Nestor Gonzalez: Service was excellent. Our server Angel went above and beyond and was able to keep up with our large group. Food was ok. I had their Wagyu Flat Iron and it wasn't what I expected. A little bland and the medium-rare was more of a medium/medium-plus. I will say the desserts were excellent. I split a Torte Santiago and Tiramisu and both exceeded expectation... the mousse was just ok. Note that the tiramisu and mousse were both served in cups which kind of takes away from the experience.

a c: Just fantastic from the manager, to the waitress, to the menu. A very graduation night and still our space was quiet, private, and light filled. Our dishes were beautifully plated and delicious. We will be eating there at least monthly. Moreover the parking is incredibly easy.2nd dinner this month. Quiet from the downtown storm.Chef Patrick Bush made an incredible Wagyu flat iron that presented like a piece of art and the whole dish was just wonderful. As before, great, not intrusive waitress and the bar tender surpassed himself. The manager Kostantine goes out of his way to reserve the best table for you and b.t.w. actually remembers who you are. Outoor seating as it has been for years is wonderful for a drink/lunch or dinner.Parking: easy breezy.

But the one thing I like about any Mediterranean is the garlic bread cooked in the pizza oven served warm with garlic butter, they didnt have that but they did have really great bread with a whipped dip but it was made of potatoes and 4 or 5 other ingredients but not compared to the garlic butter 😔, but it was very good and I shall also return... No room for dessert☺️

There was an event going on in their banquet room so probably more focus on that. However good part is that we loved hearing the cooks in the kitchen and their laughter it made us smile .
Nishu Aggarwal: We booked this place a week in advance for graduation night. We could only get a reservation for 8:15 p.m. as all the slots were taken. Then we were informed that if we canceled any time after the 72 hour mark, we would be charged $25 per person - we were a table of 10. Graduation day came, we turned up!Great ambiance. Nice host. Things were looking good. Then we get seated at the table. Our server comes to get the drinks and appies order. While taking the order we are curtly informed the kitchen would soon close and therefore we had better be ready with our dinner options. That came as a little surprise, especially as we were not able to get an earlier spot.The server comes back for the main order. They had run out of the lamb, pork, and chicken - we were all forced to settle for the risotto, and our vegetarian had the cauliflower gnocchi and the other one had fettucine alfredo.The appies come - very small portions. Delicious, but small portions. We asked for the bread - it was going to cost us an extra $3 per basket. We asked for 2. The bread was nice and hot, so we wanted more. No server available, so we asked another server (not ours - which we probably should not have done) to get us more bread. It came - eventually.The main meal was good. The food was delicious. Wish I got the lamb that I had really wanted. Or the pork.Then comes desert. We placed the order and requested 3 coffees. The coffees came without creamer or sugar. The server walked away. Waited - until one of us decided to go to the kitchen and request the creamer.Desert arrived. The tiramisu was frozen. NO melt in the mouth experience. Flavors were alright. but frozen. The chocolate mousse was alright.The food was good. The service was pretty bad. Not what I wanted for graduation night. Limited choices and a curt disinterested server, for a booking made a week in advance! Did not want to ruin the night for our 2 graduates, so did not kick up too big a fuss while there, but.....

Boqi Tian: The food is ok. But the waitress Jamie kept us waiting for a long long time. We didn’t see her around when we needed her. The restaurant was clearly not busy at that time. I would have tipped her 10% if the tip was not set as 18%.
Echo: We were here to celebrate our birthday. We made a reservation a month ahead, but we were never told that it would be graduation week and they wouldn't serve paella and other dinner dishes. The waitress made us wait for more than 15 minutes before we could even start ordering. We eventually decided to leave and probably won't come back. It's really frustrating that the restaurant ruined my birthday night.

Blake Horn: The food is wonderful..really top notch...but the main reason we drive here rather than places closer to us is Hoda. She is such a wonderful, courteous, and tough lady(MAKE SURE YOU DONT WASTE FOOD!) that we genuinely enjoy coming just for our experiences with her. We have little ones and she is great with them. I swear if those food serving robots force her to leave we wouldn't be back on principle alone. E J: The palace itself, the food and most notably our server Hoda, made this one of the most memorable and enjoyable meals of my life. The flavors of Lebanon brought me back to my childhood, the grape leaves were perfect. The chicken shawarma phenomenal. Ask to be seated in Hoda’s section. You’ll feel like you’re at your aunt’s house getting stuffed as plate after plate of delicious food is brought to you. Amazing 10/10

Small baba ganoush costs $4 and literally was just a sauce cup worth. Rice was $5 and wasn't impressive size wise and wasn't even garnished. The largest portion of food was the fattoush salad.I ordered my food over 2 hours early for pickup at 4:15, I had to wait 17 minutes for it to be ready with only two other customers eating in the store. I'm all for employees to be comfortable at work(they had earbuds in), but they were talking with family/off the clock employee behind the counter. Didn't apologize for my wait, and if I hadn't checked through my order then they would have let me walk out without two $6 drinks. They were pretty uninterested and distracted. Upgraded my drinks for free($1 value) but didn't apologize for forgetting them in the first place.This place is best for takeout-lunch, look somewhere else if you want decent service, or fair food portions for money. Inside of the restaurant is pretty boring looking and undecorated, wouldn't suggest dining in.Parking: Few parking spaces in front of restaurant, in a very awkward spot.

