Hope cotton: Took my son car to mobility works back in January to get it fixed. They took the whole car apart to say it needs to go back to the dealership. I towed it back to the dealership for them to say that it need to go back to mobility works again. Little communication with my son on what's going on with his car after having it for 2 months. His van has been from the dealership and mobility works 6 time with no result. As of today they still have his van and it's been 5 months. Can someone please help? This is mentally draining😡
Patricia Lay-Dorsey: I have been using Mobility Works at Madison Heights, Michigan for so many years I can’t even remember when I started. I have bought two wheelchair accessible minivans from them, had them convert the most recent one to hand controls, and now I’m having them do much-needed service on the minivan to get everything working properly. This is a 2007 vehicle so of course it needs upkeep. For years I have worked with Jim, the service manager, and among others, Jamie, the service technician. They have gone out of their way to help me in every way possible. I trust them totally and I’m so grateful for everything they do to keep me mobile.

Diane Mills-Gutierrez: We just bought a new accessible van from Jerry Sarasin, and he was so knowledgeable and helpful. Jerry is also a wheelchair user with his own accessible van and a great advocate for the disability community. There were a couple of snags in the process, but Jerry went over and above to make things right for us. I'd definitely do business with him again and will recommend him and the Madison Heights Mobility Works team to others!
Mike Music: Appointment times mean nothing here. I had an appointment scheduled for 1230p this week. I showed up at noon, checked in, dropped the vehicle off, and left. After four hours of no contact at all, my ride drove me back to find my vehicle sitting in the same parking spot, untouched. When I walked in to ask about why the vehicle had not been worked on, one of the employees freely expressed how they just forgot about it and didn’t seem to have a care in the world. No apology. Nobody went out of their way. And nobody seemed to care. It is very unfortunate that they seem to be doing “good work” for the disabled and our Veterans, but really they could care less about your experience.

The Turny Evo seat was a great option for our vehicle. Thanks for helping us make transport so much easier for our family.

Jerry Sarasin, his Black Lab companion dog Jetta, Jeanette (all in the Sales Dept.) and Jamon (the Service Area Manager) did an outstanding job from start to finish and went out of their way to see that every step of the process went smoothly. Jerry took care of every detail in his compassionate and personable style. He gave us his full attention whether on a phone call, signing papers at his desk or even coming out to the service area to accompany us and patiently answered all our questions. He and Jetta made our experience so enjoyable in the midst my most challenging mobility issues to date. Jerry said people would be stopping me in parking lots to ask about my sweet new ride - I will definitely refer everyone I meet to Jerry and his amazing team at Mobility Works in Madison Heights, Michigan. They all deserve 10 stars!

Bryan Kingman was the consultant I communicated with at the Madison Heights location, in order to purchase a modified vehicle with an electric wheelchair ramp. Bryan was organized, cooperative, walked me step by step easily into the purchasing process. This was my first time purchasing a new vehicle and it went very smoothly. I highly recommend Bryan’s service. I know that if I have a question, I can send him a text message and he responds, without any delays, to check if I’m available for a phone call.

Fd A2: As I know when you have a last customer before you closed you have to help him then close I go there for half an hour I ask for the lady she’s working in there she have a black long hair to help me she didn’t do anything she didn’t try she said I can’t I have to go I have a life I have a family to go there was kind of the scription alloctronic prescription she have to call the pharmacy to move the prescription to them but she did not why?

Salwa Hermiz: Worst service ever, they take forever to process a script and ship a medical equipment, you have to call them constantly to remind them of your forgotten order (it took them over a month to ship a CPAP machine and a mask). They also document incorrect information in the patient's chart and mix them up with other patients.They documented that I ordered 4 CPAP masks and I hand picked them from the store, which is incorrect, I never went to their store, all orders happened through the phone and were shipped to my house through their supplier and I only ordered 2 masks not 4.Very bad service and I regret using them, also I will never recommend them to anyone, they are an embracement to our community and they don't deserve the one star.....

Lori: Very helpful and responsive! I had calf surgery and didn't realize I would need a knee scooter until after I was home from the procedure. I found Mobility Plus online that evening and they delivered the rental scooter the next morning. Definitely made life more manageable for a week. Minus one star because I ordered a knee scooter with an attached basket and the one they brought didn't have one. The driver told me it would be dropped off later that day. It never happened so I just hung a reusable tote from the handle bars and that got me through.

Carmen Morris: My husband loves his scooter!!!! He kept saying he wasn't ready for it but when he saw it and rode on it he loved it. He has COPD and truly needs it to walk any distance, short or long. We enjoy music in the park concerts in the summer and last summer we had to miss alot because he couldn't walk from handicap parking to the park. Nick was sooooo helpful. He directed me to the right scooter. I wanted something that I could fold up and put in the back of my Escape. I had been looking on-line and never saw this easy, light, but durable scooter.
