Denaa David: Everyone please ignore any negative comments about this place. Literally the owner was the sweetest person ever and made sure I got the best quality extensions that matched my hair perfectly!! I got indian remy clip ons they held curls all day and night during my brothers wedding. Shop here because the customer service was unmatched. My hair is a light brown ash usually hard to find but found them there.

Ricia Jamillah: I've been shopping at this location and at the store in the Oakland Mall for years spent a lot of money in there. Tuesday morning I rather Tuesday afternoon. I go in to buy a ponytail and other supplies to surprise a young lady. I never buy hair first time no one ever said you can't exchange the ponytail, never even was open. Came back less than three and a half hours later to try to get it exchange and was lied to, (it's on your receipt), no it's not on the receipt! There is a small cardboard piece of paper hanging close to the register that says no hair return exchanges written in magic marker. I think they should either put it on the receipt or when you buy something just come out and say it's non-refundable or returnable but don't lie about being on the receipt.
Mia Parker: The store was well stocked an clean. The isles were not cluttered and spaced sufficiently. Lisa was nice, polite and provided honesty when telling my friend how the hair looked on her when she tried them on. Even though I am a Westsider, I will return.

The selection is huge and the prices are actually the same or less than online if you equate shipping so it’s totally worth it to purchase your items here. Teresea Jones: There is always an issue when I need a prior authorization. Some of the staff is ok but this one particular person annoys me and is always rude. There's Never a way to speak to the manager either. I'm switching to another Walgreens because this is beyond annoying for simply trying to get my medicine. I have proof of my medicine being approved and still getting the run around.

Kevin: Worst Walgreens in the area, don’t fill your prescriptions here. I’ve been waiting with no cars in front of me and being the only person in line. With one person in the lobby. (You can look right in and see where the customers sit.) and I’m still waiting. And this isn’t the first time! This is the third time. I always try to give a business or place a few times before I write something good or bad about them. Unless the customer service is outstanding or down right awful like this Walgreens. Two women are in there on their phones laughing in front of the window while I’ve sat here for 25 minutes. Then they noticed me and walked away. The only reason I’m still waiting is to get their name tags. I gave up after being here an hour I’m the drive thru and no one talking to me.

Alyson Little: This is my local Walgreens I go to for my prescriptions. I would say 90%ish or so of the pharm techs are extremely kind and helpful, as well as the pharmacist. Sometimes this pharmacy doesn't get extremely busy and you have to wait a long time and sometimes they do run out of some brand name medication which is unfortunate if your doctor prescribes you a brand name medication and they don't have a generic which is unfortunate because you have to wait who knows how long to be able to get the medicine you need. With the waiting room sometimes you only have to wait for like a minute but sometimes it can be up to like a half hour but it just depends I guess on how busy it is. I've been seeing Rosalie lately but I've seen probably most of the doctors there and I enjoy seeing all of them and I don't mind rotating the doctors that I see cuz I'd like to know them all and get different opinions from all of them cuz they all seem very knowledgeable I definitely recommend this clinic for sure. They also have a pharmacy in there waiting room which is really really cool I don't recall seeing that very often in doctor's offices

Anita McCambridge: 2/25/22 Pulled up at 10 minutes to 10 (when the hours say they close on the door). Was told by an employee sitting in their car outside that “we are closed”. So we are making up our own hours when the manager isn’t around? Mind you, I didn’t have time to get to another Walgreens before 10 when they are supposed to close. God forbid you actually work the full shift and close the store when it’s scheduled to be. Can’t give 0 stars, so to the people that work at this location, enjoy your gratuitous 1 star which is not deserved.
keith samuels: Pharmacy phones were not working for 2 days, yet they let customers wait on hold for hours for an answer that would never come.
Lin: Cashiers are always super nice and helpful in the regular store but the pharmacy is horrible. I have had, I think, one to two good interactions with the pharmacists here though I have picked up scripts at least ten times now. They seem to have an attitude most of the time and I really don't know why along with I am not notified when my prescriptions are ready. The lines for pickup are always horrible as well, taking 20 mins or longer for a 3 car line. Took my scripts to Meijer from here forward.

