The Leonard At Logan House: what do users think?
Nancy Rasch: We have stayed in multiple Bed and Breakfasts across the nation. Leonard at Logan is one of our top 2! The hosts make you feel at home from the first step into the house when they give you a tour of the house, in the morning serving you a fabulous variety of tasteful foods for breakfast which includes a yogurt bar, until you checkout. There is a sunroom with something to "nibble" on 24/7 including a coffee/tea maker and cold drinks. The rooms are well appointed, extremely clean with comfortable beds. Parking was a non issue in front of the house. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with LOTS of old refurbished historical homes. Lovely place to walk around and take in the fabulous houses. We will be back to Leonard at Logan!

Patricia Phillips: Great neighborhood, beautiful home, incredible breakfast, and the most wonderful hosts.Rooms: Very nicely appointed, fresh and cleanFood & drinks: We appreciate the late night snacks and the breakfast was incredible
Kate Freeman: We absolutely loved our stay at the Leonard at Logan House. Ken and Ruth were so welcoming and keep a lovely home. It is the small things that stood out to us the most, the homemade baked goods when we arrived (their blueberry lemon blondies were amazing), greating and quick tour at the door, coffee and beverages available for when you need them, and last but not least the breakfast. It wasn't just a hot breakfast buffet but had homemade quiche, and apple, onion, cheese tartlet, baked french toast, and more. I will defintily be back when we're in the Grand Rapids area again. Thank you Ruth and Ken!
Jonathan Babcock: Having stayed in over 30 B&B’s across the world, I can confidently say that this was my best B&B experience. The house was beautiful throughout, hosts Ken & Ruth were so friendly and helpful, the food and snacks were simply amazing and our room was spacious, luxurious and comfortable. Breakfast on Saturday (see plated picture) had seven different items and each was prepared gluten-free (though you couldn’t tell by taste) since one in our party was GF. Amazing super-automatic coffee maker was a real treat and all-day snacks were abundant. Downtown Grand Rapids was very enjoyable and a visit to Meijer Gardens is a must. Highly recommend you staying at the Leonard At Logan House.
Timothy Meyer: Welcoming place. Very clean. Wonderful comfortable accommodations. Excellent brunch. Very friendly host and hostess. Highly, highly recommend it. Great place for my wife went I to celebrate our anniversary.
Mark Reese: We were going to celebrate our 6 year anniversary in another city since we live in Holland. We wanted to stay at a local bed and breakfast and found this gem. The owners were delightful the breakfast was great and the history of the home and the neighborhood was amazing. Had a great dinner less than 5 blocks away and enjoyed great cups of expresso and lattes. Would not only recommend but would go back again. Great People, Great Place and most important a tie to the history of Grand Rapids.

Janelle Maynard: The Leonard at Logan house is an incredible experience from once you step in the door to when you leave. The owners go above and beyond to make your stay special. They are full of good recommendations for fun dining ideas to fun outings. Everything from the 24/7 snacks to the plentiful incredible breakfast you will never go hungry. I cannot say enough about this place. I am hoping to go back very soon!
Deanna Fae: We recently stayed there overnight and it was amazing. Our room was clean and the house overall was kept up nice! There is a snack bar that is available at all times with gluten free and dairy free options. There is a common area with many games available to play. And breakfast was amazing!! The owners were really nice and gave us a little tour when we checked in along with a page of dinner recommendations in the area! We will definitely be staying there again!
Teresa Muir: One of the best B&B experiences ever! Hosts are very friendly and helpful. Home is comfortable, spotless, and conveniently located. Easy walking distance to good restaurants and pubs. Well stocked with books and games, 24 hour snacks and beverages, awesome breakfasts. Highly recommended.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Robert Oxley: We had a wonderful experience staying here. Check-in was easy and convenient, hosts were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Jen McDonald: We had a wonderful stay in the Lady Anne room. Very comfortable bed and beautiful room. The house is beautiful with interesting history, the hosts are so welcoming and kind, and the breakfast was plentiful, thoughtfully put together and completely delicious. Sad we were only in town one night. Highly recommend and would stay again.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Emily Beanblossom: Absolutely lovely! Ruth and Ken were wonderful hosts and the house is just beautiful. Check in was quick and simple, followed by a short tour of the common areas. My room was really clean, really charming, and quiet. There was a handy guide to local Grand Rapids businesses in the room as well. It’s walking distance to nice local restaurants and shops, and the neighborhood is a beautiful historic district. Breakfast was delicious - I was so impressed by the homemade spinach and cheese soufflés! The attention to detail and the level of care was apparent in all the little extra touches. It was a restorative and restful stay. I didn’t want to leave! I will 100% stay here again.
m deboer: This house is comfortable and gracious. It gives a sense of how well-to-do people lived 100 years ago/ but with ac. I personally loved being in the servants ' quartets with a back staircase and tiny private sitting area (shown). Of course it now includes a king bed, flat screen, WIFI, and new bathroom. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful directing us to several enjoyable restaurants for dinner. Breakfasts were a real treat with multiple options to suit all sorts of dietary needs and tastes. Especially liked the mushroom crusted quiche, oatmeal date pancakes and the cherry cheesecake Danish pastry. Snacks and beverages were available 24 hours. One last thing....we loved the patio where we enjoyed chatting and playing cards with the friends we had come to meet. Oh yes, don't miss the Meijer gardens and also the May house, designed by Frank Lloyd Wright and only 1 block away (free too).
Chloe Callender: The owners of the establishment met us when we arrived and gave us a guided tour of the building. They had multiple brochures available highlighting food, venues, and attractions in the area. The kitchen service was splendid! The owners made us breakfast and even catered to our dietary needs (I am lactose intolerant & my friend is gluten free). The guests and owners were all so friendly and kind. The garden was beautifully maintained and was an excellent place to relax! I would love to return!

