Clare La Torre: I lived here for a year and I absolutely loved it but they won't give me my deposit back (even though the resident portal says they approved a full refund) and are impossible to get ahold of. They ignore my calls and emails, whether I send them directly or through the website. The only time they picked up a call is when I blocked my caller ID info but I never heard back. They had a management change just a couple months before I left and there is a noticeable difference in service. Super disappointing because the staff before was amazing. EDIT: Shockingly, I was paid after this review, but the customer service was dreadful. Manager blamed it on her personal life. If you are going to close your office outside normal hours, say so on your voicemail or schedule an autoreply on your email. Unprofessional. I changed my review from one to three stars because while the customer service is severely lacking, the building is a dream.

Zach: These apartments were mehhh. I mean they had nice views of the city and were updated but it felt more like college dorms if you ask me as the neighbor across the hall was always throwing parties & the one upstairs i swear wasn’t any better as we could hear them through a concrete floor. Management did little to nothing. Ended up ending our lease early due just the annoyance of everything. When we first signed the property manager was top notch but after she left and they got a new one man did things start to go downhill quick. Even the valet employees began to complain about things. Hopefully things have changed within the year we have been away & I mean as long as you have neighbors who don’t party constantly this place is nice.
