Amway Grand Plaza, Curio Collection by Hilton: what do users think?
Michael Liao: Very good hotel, I like the environment, I am Amway IBO from Taiwan, one of the famous products from Amway is the water filter, if possible to provide the free good quality drinking water in the hotel room, it could provide better experience in hotel staying.
spain tax: Great place for a vacation

Xavier Chappell: I love this place. Very very nice and luxurious. Although the pool was closed we still had a great time.
James Betts: always the best
Christopher Dean: Two stars lost to the front desk check in experience. I have stayed here over the years maybe a dozen times. The issue at the desk was an anomaly to the usual experience that I have. Staff member not knowledgeable in policy, who then printed the policy and did not read it completely. She insisted on the wrong information until I pointed out the correct information on the page she printed out.The rest of my visit was perfect as normal.
Joe Cuschieri: If one is looking for a grand entrance, but does not care much about the size of the guest rooms, then this is the perfect hotel. However, the rooms. Especially the bathrooms are tiny. Hardly any space to turn and the toilet paper is placed underneath the sink because the sink and toilet are right next to each other.Rooms: 2/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Great view …More

Crabby J: Alot of money for ripped towels and a dirty bathroom floor.Room was pretty small for the price, although discounted.I can't believe they'd want what the regular price is for the room. The concierge was nice, front desk pleasant. Waitstaff for reception could have been friendlier.Hotel was beautiful. You pay a huge price for a room, then you have to pay for parking?Ridiculous!I wouldn't stay there again.
Newman Family Dental: We were in Grand Rapids for the annual Michigan Dental Association event, gaining more knowledge of the latest in dental technologies. We LOVED the Amway Grand accommodations! Beautifully crafted interior design, and everything was 5 star!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
L W: We had a wonderful two days being within walking distance to so many places. There are many restaurants to eat at without leaving the hotel, parking in the garage was easy, and being connected to the SkyWalk was helpful as well! The room was spacious and clean. Our main issue was the mattress and pillows. The mattresses are extremely firm and uncomfortable, and unfortunately the pillows are the same.

JW Marriott Grand Rapids: what do users think?
larry jacobs: Valet takes it upon themselves to harass delivery drivers, Drivers that are doing their job delivering food to paying CUSTOMERS STAYING AT JW MARRIOTT. Hope they can get over themselves a little bit and keep their petty ego feeding comments to themselves…The world might be a little better place.

Abhishek Dixit: Comfortable and clean hotel. Location is very good. One of the drawback is that it has very less vegetarian options. It would be nice if they add some more vegetarian (eggless & without fish) options in the menu. Overall it’s one of the best hotel in grand rapids.
SirSnipe: It is difficult to find a nice place to enjoy the atmosphere. All of the protected outdoor areas are designated for the restaurant, and very little space was given to hotel guests.Rooms: Very nice small-efficient rooms. Large bathroom tub.
Jonathan Klinger: We always love staying at the JW Marriott in downtown GR. This most recent visit was a quick overnight but I want to give a special shout-out to TJ at the front desk. He went well above and beyond to help us leave a surprise welcome gift in a friends room upon check-in two days after we departed. He could have easily declined but instead helped me come up with a fun and creative way to leave this surprise. These are the little details that matter and will bring us (and our friends) back in the future!

