Jamie HaRrington: Huge price, not so good shakes or parfaits and the staff isn't very friendly.
Panda's Stories: Ice cream was very nice, I personally got the dirt cup and it was very good. The staff that works here is very kind to their customers and makes you feel very welcomed. There are wooden picnic tables outside the store to have ice cream on so you can come with multiple people and have a lovely time. Overall 10/10, I would and will come again.
Jking 0.o: If I was asked what I would like for a last meal, I would simply reply "Large twist custard dipped in butterscotch, in a cone". From this specific Ermas tho. They must have a magic wand or something bc it's literally a spiritual experience each time I come here.

Catherine: Love Menchie’s, but this location is a disaster. This is April of 2022 and the dining room looks like a junk yard storage. Yougurt machines that are not being used are stored in the dining room, poster asking to social distance, chairs piling up… all of this creates unnecessary clutter and limits dining room capacity.

Stanley Cornell: I come to this store twice a week & today I came & they didn't have the ice cream I like ,Jamoca almond fudge and this isn't the first time this has happened. Now mind you it's not even hot out side yet and no ice cream and last week the prepack freezer was down hmm and no ICE CREAM. You can't run a business like this or you'll go under. I suggest everyone call first or you'll waste your gas.WHAT A SHAME ! ! !
Dani Daze: I love Baskin Robbins! I would definitely come back here. They have unique flavors of ice creams that you cannot find in other stores and they have decent prices too as prices all around the world changed. We will definitely support local Small businesses so they can strive and not close their doors for out of business. I bought an ice cream cake here and it was a good decent price. My daughter loved it and they go beyond as we expected. We has so much FUN!

Ashlyn H: Went here for ice cream and will never be back again. While my husband got an oreo shake that he said was good, I got 2 scoops of chocolate and asked for peanut butter sauce on top. When the employee opened the sauce it was chunky and she just put it on my ice cream anyway and put the lid on. While we were walking out, I heard them say the warmer for it wasn't even on. Icecream was inedible when I opened it when I got home. Completely disgusting. This business should be ashamed of this service and product.

Didn’t realize keeping stock of popular flavors was hard for this place to do. Both people working in there were rude when I mentioned they didn’t have any flavors.

Minnie Dash: Love the donuts here. We got a dozen yesterday and I had a Boston cream and a cinnamon roll. I gotta say, they are nice and fresh. Especially the cinnamon roll, I don’t know if it’s the same as a coffee roll or not, but, I enjoy the soft pastry with the sweet glaze and cinnamon streusel inside!! Also, the cherry donut is sooo good. We’ll definitely stick with this place.
