So I have to call my bank for a charge back and find a new company for appliances. What a scam!
KEH360: My father bought a new dishwasher from Thomas appliance. This horrible company sold him a $1000 new dishwasher and delivered a display model which was dirty and had loose parts. They never told him it was a display model. To make matters worse, they still have not refunded his money even though it has been returned for a month. AVOID this place at all cost. This company ripped off my elderly father on fixed income. Horrible.

April Sieh: My husband and I paid for a white side by side refrigerator on June 6, 2021. We were told by Ken Thomas that it was going to take a few months to receive it due to Covid and the computer chip problem. We were given a small refrigerator to use. We called Thomas Appliance every month for an update. At Christmas, Thomas Appliance found out that the model we paid for was discontinuing the white color we chose. I received an email invoice showing a completely different model that THEY chose for us. After some more months of waiting, we decided to accept any white side by side refrigerator. Ken Thomas gave us every possible excuse for why he couldn't give us a refrigerator until we told him that we were going to take our money somewhere else. Yesterday Thomas tried to deliver a refrigerator with dents on every side of it. I don't think it was even new. We refused to accept it and told Ken Thomas that if he can't deliver a NEW refrigerator by next Tuesday, we want a refund. I will post the outcome of this after next Tuesday. However I have absolutely no faith in Thomas Appliance doing the right thing.I would never EVER use Thomas Appliance again.
Erick Wertheimer: The worst experience and unprofessional company I've ever dealt with. I had an appointment set and took off work to be home for that appointment. Supposedly there one an only service guy did not show up for the appointment. No call no show, so the next day he calls and makes another appointment. Again a no call no show, with no apology or heads up from this company. I was told to take my business elsewhere. Horrible company!!!!!

Timothy Bertram: I have bought several appliances from this store, horrible customer service as of late. I bought NEW commercial expensive speed Queen washer and dryer, they have been nothing but problems breaking down alot. I bought them because they were under warranty for 5 yrs. Well, Thomas Appliance refuse to cover them because they say that no longer sell Speed Queen brand. So we had a repair man come out and try to fix them, they gave us a repair bill but they still do not work. I wish I could give less than one star. We have ordered several appliances in the past from them but they never came in as promised and there was always an excuse, no brackets, no hoses you name it.. We heard them all. We are DONE with buying from them. Oh and it smells like a nasty ashtray in the store, you will have to go home and take a shower because you will REEK like smoke when you leave. I need commercial stuff if anyone knows a better option let me know. I plan to never buy from them again, even though we are opening a new business and need all new appliances ASAP we are NOT using Thomas.

Cory Nickoloff: Horrible customer service. The the call center is in India and you can hardly understand a word they're saying and this is after talking to multiple people. When I asked how much it would cost just to have my washing machine looked at, she got defensive and hung up. I never raised my voice and was very polite. I will never call them again. It asked me at the beginning of the phone call if I would take a survey after the call ended, I said yes. Amazingly it never happened.

Wich is hard to find these days ..either the ppl are helpful but far from happy or there super happy but far from helpful ..so to have both in an establishment was a breathe of fresh air especially after a long day ..and it was not just the gentleman helping me , it was the whole building. I mean you could feel the positive energy inside like I have not felt in awhile in a place of business . So thank you staff of ABC warehouse on Miller road ... But it does not end there .....I lost my phone from ABC warehouse to my home and since I did not get out anywhere in between and it did not fly out the window ( well not that I saw anyways 😁) so I tear my house up for 3 hours last night looking for it ...finally on 5/1 ( next day ) I come back to the land of joyous ppl and I walk in to the same atmosphere and asked how can I help you ?? (With a great big genuine smile and a contagious upbeat attitude ) I tell them the issue with the phone .......SO not only did they have my phone ....They Had it charged up to 100% !!so if your shopping for ANYTHING that you may be able to purchase from ABC warehouse ..I would give them my hard earned money before any other competitor that sells what they sell ....I give them a 150% out of 100 %ABC WAREHOUSE....THANK YOU SO MUCH ...THE LAND OF JOYOUS PPL....YOU WILL LEAVE WITH A SMILE....

( He couldn't have been no older that 30, yet he had the knowledge & patience of someone twice his age and experience!)My family has been shopping here for a few years and by far meeting and dealing with good ole Jerry there, was the most pleasant shopping experience we have had there so far! Angela Mathes: Daniel came in and found the problem within 15 minutes. he told me what was wrong and showed me where the part was. we had to leave the damper door open so that I could have a cool refrigerator, but I did have to order the part online and I am awaiting it's arrival. I do know how to connect it back and put it back into place and then I will just have to put in two screws and be good to go. There was no way he would have done all of that on the first day because that part had to be ordered and it normally runs around $200 to $250. I was lucky I found it on eBay for $85 brand new.

