I know the part is $110 after taxes and when I asked how much they were charging for part he could not give an answer and responded "it'll be $700 parts and labor." Called around and just about anywhere else was cheaper and polite staff. Not sure if employee I spoke to even researched it because he did not sound sure and could not give me answers of breakdown of price.

PTI Michigan: They hire people who are not mechanic or technicians. I took my car for exhaust sound issue. They charged me but never fixed the issue. The mechanic dropped the back side of exhaust pipe twice on the ground and bent it and could not put it together. THEY ARE CHEATERS, DONT GO THERE.

Sydney Joann: I want to start off by saying this man had EVERY opportunity in the world to take advantage of me, I walked in a frantic mess telling him I have no idea how cars work but I thought I needed my brake pads changed because of a squealing and that overall it was overdue for a service check.I dropped it off at 11:30, and I got a call about an hour later saying my car was actually in great shape & I was just due for an oil change! :) Turns out, something just needed to be cleaned under one of my brakes & that solved the problem entirely. He even put air in one of my tires and took off a broken rubber piece without charging me.I walked away from what I was expecting to be a $800+ day, with a smooth driving car and a simple oil change. Polite, quick, informative & professional. I'll recommend Car Doctor to everyone I know now, and this will be my go-to place for sure. Weevern Gong: I want to write the best review possible but looking here, I see I have a lot of competition! Let me begin by saying that Majed has a heart of gold and is the kindest businessman I have had the good fortune to meet. I know very little about cars and, to make a long story short, bought a used car that had no business being sold and was not safe to drive. It had problems I had no idea and did not find out about until I brought it to the A2 Auto Center, which I had seen positively mentioned on the Ann Arbor subreddit, on Wednesday evening. Majed looked over the car free of charge and the next morning called me to say that there were issues here and that he would need to inspect the car more carefully. Later that day when I came by, he informed me about his findings; he walked me through each part that was either missing or faulty such as the non-existent battery case, a transmission leak, bad brake line, right headlight not working, tire treads showing, windshield fluid pump missing, and more. It was, to put it lightly, not a good situation. I needed a car because I was starting a new position that required me to drive 80 miles a day and this one, as it was, was not fit for that. Majed saw my dilemma and promised to do the best he could considering the circumstances - and he really, really delivered. Today (Saturday) he showed me all the repairs and replacements he had made to the vehicle so that it is safe and drivable. I wish I knew more about cars because then I could go into technical detail about what he and his team did, but it also involved hunting down another similar make and model and replacing parts from it – this went above and beyond anything I could expect. He gave me a significant discount on all the work that had to be done and there was a lot of it! Just from seeing what the car was before and after, I could see how much care and attention had gone into the repairs. I have to say he performed more than one miracle in the span of two days and cannot thank him enough for it.
