Charles Harper: This company installed our home theater system, and the execution was flawless. We called them, and within a few hours, we had already had an initial consultation. The installation was fast because, Within a week, we had a complete home theater system installed in one afternoon. The techs, Matt, Ralph, and Jason, were all professional, neat, and knowledgeable. They even ordered a specialty piece of equipment for us at no extra charge. I recommend them for any AV installation, big or small projects!

Angela Mathes: Daniel came in and found the problem within 15 minutes. he told me what was wrong and showed me where the part was. we had to leave the damper door open so that I could have a cool refrigerator, but I did have to order the part online and I am awaiting it's arrival. I do know how to connect it back and put it back into place and then I will just have to put in two screws and be good to go. There was no way he would have done all of that on the first day because that part had to be ordered and it normally runs around $200 to $250. I was lucky I found it on eBay for $85 brand new.

Cory Nickoloff: Horrible customer service. The the call center is in India and you can hardly understand a word they're saying and this is after talking to multiple people. When I asked how much it would cost just to have my washing machine looked at, she got defensive and hung up. I never raised my voice and was very polite. I will never call them again. It asked me at the beginning of the phone call if I would take a survey after the call ended, I said yes. Amazingly it never happened.