Canopy by Hilton Grand Rapids Downtown: what do users think?
Kim Ellerbrock: Beautiful modern rooms, fantastic location!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
jeffrey Szyarto: Amazing hotel! The staff is beyond friendly and the rooms were amazingly clean. This location was very centrally located for our visit which was wonderful. It is within walking distance to many popular attractions in Grand Rapids and was right around the corner from our concert venue (The intersection.) I would gladly stay here anytime I visit Grand Rapids. The parking was a bit weird to find and then get into the hotel but that was manageable and I think if we would have thought about our location it would have been easier to find parking. They have an amazing breakfast sandwich which was a great way to start our day.Rooms: They were spacious and amazingly clean. I loved the furniture in the room and everything was very well kept.Nearby activities: It is close to many popular attractions in Grand Rapids. It is within walking distance to Founders and the Intersection. If you are looking for a place to grab a quick bite to eat before a concert they are just a block away.Safety: This hotel felt very safe and well lit.
Debra Tanzer: Rooms: Very clean rooms - comfortable.Safety: Very safe hotel.Food & drinks: The upstairs bar is very nice. Wish it would have stayed open longer since we just came from a wedding across the street.
Melissa Graham: Booked a room for my brothers wedding, they were very hard to work with and even though we were told they’d accommodate and work with blocking off rooms, it was not an easy process. Disappointed in the way we were treated.Rooms: Nice rooms.
Kari T: Staff were so friendly and helpful. Rooms were immaculately clean with amenities I don't see at other hotels. Great night of sleep: beds were so comfortable, and even though we were right by the elevator hallway, there was no noise disturbance. Walking distance to The Intersection, tons of food options, kids' museum, and many other places of interest. Walking from the parking structure to hotel was awkward due to construction, but the extra I paid for the Park & Stay rate more than paid for itself. Would like to see more vegan options in the cafe, but they do have non-dairy creamers. Would definitely stay here again.
Josh Sikkema: The Canopy downtown is my home away from home. Kyle and Angela always make me feel right at home. The staff goes above and beyond, THANK YOU!Noteworthy details: The staff are excellent and attentive. Beautiful views from the 8th floor and you are right in the heart of Studio Park. Amazing!
Greg Wade: The staff was super friendly!
Yvette Butler: The hotel was immaculate, comfortable and the staff were knowledgeable and friendly. The Oak+Stone Urban restaurant is a mustNearby activities: It’s located at the Mall of America
Miguel Carmona: PARKING is a Nightmare. CANOPY has a LIMITED amount of PARKING SPOTS @ STUDIO PARK. Research if the surrounding area has any major events going on. If they do, DO NOT DRIVE TO the STORE LIKE I DID & come back to the parking lot to find it FULL! called the front desk and they recommended a few other parking lots. Drove to them & they were FULL.. after driving around for 20 minutes in traffic.. a parking garage was found 7 blocks away. We brought the ticket to the front desk to see if they would cover the fee & they said there was nothing they could do. Haha I was not shocked! All in all.. just ridiculous for GUESTS to not be guaranteed a parking spot for their stay.. HOWEVER went up to the TOP BAR “KNOOP” . Completely out of everything to eat BUT they had ONE drink called “42 WALLABY WAY” SOLID CHOICE & thanks to the waitress who recommended it!
Celeste Maclin: We had a great experience at Canopy.Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was super cute and modern. We loved that we were on the same floor of the gym, which is pretty spacious, clean, has water and cups for guests, has a great view, and has a good amount of equipment. Newer stuff, too, like a peloton bike.We loved the rooftop bar as a way to end our night.Great location. Close to a lot of nice bars and restaurants. They have bikes that guests can use to ride around the city if you'd like. They have a really nice lounge breakfast spot downstairs near the entrance.Note, breakfast is not included.. you gotta pay.You also gotta pay for parking each night. All in all, we'd definitely come back!
Jaimee Harris: This is my third time staying at Canopy and every time is better than the first. This stay was particularly great. The staff was extremely welcoming and several staff members went above and beyond to assist me with some complicated (complicated on account of a unique situation -- in other words, it was not them, it was me) tasks. The location is fabulous -- right next to Midtown (fabulous music venue), and walking distance to a lot of great spots (Pyramid Scheme for pinball), vintage shops, and restaurants.
Marty Fortuna: Great location!Rooms: 4/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet …More
Andreas Giger: Nice New Hotel at nice location. Within walking distance good Restaurants and sports Bar and even a cinema. There is a Skype Bar AT top floor available ad well.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Lauren Plate: The concierge was not helpful whatsoever. 2 stars for the maids being more helpful.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 2/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Tiffaney T: The hotel itself was VERY modern, chic & super clean. Staff at check-in were super friendly. The late night staff (after 10:30 pm) not so much. Felt like children being rushed to our rooms after coming back from a concert at the Van Andel, which is walking distance, so that was super convenient. For such a NICE hotel that it is, there were a few downfalls that I personally will most likely not stay there again. There was a huge amount of homeless people swarming the building and hounding everyone for money every single time you walked by. It was kinda scary, as they would walk so close to you. It was insane. Also, this hotel has NO parking for hotel guests. You have to park a few blocks away in a parking structure that is no way attached to the building, so u have to drag ur luggage thru a movie theater then outside down an alley where the homeless are waiting to hound you over and over until u make it in to the hotel. Once inside your golden. Also plan to bring something to eat with u after a show at the van andel, as NONE of the restaurants that are with walking distance to hotel are open after 10pm, and the hotel doesn't even have vending machines.
Don Donachy: Pros : Great looking place! I’m guessing newly remodeled.Cons: lacking creature comforts. Usually I would expect more than one creamer and just plain better coffee service. Usually I would expect a plastic laundry bag or 2. They have “filter water” taps in the hallways, while it may be filtered it still tastes like it came from the pool, oh that’s right no pool. And they didn’t have that $3 water for sale I’ve come to expect. Overall beautiful place but nothing else in the way of perks. in the $200-300/ night I need more. I do have to say Nayah the front desk person was super cool for giving us a heads text about parking and an early check in. This I don’t expect!