Rachel conklin: My new LG dryer broke after a few months. LG sent me to this company. They were so incredibly unprofessional it’s hard to put into words-one woman in particular, but don’t want to name her for legal reasons.I had given LG my number during my initial call, but was calling from a different phone at the time. The company continually called the other number while being told multiple times to call my number by the owner of the phone. I have been in the hospital with son who has a genetic disorder and had extensive surgery. The “customer service” woman literally LAUGHED when the person explained that to them and acted like it was a lie and/or an inconvenience. When my friend asked to talk to the manager she again laughed and said he was not available. She finally sent him to the owners voicemail.When I received the phone number to the company (who never called me directly), I called. The man who answered (not the woman who had been calling the other number) said that my number was already in their system. So there was no reason not to call me.They needed a receipt from my purchase so I sent it to them and received a call that it was unacceptable to LG and they couldn’t come out with just that. Called LG and they said what I sent was perfect for what they needed and already had sent them this company the serial number and product code and there was zero reason for them to refuse to send someone. Luckily LG is amazing and have gotten a real professional to come out and take care of the issue. I would NEVER recommend this company. There is more to the story, but the lack of professionalism is astounding. They need to get rid of who is dealing with customers because she was absolutely horrible and to laugh at my sons condition makes me absolutely sick.
Laura Peters: Saginaw Valley Service Company Rocks - particularly Nathan P! I am a landlord whose tenant had a C02 leak and had a different appliance repair company out twice to fix the problem, to no avail. Consumers Appliance Plan recommended to sent Saginaw Valley out and Nathan P not only diagnosed, but fixed the issue. He noted that the previous repair company installed a used part. Nathan is knowledgeable, patient, professional and super great at his job. He put both landlord and tenant's mind at ease after a very stressful week. Brigid Mulroy: This is the company that was sent to do a warranty repair on my 6 month old washer. What a disaster! They guy they sent didn’t know what he was doing. Left my house with water standing in the washer and told me all I had to do was run a clean cycle. That flooded my whole laundry room. I called the company and they gave me the run round and told me get another warranty order. I did and my company called and sent several and every time I called Saginaw Valley App said they did t receive anything. I tried to speak with a supervisor but apparently they are always in meetings. I decided it was best not to let these people back in my house and had my washer company refer another repair service. Do NOT let this company in your house!
Lori Dove: I needed a sevice call for a GE washer.GE contacted Saginaw Valley for the serrvice call.Received a VM asking for call back , was closed when I tried to call back so I sent an email with my address ( With detailed instruction) and copy of reciept as instructed along with model and serial # of my appliance. I called their office the next morning and the woman who replied said GE gave my city address wrong and they would not correct it, stated they never received my email either and that I had to call back GE to correct it.I called GE they checked and they did have my address correct and stated Saginaw Valley was apparently trying to reject the service call. GE set another service call with another GE repair business.Odly enough I then received a reply from my email that they calimed they never received that the receipt for my appliance was invalid.( exact copy of on line order from Hpme Depot) Another excuse to not do the service call !This is bad customer service and businnes practices. Plus because of them playing games instead of just stating they did't or couldn't do the service call delayed the repair of my washer.So my point is if this business is deceitful about a service call receiving emails , correct address and receipt info, what else would they lie about.. Ashley Thomas: I have had experience with Saginaw Valley on multiple occasions, both in person with a repair technician and over the phone. I highly recommend this company! Nate was my technician and has come twice now to fix an issue with my upright freezer. On both occasions, he called to let me know he was 20 min away. He arrived when he said he would, listened to my issues and ordered the necessary parts to fix the problem. He also took the time to explain what the problem was and how the fix was made. Alli Capper: Incredibly frustrating to interact with, the administration team over there seems overwhelmed or understaffed, or at the very least just sort of disorganized. I would not be working with this company if I was not forced to by a 3rd party. Miscommunications, an inability to find previously submitted documents, a lack of voicemails (they call and don't leave one...) and emailed responses at 4:45pm (they close office at 5) pushed my original appointment out a week for an appliance repair. Super frustrating.UPDATE: the technician came, but he popped the hose off the back of my appliance... led to a room full of steamed water after the repair... please just take the time to be thorough and make sure the appliance is working properly before leaving. If you fix one part but mess up another, it's still a huge pain. We pulled the appliance off the wall, reattached the hose ourselves, and turned on a dehumidifier so we'll survive. But geez what a pain.
Jason Pliska: Worst customer service ever, and in today's word, that is profound. Complete lack of empathy, understanding, and an utter unwillingness to to do the right thing. No willingness to honor an appointment time that was scheduled, and that I have an email confirmation for. There was no effort to accomodate, and I was treated as an inconvenience. I would never attempt to do business with then EVER again. If they were my only choice for appliance repair, I'd learn to live without appliances.

Rebecca Kasen: They are not helpful at all. Costco contacted LG, who put in a work order for us. Costco and LG agree that we purchased the dryer 5 months ago. They are saying they need the serial number on the receipt. Costco doesn't keep that in their system. LG, who is paying for this service, said that they can go out without this information. This company is refusing. My husband spent nearly two full work days dealing with this nonsense.I sent emails and called asking to get all the parties involved on a conference call, and Saginaw Valley Appliance Service refused.Service:Dryer repair

Made the transaction personal. Bottom line it took two weeks to get an appointment and I missed it because I didn't answer the phone with in 10 minutes. They gave me a 3 hour window from 3 to 6 , never came to my residence only called and because I didn't answer right away and them back in 10 minutes they said my appointment was canceled.Service:Washer/dryer repair
