Janean McGuane: Ive been dealing with them for 50 years, in the past they were good but I found the last two trust officers Corine and John Morman to be sneaky and unhelpful and actually caught them in out right lies They've been the worst trust officers we've had in 50 years. My ex husband died last week he said the last time I talked to him they ruined the last years of his life.
Marc Fecker: Your hours show you're open. I walked almost a mile in 8 degree temperatures only to see a sign on the building that you are temporarily closed. If it had just recently been closed for some unforeseen reason it would be fine but when I learned it has been "temporarily" closed for quite some time and your business hours haven't been updated, well then I guess I needed to post my frustrations.
Rod Mesquita: I’ve never had a problem with them. I’ve been to four different branches, including the one on N Main St, Ann Arbor, and they always did a good job. I’d give 5 stars if they had a better Credit Card app, otherwise they are fine.

Bean's Best LLC: I have banked with Ann Arbor State bank for a few years now, for business primarily. I loved A2SB but the transition to Level One is exactly what I feared. Loss of relationship, horrible transition including a completely nonfunctional website (chat help under maintenance, phone number not working, login not working etc). So far this is the typical small bank takeover and it is a real bummer.

Peter Woodman: This is not a bank anymore- it’s a business office. They do not perform cash transactions for deposits or withdrawal. If you ask for that service they point you towards the ATM or another location miles away (outside of walking distance).
Michelle Richter: Honestly, this bank is garbage. I opened a PNC account in another state knowing that I was going to be moving to Ann Arbor in the future and that I would be able to access it easily. The first time I went inside to make a deposit with cash, they denied me and told me that there were no cash deposits inside of the bank, which, if you’re a bank, doesn’t make any sense. So I am limited to depositing my cash outside at the ATM… recently I couldn’t deposit ANYTHING while my account was running close to nothing with bills being taken out of my account. The ATM was down for a week. When I desperately needed to deposit my cash I had to call cooperate and explain to a branch manager my situation (previously I used another atm from a different bank to deposit cash and minutes after I received an email that my card would no longer accept deposits from other branches) and that I needed my card to accept me using another ATM because I had bills that needed to be paid. The lady on the phone said no problem and I should be able to do just that right away… nope. I just called the location to ask if the ATM was up and running again because my rent is becoming due and I need to deposit my tips. The lady on the phone told me she didn’t exactly know if it was working and to go to a different location out of my area because their ATM was old. So, whatever. As soon as I deposit my cash and pay my rent, I’m closing my account with them because they can’t supply my and likely a lot of others needs in the area. I cannot express this enough, DO NOT USE THIS BANK. I have never gotten a response on any other “rate my experience” follow up email, ever. This bank does not care about you. Thanks for absolutely nothing, PNC.

Ella Clark: I always had a great time at this location employees have always been nothing but kind and helpful. However, this bank stopped accepting cash, and aparently carries no physical money. Why this bank still needs to keep such a large location open downtown, equipt with its own guarded parking lot is beyond me. Storefronts and parking spaces are at a premium in this city and knowing other pnc banks are close to location that will work with money I dont see the benefit of this branch staying open.
Shelly Turner: Always incredible service and helpful recommendations. I have had a safety deposit box there for years, multiple accounts and have needed complex transactions placed. Everyone I've dealt with at this branch, especially in the last year, have provided outstanding service and walked me through options in a way for me to easily understand. Monique Marshall: I am not an account holder but got a check for holidays. I called ahead and spoke to Charles. He answered all of my questions and told me what ID to bring. When I walked in, he greeted me and helped me cash the checks quickly and with a smile. Thanks for such great service!

Bobby Albert: Nice place. Everyone I've dealt with there has been friendly. It has never been very busy when I've gone in, but they seem to have the space to handle busy times. There is a small parking lot around the back of the building, off Huron, so you don't have to fight for street parking near the door. I'll try to remember to grab pictures of it when the need arises for me to go back.
Cool Planet On Fire: PNC bank is not user- or customer- oriented. Managers can be rude or unhelpful, and their senior managers do nothing to correct the problem. I have been waiting for some assistance for days now. The manager has done nothing. The senior V.P. called Mara Farmer has ignored my pleas for help too and blamed ME wrongfully instead of the branch manager for not offering help so far. A customer shouldn't have to beg for help. I feel intimidated that if I insist, she may terminate my account. That is not how a customer should be made to feel.
Joe Barnes: Sayid from the Ann Arbor branch was very rude. I called earier today to inquire about a overdraft charge and he proceeded to hang up on me immediately. I was not rude to him. Just asked if he could walk me through why I was overdrafted...