Mary Williams: Appt for endoscopy scheduled for 1p. Here on time. It is 1:50, still not called back. My daughter and grandson here with me. They have to stay in waiting room for my entire visit, which is up to 3 hours. Small waiting room, uncomfortable chairs, no coffee or water available. No vending machines. TV is on HGTV. Not very accommodating.

Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Grand Rapids East, MI: what do users think?
Celeste E: It is right off the highway with easy access to food and lots of attractions. The service is excellent, the pool and arcade are great after a long day out. They serve real breakfast, and there's a large sunned area to sit inside or outside. We will stay here again if we are in the Grand Rapids area!
Godzil La: Picked this hotel based on reviews. Staff and location were great, but accommodations did not live up to expectations. Air conditioning unit was too loud. My room was across from housekeeping so noisy during the day. Shower too narrow, you cannot raise both elbows up at the same time to wash hair. Soap was an odd shape as if the melt old bars togther. Bath towels so small you can't wrap, I am average size and the two ends don't even meet. Inside coffee maker was dirty. Nice pool but workout room very small. 1 guest, 2 queen beds, $166 for one night...not good value for the money.
Shawn Lowe: Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Pool area is nice too.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
B Marquez: Went for Mothers Day weekend. Roomy hotel room. 1 king and 1 queen in room, we shared, myself, son and Grandma. Clean rooms, bathrooms, spacious. Firepit outside, need another one so more people can enjoy. Free cookies, coffee, mints, and breakfast. Breakfast was great. Variety. Staff was great. Air in our room was super strong, tried to lower. Pool was nice sized, didnt get chance to go in, but looked nice and hot tub. Game room was cool. Parking great. Felt safe. Restaurant walking distance was good. Convienant location. Will be back.
Jennifer: We needed a hotel for an event at Cornerstone University. This hotel was so close to the school, & Meijer Gardens, we were able to squeeze in a quick stroll through the Meijer gardens and not be rushed at all. Everything was great from check in to check out and the staff was pleasant to deal with. (And they were quite busy!)We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the hotel. The pool area was very clean and the water in the pool wasn't too cold. Bring extra quarters for the game room! We didn't use the work out space, but it too looked clean and kept up. The rooms were clean, we had no issues whatsoever.Breakfast was typical, hotel breakfast (a nice buffet of choices) and the staff made sure all the tables were wiped clean, and the counter tops were consistently being wiped down, especially around the waffle makers. We also enjoyed the complimentary cookies throughout our stay. In fact, we probably ate too many! (Thank you!) The complimentary coffee bar is a nice touch as well.Thank you for making our weekend comfortable and easy.Rooms: Our room was just what we needed for one night. It was also very clean.Nearby activities: We enjoyed the Meijer Gardens, there is also shopping and plenty of restaurants near by. Cornerstone University (the purpose of our visit), was very close making this property extremely convenient.

