Bobbi: There were only a few tables occupied when we arrived, but there was a 20-minute wait due to staffing issues. The host was not helpful, and neither the host nor manager were personable at all.I haven't been here in 20 years, and once we were seated, we really enjoyed the, all you can eat minestrone soup, salad, and bread sticks. The server Brandi made all the difference. I would go back just to have her wait on me, but I would hope to avoid that host and manager.

Alex Willson: We placed our orders (3 total people) that consisted of 3 orders of the endless breadsticks, soup and salad, and nothing else. We sat there, after we ordered, for about 30 minutes before we reached out to someone saying we haven’t seen any of our food. The manager came over and apologized and we told him that we will just take our food to go. The manager attempted to mend the situation by taking care of the bill, but that didn’t matter as another 15 minutes went by and we saw that same manager walk by 3 times doing something else and we STILL DID NOT GET ANY FOOD. Not to mention, since we sat down, 2 other tables sat down after us and got their food. We ended just getting and up walking out.The restaurant had MAYBE 20 customer and just about as many workers. There is no excuse for this terrible service. There was absolutely no sense of urgency what so ever, even after we voiced our issue.I honestly cannot think of one good thing that came from this visit today and I will not be coming back.

Brunisha Brooks: Totally inconvenienced by this place. The young people there provided poor service and the food was cooked poorly TWICE! I've only gone to this location 3 times. This was my last because the workers were actually trying to justify me having a burnt pizza because of extra cheese after forgetting ALL of my supreme pizza items from the initial order.The language in the store was very loud and inappropriate too. Initially I couldn't tell if there were additional workers or a TV with an extremely loud volume. It was unprofessional.Really, I should've known something was wrong when I saw the lady in front of me turnaround with her order where a topping was missing.I had 5 toppings missing from my initial order and the remake was burnt!The owner/manager was kind. Offered to remake the pizza a 3rd time. I requested a refund instead. I was offered a salad too. I declined it all after my order being messed up twice and seeing the demeanor of the workers. I no longer trusted they'd do right by my food.

Joel King: The you high girl taking my order couldn't get my credit card number right after three attempt's, then she put me on hold and I said put someone on the phone that can compute numbers and she hung up. So I called back and ask for the manager whom answered the phone, so when I asked if she had my correct card number she became offensive and went back to the issue with her employee taking her in to account over me. I must say I grew up on Hayes rd and have been enjoying they're pizza and subs for 45+ years, I'm truly disappointed in the new management and they're hiring choices. Joel king.
Johnsonville Bill: If Buddys pizza and Cloverleaf pizza had a baby, this would be the result. We tried little Italy for the first time last night and was blown away. The food is fresh, delicious, and everything a pizza should be. I also wasn't on the toilet this morning wishing I hadn't eaten pizza, so I know the ingredients hold quality. Thank you for introducing us to what pizza should taste like without stomach pain.

Susan Gibson: Waited 45 minutes for a pizza I ordered for pick up. When I went in to pick it up I was told it wasn't quite done and they would bring it to the car. Pepperoni was burnt and pizza was lukewarm at best. Never again.

Fresh crusty bread and olive oil / marinara was appreciated to start things off, as we were pretty hungry at the time.Our food was fresh and everything tasted great. I had the shrimp scampi and my daughter had the gnocchi and salad. She's a picky eater, and gave her meal two thumbs up. It was my first time ordering and the ordering process was simple, however a bit pricey for what I received. I ordered two pizzas, a large round pizza w/3 toppings (pepperoni w/2 veg) and a large square pizza w/three toppings (veggies).The flavor of the pizzas were delicious, however we were definitely cheated for what we paid because the pizza toppings were ABSOLUTELY CHINZY, SKIMPY AND ALMOST NON-EXISTENT! Again, both pizzas were very flavorful but totally skimpy with the toppings.Nono's cheated me on our pizzas and I will not order from Nono's again. C G: I've been passing this place for years but never gave it a second look. I'm not a huge pizza eater, so when I do have a craving for it like a lot of people I usually end up at one of the chain stores. I wasn't in the mood for one of those places on this occasion, so I finally decided to stop in. I ordered a large pizza and I must say it was delicious, hands down better than the chain stores. I will definitely continue to patronize this place.

We got cold pizza and the bread sticks looked like plastic. The pizza was dry. When I called to try and resolve this issue I was hung up on. I called back and by the end of the conversation the owner yelled shut up at me and hung up. That is such bad customer service that I can't help but share this experience.

Si si: I came in last weekend and ordered take out i was taken care of by rose. And although her name is rose she is no flower. The whole time when i was ordering she was giving me a dirty look. She went in the back and was yelling “i can stand when these arabs come in” she asked me what kind of sauce i wanted and i said ranch and she said “r u sure u dont want hummus?” Not to mention the amount of times tony sneezed in my food while bagging it. I asked him to please wash his hands and he said the sinks havent been working for five months. I hd fo use the bathroom and when i went in i found a possum in a cage in the corner when i asked them why there was a possim in the bathroom rose started telling me how it was apart of her southern culture. And lastly they charged my card three times. Avoid eating here at all costs.

Blackheart Lives: 4/7/23 Update. Not much to change. Everyone tried something new and we all liked our choices. Previous review: Overall it was a nice experience for dinner. We did not have reservations and we had 6 people. We only waited for about 5 minutes and it was fairly busy. The menu is complete with all the traditional Italian fair including make your own with a nice variety of sauces. The veal dishes were good. They were fresh cutlets as the price would require. The soups were awesome, and the fresh vegetables were very tasty to me although some said they were a bit over peppered. The tiramisu and cannolies were both really good. The waitress was extremely efficient, friendly and attentive. I would give 5 stars, but I thought the prices were a little high, and the decor is very in need of a refresh.Vegetarian options: There are for sure vegetarian options. There is a unique vegetarian lasagna and of course the variety of non-meat sauce options with your choice if pasta. Salad and soup options also.Kid-friendliness: Not really a particularly kid friendly restaurant. The prices are high for kids, and even the lobster mac and cheese was not favorite with my 13 year old. Younger kids could be even more problematic.Wheelchair accessibility: Not very wheelchair accessible. No auto door openers, and the door weight was heavy. Getting a wheelchair seating for dinner is hit or miss with an upper section completely inaccessible.
