But it does not end there .....I lost my phone from ABC warehouse to my home and since I did not get out anywhere in between and it did not fly out the window ( well not that I saw anyways 😁) so I tear my house up for 3 hours last night looking for it ...finally on 5/1 ( next day ) I come back to the land of joyous ppl and I walk in to the same atmosphere and asked how can I help you ?? (With a great big genuine smile and a contagious upbeat attitude ) I tell them the issue with the phone .......SO not only did they have my phone ....They Had it charged up to 100% !!so if your shopping for ANYTHING that you may be able to purchase from ABC warehouse ..I would give them my hard earned money before any other competitor that sells what they sell ....I give them a 150% out of 100 %ABC WAREHOUSE....THANK YOU SO MUCH ...THE LAND OF JOYOUS PPL....YOU WILL LEAVE WITH A SMILE....

A few months after having our fridge we began experiencing problems with fluctuations in the actual temperature inside the fridge. My husband purchased a thermometer to track the temp inside the fridge as all of food begin freezing. We contacted Carl who explained “we” had to do the legwork to get our unit serviced. Carl didn’t offer any assistance and stated they were not an authorized service department for the brand that they sold us. If you plan on purchasing from them please be sure they can service your unit before you’re out of thousands of dollars like we are.

Day of my appointment Technician didn't arrive, nor did I receive a phone call as I was told when I booked my appointment. Reason I booked with Carl's Appliance because I know they do excellent work. My mother-n-law purchased a fridge from them that shortly stopped getting cold when she called Carl's Appliance about it a Technician was booked the same day. Not sure what happened in my case because I work remotely from home and my shift was due to start soon I ended up canceling my appointment at 9:10. I booked with a competitor that was able to fix my dryer the very next day. Please don't let my review in any way influence your decision when searching for Appliance repair services.

It was a Kitchenaid & kitchenaid said 3 weeks just to have a tech come diagnose the problem, Allen appliance came out in a few days. I did have to wait about 2 months for the part to come in from Kitchenaid but Allen appliance came out the & replaced it the day after it came in. Very happy with this place

Cory Nickoloff: Horrible customer service. The the call center is in India and you can hardly understand a word they're saying and this is after talking to multiple people. When I asked how much it would cost just to have my washing machine looked at, she got defensive and hung up. I never raised my voice and was very polite. I will never call them again. It asked me at the beginning of the phone call if I would take a survey after the call ended, I said yes. Amazingly it never happened.

Angela Mathes: Daniel came in and found the problem within 15 minutes. he told me what was wrong and showed me where the part was. we had to leave the damper door open so that I could have a cool refrigerator, but I did have to order the part online and I am awaiting it's arrival. I do know how to connect it back and put it back into place and then I will just have to put in two screws and be good to go. There was no way he would have done all of that on the first day because that part had to be ordered and it normally runs around $200 to $250. I was lucky I found it on eBay for $85 brand new.
