M T: Terrible terrible service! They do not move fast unless your in the hospital! My Dr submitted 2 scripts in January didn't get a call back for 1 script until March I had to keep calling about the other I don't know how there office works but when people faxed things to our office I had to get up and physically scan them into the system somewhere someone isn't doing their job. I'm irritated because I'm the one going without my medical equipment . It should be a easier way to get things done and a back up then that can hold people accountable .

This is my third time to go over there, and each time, the lady was very mean and refused to help me or explained to me how to use my sleep apnea machine. Holly Kotchman: I got a breast pump a week and a half ago from Binson’s, and had to come back because my 2 year old broke the tubing off in the machine on accident. (He fell on it.) I went there today, not sure what to do. Originally they told me I had to call customer service (the manufacturer) which makes sense. I asked how long it would take to get another pump because I exclusively pump. They handed me a box with another pump and said “you need this.” They also gave me paperwork with my info on it in case I needed to call modella to get new parts. I almost cried. They are so kind and knew I needed this to feed my baby. I cannot express enough how grateful I am for them and know if I went anywhere else they wouldn’t have done this for me. Not only do they have excellent customer service skills, but they are wonderful human beings with big hearts. I will recommend this place to anyone in need of medical supplies. They exceeded any expectations I had. I wish I got their names but it was the man at the desk and a woman who sat facing the front door. I hope they see this so they can know how grateful I am for them.
Dody Hofer: I ordered a CPAP machine for my husband back in October and I still haven't heard anything from them. My husband's snoring and breathing is severe and needed a CPAP machine asap.. Thanks to this other company they were able to help us. We now have a CPAP machine for my husband. I will never suggest Binsons Medical Equipment to any of my family or friends not even my worst enemy.. sleep atmea is not to play around with you can loose your life expially when it's Sevier ..Thanks to Aairs they were there for us.
Mammagiggio: As a counter to the 1 star I left for Binson's Livonia location, it is only fair that I leave a raving review for the employee at Binson's Sterling Heights location who provided GREAT customer service.Short story:I received the wrong heated tubing for my CPap with my mail delivery order. I went into the chaos which is the Livonia Respritory department, and left very frustrated, without an exchange.I phone Binson's customer service to try to exchange via mail, also no help.So, I phone the Sterling Heights location. She indicated the tubing was incorrect/defective, and is shipping a new heated tube.Faith in humanity restored!

NOTE Binson's has done away with the TICKETING system to determine your order of service by their staff!GET A TICKET WHEN YOU ARRIVE to determine your order of service by Binson's staff. The last two digits of the ticket number are significant - the "Now Serving" sign showed 847 while my ticket number was 951. They were calling the last two digits to assist the next customer.I was picking up a new Prodigy blood glucose meter and supplies. The staff explained what I was receiving, showed me the meter is turned on by inserting a test strip and to apply the drop of blood to the END of the test strip. They asked if I had any questions and even set the date and time on the meter for me.

delano sanders: Marci Taylor! was amazing. I visited Binson's to see about a knee scooter or a wheel chair. Marci helped me with the scooter. the handle was a little wobbly and she made sure to go the extra mile to make sure it was sturdy and safe for me to tryout in the store. before she helped me i noticed her helping an other patron and she just kept an amazing smile on her face. I am in a lot of pain but she made the experience wonderful! Binson's is not even in my PPO network but i plan to go back to purchase other things with my HSA. Primarily because of the customer service she provided.
frank wasung: I wish I could give a better review, but I have been on hold for a total of 70 minutes over the last two days, during business and non lunch hours, to simply check to see if they have received and prepared the prescription my Mothers Dr. sent over for a walker. I still have NOT spoken to anyone as I have had to hang up due to time. I drove over 60 miles yesterday while waiting for someone to pick up the phone and nobody ever did.
Jason Z: Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs! My son (9) and daughter (12) were both written prescriptions for orthotic insoles from the foot doctor. The insoles completed and fitted by Binsons completely broke down, stunk, and lost their shape in about four months of use. When I returned to see if Binson's would warranty or replace the junk insoles - they wanted me to go back to my foot Dr and pay another co-pay for a new prescription to remake the insoles rather than stand behind the products they sell. When I asked them about all their negative reviews online the management looked at me and said its out of our control call Centerline and complain! Not the way to run a company - avoid this place entirely and read all the horrible reviews!