Hotel Royale of Grand Rapids: what do users think?
Connie Calhoun: The staff was great. The rooms were clean and comfortable bedsBreakfast was simpleGrill available for customers to use. This hotel should have higher ratings.
Walli Soles: This place is disappointing. It sits back off the road hidden behind other buildings. Only one elevator at one end of a long hall. Was suppose to have a Hot Tub, but None. And the pool was cool water. To warm up, I tried to fill the tub but the stopper didn't work properly. And there isn't a clock in the room. I won't stay here again.Rooms: 3/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 2/5 …More
Steven Wunderink: It has been a long time since I stayed at a hotel this bad. Basically they used covid to cover up and excuse bad service. The Finnley Hotel: what do users think?
Bret Bussey: The room is immaculate and we loved the high class decor. Our room had some LP records arranged artfully on a wall, as well as a small modern record player. My only complaint is the lack of any noise cancellation - the walls and floor echoed all noises, including from the bathroom.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury, Romantic, Kid-friendly, Great value, High-tech …More
Tom Bulington: Our room was very nice and comfortable and less than a 5-minute walk to the Van Andel arena to watch a concert.Walkability: Best location in town to stroll around to visit.

Robert Dillon: This place is cleaner than any hotel I have stayed in. I don’t ever use pools or gym rooms at hotels. This very clean and up to date comfortable and quiet.Rooms: Very clean. Current modern look.
Gabi Peters: The room was beautiful and clean. Check in was easy, as was check out - right from your phone. Very secure building right in the middle of downtown. You also couldn’t hear all the hustle and bustle of downtown while trying to sleep. The only issue was the AC wasn’t working and our room stayed very very hot and our only means of contact was an “emergent text line.” The TV remote wasn’t able to be used from the bed either (minor inconvenience). Having to pay premium to park in the parking structure or on the street was also another minor inconvenience.Nearby activities: Bars, food, etc. very closeSafety: Secure key code login to get into the hotel and your room. Cameras throughout the space.Walkability: Easy to walk or scooter pretty much everywhere.
Caleb Campbell: It is such a great find in the heart of Grand Rapids. This was the perfect pick for our trip to see a concert. Just a block from Van Andel arena and the Intersection, which is a nightclub with lots of artists. The room was clean, and the high-end finishes were elite. No problems checking in virtually in order to get the code to get in the building and then to the room. I will be back.
Debi Lewis: Rooms were clean and fun with the turn table!Awesome location for all the downtown fun!!Nearby activities: Close to everything. We walked everywhere. When we got to tired we took the free DASH bus!!
Alec Johnson: The Finnley couldn’t be in a better location. We were able to walk almost everywhere. Right in the heart of downtown but close to 131 for east access. Bed was super comfortable and the room charming. We will definitely stay here again!Safety: Super safe part of downtown.
Trevor Headings: We loved this cute little, local hotel in the heart of downtown. It was very pretty and was a perfect location for our weekend getaway.Rooms: The rooms were very aesthetic with nice modern decor.Walkability: We stayed for a weekend and didn’t have to use our car for the duration of our stay! Excellent location.

