Angela Mathes: Daniel came in and found the problem within 15 minutes. he told me what was wrong and showed me where the part was. we had to leave the damper door open so that I could have a cool refrigerator, but I did have to order the part online and I am awaiting it's arrival. I do know how to connect it back and put it back into place and then I will just have to put in two screws and be good to go. There was no way he would have done all of that on the first day because that part had to be ordered and it normally runs around $200 to $250. I was lucky I found it on eBay for $85 brand new.

Eric Kozel: I dropped a vintage fan motor off to have it rewound. After 11 months and a handful of phone calls, they told me to go to harbor freight and buy a new fan. All they did was disassemble my motor and gave it back to me in pieces. I won’t be back.

The only reason I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 was despite the fact that the owner wouldn't listen to my issues I did get a motor that ran far better than when I took it in. Would I be a return customer... N-O! Absolutely not!
