Stanley Cornell: I come to this store twice a week & today I came & they didn't have the ice cream I like ,Jamoca almond fudge and this isn't the first time this has happened. Now mind you it's not even hot out side yet and no ice cream and last week the prepack freezer was down hmm and no ICE CREAM. You can't run a business like this or you'll go under. I suggest everyone call first or you'll waste your gas.WHAT A SHAME ! ! !
Dani Daze: I love Baskin Robbins! I would definitely come back here. They have unique flavors of ice creams that you cannot find in other stores and they have decent prices too as prices all around the world changed. We will definitely support local Small businesses so they can strive and not close their doors for out of business. I bought an ice cream cake here and it was a good decent price. My daughter loved it and they go beyond as we expected. We has so much FUN!

Ashlyn H: Went here for ice cream and will never be back again. While my husband got an oreo shake that he said was good, I got 2 scoops of chocolate and asked for peanut butter sauce on top. When the employee opened the sauce it was chunky and she just put it on my ice cream anyway and put the lid on. While we were walking out, I heard them say the warmer for it wasn't even on. Icecream was inedible when I opened it when I got home. Completely disgusting. This business should be ashamed of this service and product.

Panda's Stories: Ice cream was very nice, I personally got the dirt cup and it was very good. The staff that works here is very kind to their customers and makes you feel very welcomed. There are wooden picnic tables outside the store to have ice cream on so you can come with multiple people and have a lovely time. Overall 10/10, I would and will come again.

Elmar Seubert: One person working there, couldn't understand us and we couldn't and we couldn't understand him. Only 12 flavors of ice cream. Ice cream served was old and tasted bad, three of us threw it away. I drank the small shake, but had terrible gas all night into the morning. Won't visit this location ever again.

Yuck. They also put small scoops of ice cream into my cup, gave me the wrong flavor ice cream, and barely put any fudge (that I paid and was charged extra for) in the cup. If this is how you operate, you should just close your doors permanently.
Nisha Nish: Ordered a cake Online and paid for it, for my Daughter's Birthday. When I arrived to pick it up, the cake was not there and hadn't even been made. The young lady that was working was not able to give me a refund for whatever reason, I guess she wasn't authorized to do so and the Manager was not even there. The young lady had to give me a cake after seeing my receipt, which the cake that I had to accept was poorly made and sloppy and lopsided. Plus, it was a chocolate chip cake with Oreos on the outside...we ordered a Unicorn ice cream cake. It wasn't the young lady's fault, she was trying her best. I fault the people over her, because whoever is in charge needs to be on top of Online orders. I will be contacting corporate. Smh

We received one with the wrong flavors of ice cream, and so much milk was mixed in that it was entirely liquid (next to no ice cream was included). The other shake was instead given to us as a Like-It sized ice cream with one of the flavors left out. We wanted to get a refund, but the staff did not seem to care, and as 20 minutes had already passed waiting on two (completely wrong) orders, we had to leave. As we exited the store, the employee who made our orders made a sarcastic remark to my fiancé. Upon getting back to the car, I realized my drink had peanut butter in it, which I had not asked for. I’m not allergic, but it is so negligent to include things in a customer’s drink that they didn’t ask for without their knowledge. You could make someone seriously ill by doing this. Please AVOID this business at all costs. It is very dirty, and the employees are extremely disrespectful. Also, please contact Coldstone directly with complaints, as this location clearly does not care to help.
Eternal Tamashii: Got both my orders wrong, had to confirm 4 times still to get an order wrong. Took me almost 20 minutes to get a simple order of two shakes. Then was given attitude and both items be completely wrong. One was a cup of milk with a minuscule amount of the wrong ice cream, and the other was a tiny ice cream of the wrong flavor. Don’t ever go here. It’s a waste of time and money. Completely incompetent.
Remy Mitchell: Worst coldstone ever. It’s always a hot mess inside , the ice cream cooler is damaged and they use cardboard to replace the missing glass on the side of it. Also please don’t eat here if you have any allergies . They have a bad problem with cross contamination. This is the 3rd time my ice cream has had nuts in it and I didn’t ask for any. Also my ice cream just had Chocolate syrup in the bottom and I didn’t even ask for any . Gross .

I let me kids get ice cream against my better judgement.No one helped the girl making our 4 ice creams… took a really long time and we had to watch her because she forgot to add ingredients into the ice cream.Ice cream fridge is broken as well and replaced with cardboard.Head somewhere else.

Once we got to the drive thru there was only Tim Horton’s items on the menu since it was a split location. Asked the worker if he could switch screens and he told us to look it up online. They didn’t even have a QR code that gives us access to the Cold Stone menu. Additionally, there was a line of cars piling up behind us while we were searching the menu online. Do not recommend unless you want to get immediately sassed by the staff.
Jayce Wilson: i would give zero stars if i could. the staff at this location has given me issues the past 3 times i’ve come here. this time, i was ordering a specialty ice cream cone that was shown pictured on the glass right above the ice cream flavors. as i was ordering, i could tell the lady taking my order was confused. she must’ve been struggling to remember her menu that was displayed in the window as well as throughout the store. i restated my order again as she verified twice with me already and i corrected her both times. after a third correction, she decided to ask for help and the person she asked for help simply stated from 5 feet away, “tell her we don’t do sundaes here.” i said then, “the ones right here on the glass in front?” and she said again “tell her we don’t do specialty anything here.” i then told them to have a wonderful day and i took my business elsewhere.
FiureItOut YourSelf: I came to this location twice. Both times the customer service is TERRIBLE. Hopefully management can pull it together, either way this establishment won’t see another dollars of mine… if you want great ice cream rogers bulk candy and ice cream it’s AMAZING… and down the road. Lesson learned trying to get what’s close 😂

Every time I come to this location, the same sour faced woman is behind the register. You ask a question and you get a short snotty tone or a sarcastic attitude.She has a ear bud in and will start talking as though she has a conversation going on with someone on her phone.Today, the blizzard i ordered never came. I had to remind her about it. When I got it, it was runny. She stated the ice cream machine ran out and they had to make more. Why didn't they ask me if I would mind another flavor ice cream? Why didn't they tell me what had happened. She offered me more ice cream if I wanted more, but by this time I was so over my experience I just wanted to leave. I tried to eat it and it was gross. After 3 bites I was grossed out & threw it away. I appreciated her effort, but it was too little too late.