Kevin Thomas: I was in town for a family wedding and chose to stay at Country Inn and Suites...The hotel was easy to get to ( right off the highway) and was located close to downtown, but not actually downtown..Check-in was fast and easy..Room was clean, temperature was spot on,not too hot or cold... Breakfast area was nice and clean, with plenty of hot and cold items to choose from... Check-out was also quick and easy.... Overall it was a very nice hotel, easy to get to, quiet and would definitely stay there again.👍👍
Aubrey West: Very much enjoy this hotel. It's location, amenities, design is optimal to my travel needs.Close access to highways, not directly in downtown but a close 5-10 minute drive.Love that they have laundry services. Wish you would contact Wash to upgrade your machines to the digital app payment service they offer, making them more user friendly. As for the work out machines anyone over 140lbs makes the treadmill catch in the wheels under the tread, not super user friendly could use some improvements.Enjoy the hot tub and pool areas. Near laundry is an arcade, have not seen a hotel with that since I was a kid, very much enjoyed playing Pinball.I currently recommend this hotel to others, will continue to, and will also be back myself. Wish you had the option to purchase here at the hotel reusable branded bags, as I found that would have been helpful to me personally this trip.I'd give a 5 star, but I never give anyone 5 stars as I believe everyone and everything can be improved upon.
Zach Fletcher: What I liked: room floorplan with separate living area, in room microwave, 2 tvs, really good breakfast. What I didn't like: pool size was small for such a big hotel at over $200/night. It was packed.
Rachael Johnson: Easy check-in and check-out process (loved being able to check out remotely via text). The room was clean and tastefully decorated, and the shower worked well. The mattress was firm. All staff was very friendly and helpful.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Erik Boswell: The room was fantastic! Very large and the place was so clean. Loved the stay!!!
antonio reyes: Es un Gran Hotel muy amplias las habitaciones y buen desayuno.Nearby activities: ComidaNoteworthy details: No sé batalla con el internet Wifi
Shana Ray: The staff especially the front desk member Alyssa was top notch but all staff there are remarkable. The hotel was just perfect for what we needed!Walkability: Able to walk to the restaurant.

Morton Hotel: what do users think?
The A3 Company: I would have LOVED to leave a better review but after being THREATENED & FALSELY accused of stealing here we are. The hotel was very accommodating itself but that is where it ends. After checking out I received a disturbing email stating we STOLE linens which we NEVER did. We not only washed and folded but helped THEIR worker load it all and clean up to ensure it was in the ORIGINAL state. I have NEVER been treated so poorly then have their staff THREATEN me by defaming my name which is against the law pursuant to 18 USC 41. I will be seeking ALL legal remedies for this situation. I expected better after spending the amount of money I did with this establishment. I’m disgusted to say the least and I just wonder did any of the WHITE guest have this same problem?!

Sherri Jones: First time staying at this Hotel.Came to town for concert at Van Andel Arena. Would definitely stay here again! Residency style accommodations; beautiful suite, kitchen and open concept living area. Strong security systems. Thank you Logan for the high class service welcome! Hotel is walking distance to Arena, downtown restaurants and bar/pubs. If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would!!
Laurie Evonich: The location is great & convenient! Our college age daughter lives a couple blocks from the hotel. Also, having a full kitchen was very useful; I had to cook/bake a full meal for 15 people (to take to another location) and that was perfect to make that happen. The bed was comfortable and the closet was huge. Although a lot was happening on the streets of GR it was very quiet in the room.

Maarten van Lieshout: It's a modern hotel in a historic building. The apartment I stayed in was spacious, clean, and friendly with all the amenities you can think of. Loved how they preserved and accentuated the original structure (e.g. steel H beams). The check-in and check-out couldn't be easier as most of the communication goes via email. No hassle at a desk. And the security seems great. 1 personal code gives access to the building, my floor, and my apartment. Don't like codes? When entering my room 2 fobs were waiting for me.Although there is not much interaction with staff the tone of voice is friendly in all their email and p[rinted communication: making sure both fido (if you happen to bring your dog) and you feel most welcome.
Julia Pulk: Good location, clean and comfortable room, kitchen and washing machine were great additions.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Kelsey Zigarelli: this hotel was absolutely beautiful but also very creepy. someone was supposed to be at the front desk form 10-6 but i never saw anyone there. personally i think i hotel should have someone there from 8 to at least 10. You also use the same code to get in the elevator that you use to get into your room. if someone see me type that out and they know what room i'm in they can easily get into it. I would have felt much safer if we could have changed the room access code.
Maxmileano Adame: Beautiful place, close to everything downtown. Very clean and well kept. Will definitely be back and telling others about The Morton Hotel..Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More