Margaret Topous: Hours listed for pharmacy are not accurate. CVS needs to update them. Open usually by 10am.Always helpful. May be difficult to get to right now because if the local roadwork on 12 Mile, but clean and well stocked. Staff is helpful and kind. Crystal Toma: There’s an African American girl that works the register (not wearing a name tag of course). She doesn’t acknowledge customers and I stood in front of her for 5 minutes while she played on her phone. When she finally made eye contact, she still didn’t say anything. I asked about an item and her response was “no” and proceeded to play on her phone. She has zero customer service skills and honestly shouldn’t be working with the public.The manager found what I needed in the back, unfortunately I had to encounter her again when checking out. Every single time I've regretted coming in and go--virtually anywhere else--with a vastly better experience.Long wait times, expensive prices (which I realize are for convenience, but that never pans out), if they actually have the item in stock....opens late and closes early for a pop-in place. I hate CVS. Go to Walgreens a block or so north, or even Target (a few blocks West) or Meijer (a few blocks East) and still get in and out faster with more $ in your pocket.

Robby Fisher: Rarely anyone to help you with service at the checkout
Michael Williams: A pretty big CVS with everything you need for a one stop shop. Photo so, pharmacy, alcohol, food, pop, meds, toys and Halloween decor/costumes. And the staff there are super friendly. It's a joy walking in there.

Amy L: Was told by the pharmacist that they “don’t take my insurance”, even tho for mental health they do take Medicaid ( I assume he never bothered to check just looked at my 2 cards and said he didn’t take the one and then told me to call around to different CVS’s to see which one would take my insurance and then I would have to ask for a transfer. What a joke. You would think a pharmacist would be more helpful in patients receiving meds. I’ll never recommend or go to this CVS. Even for non Pharmacy items this CVS is a 3 star. The customer service lacks, probably why they put the self service station in.
Matt Beeman: Several times this month, 2 separate doctors sent prescriptions in to this location. Staff says there is no prescription. Yesterday, Urgent Care sent a prescription in for an antibiotic, it was later in the day, so when they said it wasn’t ready yet, I went to get it today. “We never received it”. Called doctor they sent it again, verified address of CVS with me, then they called CVS to verify the address and that they received it. CVS said “YES”. I waited about an hour and a half so there would be time to fill it. Went in. “We didn’t receive it”. Went through several staff and the pharmacist and it seems to have vanished. If I hadn’t heard the phone call from the doctor the pharmacy myself I might still think they could be the problem. But I heard the pharmacy confirm they received it myself. I don’t know what’s going on here, but that’s it. I’m transferring all my prescriptions to Walgreens.

Allison Fouch: I have literally never had such bad experiences trying to get my prescriptions. I usually refill my three prescriptions via phone, but EVERY single time I pull into the drive-thru at this specific CVS they tell me that my prescription has not been refilled. Then, after explaining that I have called and refilled it (sometimes even days before), they proceed to tell me that it will be ready in an hour. I just made the trip out here after calling for them to tell me that it hasn't been refilled? Insane. On top of that, they are SO rude about it. Today, I refilled my prescription online and made sure that all of my prescriptions were ready to be picked up before driving all the way out there. One of them is even set to auto-refill. I pull up to the drive-thru and have the exact same issue. None of my prescriptions have been refilled and the lady helping me was SO rude, again. After I pick up these prescriptions, whenever that may be, I will not be sending them back to this location. Just awful service and horrible efficiency. At times, this has forced me to miss days of taking my prescription because they take their time and act like they really don't care.If you want an easy, quick, problem free prescription pick-up, DO NOT USE THIS CVS.

Lauren Haight: I had to get COVID tested to return to work. It's been over 3 days and no results. I specifically chose this location bc the store staff told me they've been getting 24 hr turn-around times. I call the store and then send me to a different number for minute clinic, which isn't an option on the store system. When I told the store clerk I couldn't find a number, she got really sassy and said it was on the bag for my nasal swab test. I told her I threw it away because it was a plastic see-through bag. She continued to get sassy. Finally she gives me a number. I call this number and have been on a loop for 40 min. 2 operators put me back in the loop. This is getting really frustrating as I am now not able to work my second job until I get results. There really needs to be a faster process. Finally get transferred to someone, Autumn, who does an amazing job tracking someone down. However, that person now tells me to call back in tomorrow and that the website is wrong, it always takes 4 days, not 2-3 like it says online or 24 hrs like store clerks said on the phone. CVS, some of your pages says 2-3, some say 2-5, some say 24 hours. All of your pages need to match.