Molly Welch Marahar: I have been a customer at PNC for several years and only recently started going to the branch located on Main Street in Ann Arbor. I have been cashing paychecks and paying down my credit card there every other Thursday for the last year. It was brought to my attention today that the checks I've been cashing, every two weeks on the exact same day for over a year now, are dated for the following day - a detail I never noticed myself, or think to be that relevant as I've cashed my checks there with more than enough funds in my account to cover their sum on a regular basis. Despite this, I was treated rudely and told that I could no longer cash my checks there on Thursdays. I find it unsettling that the tellers hadn't noticed this detail for over year now and, despite the fact that it is the mistake of the bank and not my own, I was treated rudely. When I asked to speak with the general manager, the manager there (Sunita Sachdev) could not produce a working number for me to call, nor would she offer me any other information such as an email address. Needless to say, I will not be returning there and I urge anyone who values a financial institution that bothers to read the documents that they process to take their patronage elsewhere.

S G: I have been banking here for 22 years. I opened an account here when I was just a kid. Whoever the older woman is working at the location on Challis in Brighton needs to work on greeting loyal customers. Not very polite.
HRG Capital: Horrible M&A team, dragged us along just to back out of a deal last minute with no legitimate reason. Avoid at all costs.
David Lazarus: Horrible service and dragged us along for months just to back out of a M&A deal 2 weeks before closing. Unprofessional and would suggest avoid them at all costs for business loans.
Saif Yousif: This is a bank that works in a bullet proof manner. I’ve checked around I know my funds are safe just because of the old proven characteristics they still carry today.
Brian Boesch: We enjoyed working with Kevin and his team to secure a home loan. Highly recommend using them if you are in the process of buying a home!

Cara Iafano: This bank is absolute trash and I've only been apart of it for 12+ hours. I have banked with 1st national for 10+ years and was unaware of the merger. Now it's merger weekend and I cant access my money and all branches and customer service phone #'s are closed. Real smart to plan a merger when no one can help. You can't cut people off to their money like this. Seems like this bank cared more about their new fancy signs than making a smooth transition for their customers. I will be changing banks immediately.

Always friendly, patient with problems and questions, contacting me personally when an account is overdrawn, mercifully waiving fees. In every exchange I feel like I am dealing with a real human being; like a good neighbor, who seems genuinely happy to help.The branches are clean and attractively laid out, even down to the little touches like locally-sourced coffee, granny smith apples, and treats for my kid (always offering it to me first).Not to mention how much they support the arts in our local community which, as an artist, means the world to me. I love banking at a place that is so invested in the heart of Ann Arbor.

Avram Liebowitz: Fairly decent, usually a line.
Sarah Watson: Always met with helpful and friendly staff. The Branch Manager is always walking around making sure everyone's needs are met as quickly as possible, and she is dedicated to making sure you get what you need and advise with any better options they may have for your unique banking needs. Highly recommend, it's worth the wait even if there is a line sometimes.
Ian Stirton: Just the worst. Had my account closed with no explanation. Nobody answers the phone. A year later I have to get my statements for taxes and they can’t email me a file with all my transactions. They can only print transactions for two of my accounts but are incapable of printing my credit card statement. They also failed to print the full report, I had to review what they gave me twice and ask for the correct paperwork, which I’m sure made the growing line behind me super happy.We’ve now entered into the stage of capitalism where large corporations hide behind an army of powerless employees who can only direct you to a customer service number.

