Joe Anobile: Worst experience I’ve had at any TD branch and any bank in general. Sarah needs to be investigated by corporate, she was extremely rude, discriminatory and unhelpful to me during my visit. I closed my account after that disgusting encounter and I contacted corporate and HR about the poor treatment I received. Hopefully they can do something to this location to help them out, ideally close it for good. I will never do business with TD again.. save yourself the headache and avoid doing business with TD!
Gracie: The Bank Manager himself has zero customer service skills or compassion, so you can imagine how the rest of the staff is here. He told me a bank error was “your fault” when I had 100% proof it wasn’t he didn’t care what I had to say he just walked away. WOULDN’T RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO MY WORST ENEMY!!!

Amanda: I don't know why I continue to bank here! It's certainly time for a change. This is the second time I've had to walk out before being able to speaking to someone. How is it acceptable to only have two tellers open? The manager of this branch needs to put in a little more work. I wasn't the only one in line frustrated today.

The staff is always friendly and professional, and they go out of their way to ensure that all my banking needs are met. Regardless of which branch i go into, they make me feel like I am the most important person they have had come in that day. I would always recommend TD to anyone looking for a bank.
Aditya Khajanchi: I went to the branch to open an account and was fortunate to find an empty slot for a walk-in. While I was sitting in the waiting area for my appointment that was 15 mins later, the branch manager came to me as soon as she saw me waiting and asked if I had been attended. That left a great impression of her branch! I felt welcomed.Thereafter, I met & discussed my needs and expectations with Dylana who understood and suggested the accounts and offers accordingly. She probably stayed back during her lunch time but made sure that I left the place satisfied. During the hour that we spent, she was calm, friendly and explained me things carefully.This has been one of the best banking experiences I've had in my life! No doubt, they are the highest rated TD branch in Windsor-Essex.Thank you for the amazing service and keep it up!
Jude Gaal: Getting through to a real person is not possible and the options to try to speak to a real person are terrible. In a canned message I was told to leave my name and number and someone would get back to me. While I know that it seems all companies do this it is infuriating. I can't imagine what it would be like for a new immigrant with minimal English skills, or for older adults who are not tech savvy. It also makes me feel like an UNIMPORTANT customer.

Bruce Kennedy: After 32 years of being a loyal customer, It has become apparent that this branch/TD is no longer the bank for myself or my small business. in the past 2 months I have had to endure 3 weeks of waiting on TD to reopen my account as it was closed due to inactivity during the winter months, we are a seasonal company so we do not processes a lot of banking during the winter months, I can understand their concern, I would have assumed they would have contacted us prior to this action. Now I'm told repeatedly this is a new account, with bank drafts from customers, I am approximately at a 12 day hold on bank drafts being deposited at the teller. Running a small business at this branch is not manageable, I have since opened an account at RBC which I have never been a customer of prior and have been treated with more respect and functionality then the bank I have dealt with for 32 years.

Sophia Hadjiev: Not sure why this branch has low rating. I had a really good experience here. Came in because my credit card was blocked and even though they couldn’t directly help me unblock it because it’s a VISA issue, the manager actually called VISA on my behalf and helped resolve the issue. That was nice and don’t usually see that kind of service. They usually just tell you to call the VISA hotline and send you on your way.

Look at that line plus the line continues outside in 90 degree weather with seniors waiting. Cops should have been called. CALLED ON TD for mistreating their customers by making them stand outside in line in 90 degree weather seniors and all while only 2 tellers working. Beware people!

apix guisse: TD Bank has been getting worse and worse. I no longer trust them and have started using EQ Bank instead. Yes...I trust an online bank more than TD. They also refused to give me a $2500 loan to pay-off my visa when I provided them proof of income, enough to make payments to them.

Ninos Savios: I added a payment method and wanted to cancel it. I answered with no, I am not referring to the error methods on the text message that reached my phone. Then another message came telling me that your card has been blocked. I checked this branch and they told me that there is no way to retrieve your card except by calling the phone and I have been calling for two months and no one answers but reply The robot says, “Thank you for your patience with us. Is this reasonable? Is there such a service in the world?”I also sent them an email saying I understand your suffering but call again Is it reasonable that the same bank can't return my card

Sanaa Baddou: Their machine eat and stole my card.it was out of service but didn't show any msg of errors prior inserting my card.I only had this one card with me and coming from an other city.I went to withdraw cuz I was out of cash nd it was after hours.the machine just swallowed my card nd left me in a bad situation. There was no security guard or anyone to ask.I had to drive back here the 2nd day to retrieve my card from the branch and I heard so many people lining up for the same reason.the line up in this location is so crazy.there was 3 employees but they're all too slow.I spoke to the manager about this and she was laughing amd making fun of the situation. She was like" it's not our fault" They should be notified of machines aren't working and machines should show a msg of error to people not just steal their cards nd leave them in the dark.today it shows out of service see the pictures ( why this msg wasn't showing yesterday) I'm considering to change the bank completely
