they give me but it’s definitely chocolate. i order a carmel frappuccino & i end up with something totally different.. i don’t pay 8 dollars not to drink what i got. i absolutely hate chocolate so thank you starbucks. you messed up yet again.
nesimvana: The other reviews have CLEARLY mixed up what Starbucks they went too- because it definitely isn't the one located in Target. Shannthia is the absolute best! She always has a great attitude & friendly face. Cardell is a delight as well! 6/5 stars for them!

Jessica Summerfield: The barista was super rude to me and both my friends while ordering my drink. I approached her and said “hi!!” Followed immediately with my questions pertaining to a drink and she cut me off mid sentence saying “first off hi how are you?” Like she was offended I didn’t follow up my “hi” with a “how are you” vs just going into my question (I also work in customer service and was super nice in my own opinion upon asking her my question and I was just soooo turned off that she cut me off with extreme attitude and made me feel as though I was being rude when I literally try really hard to be super nice to every worker in customer service) we all ordered our drinks and I tried to collect my points (I spent 46$ and couldn’t collect any points for it!?!?) when she informed me I could not collect point or use points at her location. I then asked for a receipt in hopes of possibly being able to add my points myself later on and she also refused me said receipt. I’ll stick to the 12 mile and gratiot location. They always super polite there. I literally walked out of the store with my head down wondering what I did that was taken as rude to this workers perception and tbh it really messed up my day. Both my friends said she was super rude also before I even brought it up. Super disappointing and will go out of my way to stay away from this Starbucks for sure.

Gabby Simon: The barista my sister and I had was honestly the best barista we’ve ever had , I’m not sure of his name but he had green hair , I was over the refresher flavors on the menu so not only did he make me an amazing drink , he told me exactly how to order it , and also asked if the color of my sisters coffee looked good or if she wanted more cream ( which they never do) !

Yin Lin: Amazing worker and definitely deserve a long break and be allowed to take tips. The worker was all by himself and was so kind even though he could take his break. So Kroger allowed the workers to take a least a 20 minute break and be allowed to take tips

Mar Santiago: Drinks were quick and delicious and I hate to give bad reviews having worked in retail and restaurants but the workers at this location completely took advantage. I sent my husband in to pick a cup out for my daughter who I give my star rewards to to get her cup obsession taken care of. I had to stay in the car with my newborn baby. I had 600 stars and they told him they don't accept that and charged us $20+ for her cup. Extremely upset by the lies the worker who rung them up told him. He didn't know any better to speak up and just believed what he was told. Way to take our money and you will NEVER get my business again! Watch your purchases and wallets here! Shady as ever

Rick bell: So for seven dollars for a latte and they can never get it right. And it's just a normal Venti white chocolate mocha, and they always mess up. today they diddn't put any white mocha in it. Seriously done with Starbucks.
Olivia Haskin: The coffee is always consistent here. But the wait is incredibly long because they are understaffed. There's no reason that the person taking orders at the window should also be making food during the busy morning rush. It's not the employees' fault, but that of management.
