I needed the brace in short timing for a trip out of the country and Matt made sure to get it for me in time.Very happy with BeFittingYou medical supply. I would highly recommend this company for any medical supplies. They made measurement visits and deliveries to my home and always pushed to have everything ready for me as soon as possible. Both knee braces I have received are high quality and fit very well.

Emma Banas: your call system is HORRIBLE! I waited over 45 minutes to speak to someone regarding a CPAP script that was sent to Binson's. We deal with the Royal Oak store which is fantastic but having to go through the Centerline store, no thank you. We should be able to call RO directly. I am looking for a new medical supply place. I just don't want to give up our contact at RO because he is wonderful - the rest of your service is rated ONE -
Doreen Cox: I've tried to receive compression stockings from binson since 2021 still waiting for them to come in I quest so I went to another place. Now I've been waiting over 6 weeks just for them to call me to set up appointment to be fixed for diabetic shoes. I've called both providers and they had not received anything from them so I called my insurance company and got a couple others to go to so I cancelled with binson.

Rose H: It wasn't my choice to use this company, but I will never use them again. The communication is horrible. Everytime you follow up on your order there's a new reason it is delayed. The customer service is awful and there are long wait times. The staff isn't sure what they are doing and can not answer my questions. If you want your medical equipment in a timely manner I suggest you start the process with another company because they drag their feet here and there is no follow up on their end. They will tell you that they are going to call you back and then never call and say no one sent it through and now there is longer to wait.

Chris Tallo: As a pediatrician, I have never written a review of a medical supply provider until today. This company will interfere and/or block your physician's orders for no apparent reason. You will not receive essential supplies in a timely manner. Find another provider. They just don't care.
Joseph Orlando: I had a prescription for a wheelchair it was sent here the first lady I talked to let my order sit for a week then straight out lied to me and I confronted her and she still insisted on keeping her lie . So I went to a manager and she said she would take care of my order so she did and said she would call me in two days never happened I called four days later and it was denied and she never called and would not talk to me. I don't think they are a good company to count on they have way to many excuses to be in a business that helps the elderly and the sick now it's not all the department in the store but I have had problems time to time I'm concerned about this

Matthew in the orthopedic section of Binson's is most rude.He didn't, Even find out what type of insurance I had... and begin only from the hearing my voice ..... With this again, quoting prices. If you feel like all black people are skipping out on you and your pricing then you should come up with a better system but you do not you do not I repeat treat customers badly based on their voice ethnicity, he didn't even want to make the appointment I had to ask him more than six times I counted each time with my finger I put it up when he went on....about pricing,then I had to say are you going to make the appointment sir....So I went somewhere where I was treated kindly and my affordability for the product was not assumed based on my voice ethnicity. You have a good day over there Matthew and I hope Binson's is well ...losing customers because I will tell all my friends and family about this experience thank.

Bob Jasion: Purchased an electronic lift chair (Golden Technologies Brand) March 2022. The chair broke 7 months later on October 22. I contacted Binson's on Monday Oct 24 and after waiting 45 minutes on hold I was told a technician could diagnose the problem the earliest on November 10 and there is a $125 service charge. Since the warranty is 100% coverage for the first year, I was surprised about the service charge and was told this was standard to have their technician troubleshoot the chair. Since the chair was stuck in the up position, we removed the faulty motor assembly to allow the chair to function manually. The technician arrived on Nov 10 and indicated the motor assembly was bad(Wow what a surprise for $125 service charge). He said he would contact the manufacture for warranty and replacement cost.Should take 2-4 weeks to repair. Followed up with Binsons on Nov 23 and after a 45 minute hold, I talked to a representative that said the technician "forgot" to order the part and would do this immediately. Followed up again on Nov 29 and after the customary 45 minute hold was told the part was on back order and would take 4-6 weeks. Continued to follow up with Binson's to no avail. Found the parts and care manual for the chair online and looked up the replacement part number. The lift motor assembly was readily available from several different suppliers and would ship in 3 days.I called Binsons again on Dec 19 with the availability of the part directly from the manufacture and they told me it was still back ordered. I contacted Golden Chair on Dec 19 and asked about purchasing the part and they indicated they did not sell directly to the public. However, their representative looked up the serial number of my chair and indicated this part was ordered on Dec 2, shipped on Dec 3 and arrived at Binsons on Dec 9. The part was in Binsons warehouse for over a week and they still listed it as back ordered. When I called again on Dec 19th, and waited the usual 45 minutes, I pointed out the information about the part in their warehouse, tracking number, and name of the employee who signed for the delivery. They needed another day to "email" purchasing to confirm delivery. I called again on the 20th and they now listed the part in inventory and the earliest they could have a technician install was on the 30th. After calmly asking to speak with a supervisor and waiting another 30 minutes on hold, I was told the part would be installed in 2 days on the 22nd. So, if you like this type of customer service, which is probably the text book example of how to destroy a business and lose customers, you should call Binsons. There are many other options for purchasing your medical supplies and needs. Binsons should not even be considered. It's surprising with the poor quality of their customer service and support that this business is still viable.

Backed by physicians of the highest quality I was given an exemplorary tutorial of my new Bipap machine. The machine then being personally tailored for my use. Much different than a multi-state organization where the technician had trouble turning on the machine. My confort zone having been completed before ever leaving. This is a "Five Star plus organization."