Jami A: This 1-star review is based purely on the taste of my chicken shawarma sandwich... it was abysmal. Even my toddler refused to eat it, and chicken shawarma is one of his favorite treats. This sandwich’s chicken tasted like dead animal. There was only a smidge of garlic to hide the taste. Absolutely nauseating. Two other quick observations: 1) I was told my order would take 10 minutes, but it took 30, and 2) only one sandwich was made; I’d ordered two.

Kim Batchelor: I'm pretty picky when it comes to Mediterranean food because I grew up eating that type of food homemade so I'm always a little wary going into a new place but WOW 10/10 tastes just like my aunt made it. The bubba was nice and smokey and the wrap had a nice crunch and was well seasoned. Also a good deal amount of food for a reasonable price. If you dont go for the side then you can easily get out for under 10 dollars and still be full. As it is I now have leftovers (exciting!) I think this place just became my new comfort food place for whenever I'm missing the taste of home. Also, the gentleman at the register was very nice and the food came out very promptly! :)Vegetarian options: Got the eggplant wrap and it was so good. Also they have a whole section on the menu labeled with veggie options.

Kaylyn Campos: You cannot skip the falafel here, it's in the name, and they certainly live up to it. The best falafel I've ever had. Their portion sizes are huge, one wrap can easily be two meals. Their fries are heavily seasoned, crispy, and not greasy. They don't skimp on the veggies in their wraps so it feels very fresh, with plenty of sauce so it's not dry. An important note, they have their allergen information right on the front counter. My husband has celiac disease and they specifically note what items contain gluten. They also have tons of vegetarian options. Very accessible and absolutely delicious! The staff is always very kind as well. Don't miss out on this place!
Patricia Palazzolo: Fattoush salad was not like normally get and i have eaten at many restaurants. Hardly no lettuce. My co workers tried to put order in online wouldn't let them workout credit card. When i picked up order cashier disregarded that and said u can order online then pay. So i had to wait and it took awhile i shouldn't of put tip on card when i ordered there. And sandwich wants that great for lambkafta hardly no flavor. I want in phone. Used phone to show cashier what my co worker was ordering. He didn't understand my English from menu.... no phone conversation going on not rude like this restaurant.

We didn’t get the Mega Wraps, just the normal size! The spice was perfect on the meat, it was packed with veggies, and the sauce was divine! L R: -10 stars. I ordered a greek salad from the cashier who was kind. However, the food preparer who was sitting in dining room (no big deal) got up to make my food. He did NOT wash his hands or put gloves on, and actually used HIS hands to put my ingredients in the container. I was beyond disgusted and immediately ask for a refund. Brenna Boyd: The last three orders that I have placed with this establishment has either gotten cancelled right before it was supposed to be delivered, or my card has gotten charged and the order never showed up. They apparently close over an hour early than their scheduled hours often or cannot deliver because they are slow and seemingly send someone home. How about don't offer delivery if you can't accommodate, and maybe update your hours instead of just closing at whatever time you prefer.

I finally was able to move to Ann Arbor a few months ago and realized most of the food (not all) in this city is very expensive for the lack of flavor. I got the degree but am still going to be here for at least a few more years if not longer and I don’t always have the ability to cook. Given the situation, I was a little sad about it but figured I could just eat bland food once in a while when I had to get takeout.But THEN! I went into Pita King. I have to tell you, their food was my savior. Literally finally something worth eating out for, everything is great. The Kareemo is my favorite, it’s worth the expense, it is literally the only “sandwich” in the area I will pay money for. And everybody is so chill! Once I went in and there was a lil guy, clearly somebody’s kid ringing us up and that brought me BACK. Kids in my family all the time used to help out at the restaurant or just come to work with their parents. It let me know this is the kind of business I wanna support. It's been over a decade since I've been in, but I'm spending a lot of time in Ann Arbor recently while my wife receives care at Mott, and what can I say? It still hits the spot just like it did way back when. I'm no longer a vegetarian, but Meghan's falafel pita still satisfies as an omnivore. Just delicious. I definitely won't wait another decade to go back.