Allen Stiefvater: This post is from Allen's wife, Terry Martin. Vera is my go to Lady in the Ladies Boutique at Binsons in Troy. I get custom compression stockings once a year. Once I submit my order I know that I am in good hands. She lets me know when my order will be completed and ready for pick up. If I don't arrive on that date she calls me first thing the next day. I have had others help at other locations and this location too. Vera is simply "The Best!!!" Hope you see this. For all you do for me "Thank You" Vera! Terry Martin

Paula Williams: Trying to get a wheelchair replaced for my husband, called a week ago was told everything was set and they would send it to process and someone would be calling us. One week later(after no one called) called back and was told it could only be repaired. Spoke with several "representatives" and one so called manager, who was either pretty ride or just didn't want to be bothering. Only one person explained to me that he couldn't have his chair replaced of it could be fixed. Besides that a total run around. When I mentioned that I spoke with someone a week ago and I was given a different story, I got nothing. Once this chair is fixed or replaced..we will never be back! The worst company for medical equipment.. poor training. Misinformed reps and so called managers who are even less helpful. A simple call back to clarify things but instead a total nightmare adding to an already stressful situation. Thanks for nothing

Ann Marie Valentine: I really appreciate the knowledge, confidence, and caring manner of the store Manager Robin. I spent several hours over the course of two days with my insurance company and at another Binson’s. I was told at the first Binson’s I went to, that I need preauthorization in order to get the walking boot the doctor ordered for my 14 year old son’s fractured ankle. I was told the preauthorization would take 7-10 days. Obviously not a good option for my son who needed a walking boot to stabilize an ankle fracture. It was Robin at the Troy Binson’s who finally told me and my insurance company that the code for walking boots excludes them from preauthorization. I went into the Troy store and she greeted me at the door and made sure getting my son’s boot was quick and easy. Everyone who helped us at this location was very nice. If you need DME this is definitely the place to go!
Kyrras Conrad: I went in this morning to look at mobility scooters. I was the only customer in the place. I got on 2 different scooters and rode them around the store to see what they were like. There were several staff people at the front desk talking about various things. Not one of them asked me if they could help me. I left without buying anything. Usually poor customer service like that is coming from the top down: management is not interested. I guess when you have things that people really need (medical supplies), there is no emphasis on customer service because people will come in and buy anyway. There are, however, other medical supply companies, plus of course, the Internet. I will not be coming back to Binsons. I went to MI Medical Supply in Waterford where they seemed really interested in helping me choose the right product. And their prices were better, too!
Brandonlisa Schmidt: Customer Service is terrible and there is absolutely no organization. I called on Saturday only to be told I could pay for wrist braces out of pocket but in order to use my insurance I would need to wait to meet with someone in Orthotics when they open on Monday. I was not offered nor told that making an appointment was an option. Came in Monday and was not acknowledged by anyone. It was confusing where to go or even that I had to sign in. Signed in and sat down. After waiting 30 minutes I asked how long the wait was to then be told it was at least 45 minutes more unless I had an appointment. I asked to schedule one and came back the same day luckily. Or so I thought! Signed in again, waiting 15 more minutes, then was asked to fill out paperwork. Waited again for another 15 minutes to be seen. The specialist measuring my wrists was personable, helpful and quick. When I came out of the room I was told I just needed to pay my coinsurance thinking I could pay quickly and finally go...not true. I was told to take a seat and waited again for 22 minutes. I have been in customer service myself for 15+ years and can see many flaws in how things are run. I’m sure Binsons would be that much more profitable if they invested in training and hiring. I would highly suggest hiring someone to either help the two ladies at the desk learn basic customer service concepts, help them understand how to organize their day and even hire another person to help with walk-ins. Many of the people I witnessed coming in were using walkers or wheelchairs and were not greeted at all and confused. There should be compassion and care when recognizing people are coming to your business for help, not to be neglected.
Mom Ozark: Horrible customer service in orthopedic department. Signs in and waited a half hour only to be told to fill out paperwork. Waited another half hour while listening to an employee taking care of personal business and 2 others just sitting there. If I didn’t have an hour of my time invested I’d leave. Will not be back. Troy Store. Let your customers know how the process works instead of sitting staring at a screen and not acknowledging them when they walk up to your station.Update. When we were finally seen the orthopedic girl did a great job.
Debbie Lindenthal: The red haired girl at the orthopedic desk is very rude. We came there for help and were turned away because it is a workers comp case. I understood this but the desk person came across as a know it all and we were stupid. Not very pleasant
