Every time I come to this location, the same sour faced woman is behind the register. You ask a question and you get a short snotty tone or a sarcastic attitude.She has a ear bud in and will start talking as though she has a conversation going on with someone on her phone.Today, the blizzard i ordered never came. I had to remind her about it. When I got it, it was runny. She stated the ice cream machine ran out and they had to make more. Why didn't they ask me if I would mind another flavor ice cream? Why didn't they tell me what had happened. She offered me more ice cream if I wanted more, but by this time I was so over my experience I just wanted to leave. I tried to eat it and it was gross. After 3 bites I was grossed out & threw it away. I appreciated her effort, but it was too little too late.

You kept the line moving to the best of your ability and seemed to be training a new younger person. I am sorry I didn't know you were having trouble before I put my order in. Chell Davis: I was very disappointed when my husband and I arrived 9/19/20, no one was at the counter we waited for a few minutes.We finally had to yell hello hello hello and finally after a couple of minutes two employees came from the back. The girl had her cell phone in her hand and the boy was laughing. There was a cup of chocolate ice cream sitting there melting. The girl took our whole order, only to find out there was no hotdogs, the boy said they ran out the day before. Also she kept stating she was new and had to keep leaving the register to get help from the other employee. This was one of my husband's and I favorite DQ in the Detroit area, it was considered one of the cleanest too. I'm not sure if Ken is still the owner or if he was just off for the weekend? Because he really kept the place up. But now it seems like all the other restaurants in Detroit! They dont care about customer service, cleaness, or if you get what you pay for, and that's sad. I only gave them one star because we have RESPECT for the owner Ken, ( I'm sure he didn't know about all this)otherwise I wouldn't of gave them any!*** UPDATE *** 3/21/22Great customer service, but the place is VERY FILTHY and while waiting in the drive thru line one of the workers held up the line holding a conversation with a friend in the dru thru line ( rude). So I will unfortunately still keep them at one star

Mary Ann Aaron: I had a gift card that was sent to me for my birthday. I purchased a small and large reese peanut butter blizzard that was not solid. If you turned it upside down it would not have stayed in the cups. I thought if you turned them upside down and they didnt stay in the cup the blizzard was free. There was very little reese peanut butter in the blizzard. Every review I have read says that the ice cream machines are too soft and not solid. I should have gone to a different dairy queen but this dairy queen is within a half hour radius. I will not teturn to this location in Madison Heights. Very disappointed with my blizzards. Even the ice cream cone i purchaded with my blizzards was too soft and melted before it was given to me. A melted blizzard is no fun to eat. Why did i waste my time.

Sydney Miracle: FOOD POISONING! My husband and I went to Dairy Queen on 12/19 for a strawberry blizzard and a milkshake. About 3 hours later, we were unbelievably sick. All the tell tale sign of food poisoning - intense vomiting, gagging, fever, sweats and fatigue. It’s been 48 hours and we are just now feeling back to ourselves. Will never go back again.

At the next board meeting you need to give each board member a carton of Egg Nog and let them try to open it. Be prepared to laugh yao. I would give your Egg Nog 6 stars but I had to subtract 3 for fighting the packaging.

I am 79 years old and was drinking eggnock all over the world but this one is the worst I ever try. The worst in the entire world including the USA.I suggest you buy other company eggnock and compared to yours. Your Eggnock is just like a deluted dish water. No taste and no body to it.