Ashley Johnson: This hotel exceeded my expectations! It was our first time traveling with our 5 year old Bully. He LOVED IT! And so did we. Large room, prime location, no problem parking daily, SUPER CLEAN, comfy bed, no dog smells, big furnished kitchen with everything we need, and easy contactless check-in and check-out. I couldn’t say enough great things. The doggie play and wash area in the basement was absolutely clutch as well for those early morning or late night potty runs. We’ll definitely be back

Innovative Apartment Group: what do users think?
Tony Denome: My organization - regrettably - rents a couple dozen of apartments to this group on behalf of their clients who would traditionally have difficulty qualifying for an apartment on their own. The lease is in the name of Hot Perks where his client is listed as an occupant. As the leaseholder, Hot Perks assumes all lease obligations including the payment of rent. Our condition as the landlord be the occupants still pass a background/criminal check. This platform works so as along as the occupant pays Hot Perks and Hot Perks pays the apartment community. Unfortunately, Hot Perks is clearly struggling as an business, because they are now owe us back rent to the tune of nearly $70K. To make matters worse he has occupants who are presumably paying him rent, but he is not remitting that rent to us on our behalf.Clearly, we made a mistake renting to this dysfunctional company since we are now in the position of having to collect on all the bad debt. I strongly recommend steering clear of them and their owner, Mike. They appear to be very good at marketing and branding, but it is nothing more than smoke in mirrors.
India Carter: Thank you innovative apartment group! You guys really helped me when no one did. And for that I truly appreciate it. Very professional and understanding all the time. Supported me through it all.. Don't be afraid to let them know your situation they care. They will always be my family. Once again if there is anybody in a bind finding an apartment reach out to their team. They will try to meet your needs. Take good care of you and your loved ones.Thank youInnovative apartment group
Rouge: I absolutely love IAG. Mike and Emily are amazing and hard working. The sincerity and helpfulness is truly unmatched. I’ve never come across any company like IAG. When I needed assistance they where the ONLY people who helped, was there every step of the way, and years later they are still here. A truly heartfelt and honest company.I can't say it enough but, Thanks for everything!!!
Raynard Harris: Wow!!! Where do I began. Mike and Emily Thank you for your professionalism and timely manner with getting things done. Making the move from Miami Florida to Lansing Michigan isn’t easy. Relocating for work and they both made it easy! I will update my review again upon me getting into my new home and settled in a few months. Communication between them and I is top notch. I ask a lot of questions and probably call more than anyone else. Reason is because how far the move is and I need to have everything settled and paid before I get there so that I don’t have to worry anymore. Please if you need their help use them.
Brittany Parcher: First and foremost, I just want to thank Mike and his team for their help because without them, we would not be where we are today! We came from Ohio for my boyfriend’s job and could not get approved for any apartments (our credit was very terrible at the time), and at the last minute I saw an ad for Innovative Apartment Group! I filled out a quick app, and they basically took care of the rest and got us in to our first apartment in Holland. We then moved after our lease was up and decided to go through Innovative Apartment Group again until our credit was better. They are VERY easy to work with, upfront about any fees, there aren’t any hidden fees, and if you have any issues Mike is very responsive! I highly recommend them! Thanks again Mike and team! I’m glad to have the chance to work with you.
Maria L: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueThey are the best landlords ever they are very professional they call or email in a timely manner they are so easy to communicate with I just love this company ❤️😇

Homes at River's Edge: what do users think?
Margaux Drake: Investing in a condo and moving to Homes At River's Edge over two years ago was one of the BEST decisions we've ever made. The Team at Pure is excellent, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. We love the view, neighborhood, and city-vibe of the North Monroe area. It's a great place to call HOME.
Steve Drake: We have lived in the Homes at River's Edge for a little over 2 years. We purchased our top floor unit soon after they went on the market. Our time has been great. PERFECT location and it is only getting better. The space is ample for us (3 bedroom+2.5 Bath). It is a smaller building by number of units so it is a quiet and private place. Indoor parking is a huge plus. PURE management has been very helpful and welcoming. When units go on the market again JUMP on one of them.
Julia Fiore: Just recently moved in here. The apartment location, size, and style are a perfect combination. Dog friendly which is a plus and friendly staff - would recommend living here!