Amrita Pritam: I have been going to BoA Briarwood circle for around 10 years and was always treated with respect. Today I went to get a cashiers check for my husband and was treated very rudely. I was made feel as if I am doing something wrong. The lady who seemed lead teller was so loud and confidently said I don’t know for my question which a banker should have known. Instead of trying to find answer to my question, I was told we cannot make the check and my husband will have to come to get that. This was such a negative customer experience for me.
Alissa Carver: Never enough staff, long lines grow longer while managers and other employees ignore or do nothing to help when there is a single teller to help customers. Also tried to push investment options when I was only there for a simple transaction. When a manager was finally asked to help, she couldn’t and just blamed the size of a customer’s deposit for taking so long. Clearly unable to accommodate normal volumes of daytime business and bad management.
Richard Sinclair: Went and deposited $400.. machine said there was an error and reflected a $300 deposit. Now I’m troubled with having to call the bank to resolve the issue; not great.

Marwan Issa: So I have been banking with BofA for years. Want online made an appointment for my daughter. Showed up this morning the person that BofA selected for was the loan “ Manager”. He seemed bothered and that it was beneath him to open an account for my daughter. I NEVER PICKED HIS NAME LOLAlso he did not even bother to come say hello I had to figure out who I had an appointment with.He want to the bank manger and they came back later and told it was my fault, that I should have not selected him. Then I was told to make an appointment next week.I am sorry I have work also and you HAVE to respect peoples times. Promise you moving forward I can’t recommend this branch and especially Mr.Loan Manager (which can use some training on how to work with customers ).To top it off I call let them know what happen, the lady told me that she can pass the issue along and that it stops there.
Megan Lacy: Razan was helping me at the counter today. After being in line for almost 40 minutes and watching her miscount 2 customers cash, I was a bit nervous. She told me they didn’t have enough for my withdrawal, and I just stood there for a moment because this wasn’t a large amount of cash, she said she meant to say she didn’t have it in larger bills and walked to the back. She processed to give me $3100 in $20’s. She knew was also incredibly rude, impatient and hard to understand. The manager here is great, she helped me set up bill pay so I never have to come in here again. I have never had an experience like this in my life at a BANK.

Justin Blackford: Here's an idea. Maybe have more than 1 teller working during peak hours with a line out the door. 30-45 minute wait for change or a simple 2 minute transaction is absurd. Hope this changes or our company will consider changing banks. Never had an issue when we were with Chase.
M F: I waited over 20 minutes on the phone hearing again and again that everyone is busy helping customers and the suggestion that I schedule an appointment online. Tried that. No appointments available for over a week. That isn't terrible service. It is no service at all. If you ever have a problem, and you probably will have one some day, you are just sunk if you are at Bank of America. It is impossible to get help, and that means you could have checks bouncing because of a bank mistake and just be stuck with it. I am going to go sit at the branch however long it takes and however much time I miss from work -- all just to get a little service. And then to take out my money and move to another bank.
Thomas miller: Beyond slow. The drive through window has been closed for a long time now and ot doesn't look like there is any intention to open it any time soon. So, you have to go inside and there is usually only one person working behind the counter.Looking for a new bank...

Manisha Patel: I went to drive through but it was closed so I ended up going inside to get change for 260. I was the only customer inside. Teller was busy doing something and asked me to wait while another employee was busy making a personal call. There were two more employees, not attending any customers while I was waiting. After about 5 minutes, I get my turn. It took teller more than 2 minutes to count 260 in $5 bills. I am not happy with BOA as they have closed many branches near me and the ones that are still open and operating have really bad employees and culture
Mikki Sharp: We had an exceptional banking experience at this location. My daughter and I went in to open her first Checking account and I was able to upgrade to the Bank of America Cash Rewards card with the $200 bonus.Julie was the best! She was kind, helpful, and informative. We were even visited by Jenny, and the Bank of America team made us feel very welcome at their branch. I was very impressed by the level of customer service.Also, they were safe, with plastic shields at the desks, social distancing, enforcement of masks, and availability of hand sanitizer stations through out the bank.Overall, definitely a five star experience!
Paul Popa: Whatever you do, don’t go inside for anything if you’re in a hurry! The ATM just inside the door is broken, and the teller who deposited my check was working comically slowly to deposit it while a line formed behind me. The other tellers were more interested in having a conversation instead of helping customers. Use the drive-thru ATM instead!
