Edward Foley: How about hiring enough people to open the gate for landed jets. Too often this happens when I land here we just sit and wait for someone to receive the jet. Wasting people’s time.
Jody Deems-McCargar (JDM): Bust bustling and lots of positive energy. Got in and our fast, picking up our traveler with no issues.
Marc: Well laid out, nice employees and TSA is decent as well.Baggage is almost always on time.Food selection is also good.

Joseph Mackay: GRR is a small airport, but they still have a good rental car selection (Emerald Aisle all day long). Super close to everything. One of the better travel experiences I've had.Moreover, there is a nice selection of last minute gift shops, restaurants (although nothing too major) and amenities.Overall your wait shouldn't be long and it should be a painless travel experience.
Clayton Bates: My favorite airport. It's big enough to connect with most of the airline hubs yet small enough to make everything very convenient. The check in process has always been very smooth. Today my baggage was already waiting for me by the time I got there.

Cheryl Dooley: The people were very friendly but our plane was broken by one of the line guys when they were moving it. It was not fixed and we were told that they couldn’t get the part needed for a number of days. Their mechanic signed it off for flying it home. We were told they would send the part to us when they got it. They didn’t. They told us we could leave our rental car with them and they would return it to the rental company which they didn’t do. The rental car company called us a day later asking how much longer we would be using the car!

Nichole La Mora: I visited Signature Flight on Saturday, February 8 to pick up some family from a Wings of Mercy Flight. I had my 6 year old niece with me. The young lady working the counter was an absolute GEM! My niece was very excited to see her mom and was full of energy. The woman working was so calm about everything, and even changed the TV to a kids show to help occupy her. She made her hot chocolate and showed her the different planes coming it. She really made our visit quite pleasant. She was happy to answer my questions and updated me as she learned things about the flight we were waiting for. She made what could have been a stressful situation quite pleasant. I didn't catch her name, but I wish I had. She was great!
Chris Cooper: Come here at lease once a month and service here is always great. Line guys and front desk are always super friendly and courteous. They are always looking out for our needs and checking to see if we need anything. Nice clean and bright facility as would expect from a higher end FBO. Gregory McCabe: Worst FBO ever. The last dozen times I called ahead two hours in advance to have my plane pulled out and fueled and it has never happened. I show up and still have to pester the office to get the line department to do anything. On two recent occasions I landed here two days in a row and got charged two vastly different fees for the same plane.

Magdalena Mejia Ponce: Very nice room however the customer service needs work. After being told shuttle service was 24 hours were then turned away by driver saying that we weren't signed up and he had no gas to take other people just the flight crew. Then the clerk at the front desk said we'd have to wait an hour before we actually could board the next available shuttle. Bad bad service since when is it a hotel guests problem the hotel can't fuel the van to offer more available rides for everyone.

Weng-Ching Cheung: Cute and seemingly clean, and the staff was very friendly! Unfortunately the room alarm went off at 5am and disrupted what should have been a great night of sleep before an important event after a red-eye flight. Bathroom door handle is also loose and I got stuck in there for a minute before my roommate let me out from the outside.

The bar staff was very helpful when I asked questions as far as the drinks they serve! First time here and wasn't disappointed at all! Mark Heydenburg: This is a very nice hotel very clean modern The sheets and pillows show there quality the only challenges breakfast is not quite up to the standard of the rest of the hotel maybe some improvement in quality of product would be nice. There is a shuttle and the people are friendly and on time and all the amenities of a full hotel are here.

Mark Frasco: New facility, beautifully appointed FBO. Wonderful, design, very comfortable. Private calling rooms were perfect and useful. Courtesy car to and from local golf course. Very competitive. But, the best part was the people (especially Cindy and Chris!) - great ramp help, assistance with bags out and in. I will definitely return. Thank you!

Brian Phipps: The lot is split in 2 , 1 for families and friend parking aka the cell phone lot and 2 the rideshare lot for uber, lyft, and other rideshare drivers but the general public seems to be illiterate and parks where is rideshare drivers are supposed to park. Needs better description on the signage.
J.: It's an open air parking lot that's a half mile walk from the check in counters. They have a digital sign before the entrance that shows how many available spots there are. I've never had an issue finding a spot.