Rachel Greiner: We had a wonderful stay at the Finnley hotel! The room was great, and we enjoyed the record player. Location was perfect, making it super easy to explore downtown GR!Walkability: Super close to restaurants, bars, and activities. We visited the Grand Rapids Art Museum during our stay.
Cam “The Vark” Jennings: WooooowRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury, Great view, Quiet, High-tech …More
Scott Faulkner: Great, clean touchdown space in a perfect location.Safety: Great building security and access.Walkability: Blocks away from everything..
Eileen Moloney: Lovely, clean, and well-appointed room in a great location at a really good price for location. Contactless check in was a breeze. Was unable to get parking because I booked day of visit but public garage was just down the street. The security deposit seems excessive and lengthy hold.
Jia Singh: My boyfriend and I stayed here for a night out on Valentine's Day & it was amazing!! It was everything we expected from photos before booking and more. The room was beautiful & the check-in/check-out process was easy. We also felt safe in the room! It was an extremely comfortable space that had a good vibe while also being in the perfect location- with everything in walking distance. The bathroom was nice and clean; the blackout shades and comfortable bed were great too. It gave a city and luxury feel. We had amazing food from Brick & Porter, only a couple of doors down from the hotel, and also walked to the Grand River, only 10 minutes from the hotel. We enjoyed our night & the room was a big part of that! We had zero complaints and will 100% book here again!!
Jenny DuBois: The Finnley is so unique, definitely my favorite in downtown GR. We love the simplicity in the heart of the city and will be back!
Z JASON: Front desk hand up my phone while I still talking.

Holiday Inn Grand Rapids - South, an IHG Hotel: what do users think?
Jeff Johnson: Just a place to stay. No free breakfast and only 1 coffee. Found a used coffee k-cup still in coffee maker.Rooms: 3/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 3/5 …More
Brian Zink: Not the best Holiday Inn I ever stayed in. Nothing was as advertised.
Richard Honaker: Stopped to stay on our way home from Leeland. We wanted our 4 year old daughter to do some swimming and play in the kid zone. Not happening, don't believe the advertised pictures. The whole pool area was disgusting. Mold and mildew, water looked terrible, food on the ground. Needless to say we checked right back out.Rooms: 2/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 2/5 …More
Lars Degn: It was okayOlder rooms but not bad at allRooms: 3/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 3/5 …More
Dena: Were do i start, I was charged twice and never received a refund when I was promised one they made a mistake on there end . Then there was a stink bug in my so they moved me to a room that was not clean at all the floor was sticky the microwave was dirty there were crumbs everywhere this was the most disgusting dirty place I could have stayed in. I took pictures of everything but for some reason I can't post them on here
Nathan Rickman: I booked my family's stay on the main hotel website. I requested a room close to the pool and on the main floor. I wanted to stay for the splash pad for my daughter. Everything seemed fine online when I got my confirmation. On arrival I was charged an addition $100 for a deposit until I check out. When I asked about the extra money the counter clerk said oh, the hotel has the right to add a deposit. I told him that I did not receive any document explaining this online or on the papers I signed at check in. Once I got my room number I noticed it was upstairs I asked about my request, the guy said their are no guarantees with a request. We give you what is available. I got a room upstairs and on the other end of the building.I asked about breakfast and the clerk said we have a restaurant and don't do breakfast where online said different.I am not impressed with the pool area. The paint was falling and chipping off the wall. The pool had sand in it and was not clean. On a positive note the room was nice enough, but not enough positive to bring me back.
Emily Devendorf: The first room we were given had a TV that didn't work. The front desk woman was so kind and moved our room. The second room had a TV that worked BUT:-There was a used bar of soap in the shower-The shower had stuff that looked like old scum or mold in the cracking grout. (I couldn't even get in the shower, I was so grossed out)-The bathroom sink had very strange stains all over it.-The second room had a desk with no chair.-The first room obviously wasn't cleaned bc we found other peoples leftovers in the fridge.-There was a thick coat of dust on the tops of the mirror and picture frame in both rooms.-The second room had a remote control for the TV, but it didn't have a battery cover. On the bright side....-The sheets and comforter were very clean and comfortable.-The design on the room was gorgeous-The staff was very, very kind.I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless it's a last resort. It's so strange bc the hotel looks new and remodeled but once I saw the bathroom it looks like not everything was remodeled.Rooms: Very nice design, but not very clean at all. I think the housekeeping staff needs to be a lot more thorough for the money it costs to stay for even one night.
Andrew Stewart: Rooms: Dirty, broken, and poorly kept. No coffee in room. Coffee in lounge was watery.Nearby activities: Pool was dirty, no pool towels.Food & drinks: What drink?,bad coffee.Noteworthy details: Worst Holliday inn express, I've ever stayed at. I was generous with 2- 3 stars. Last time I'll ever stay their.
Kourtney Bourbina: Kids loved the pool!Rooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Eddie Mcpherson: Great place to enjoy a kids BD because they have like a indoor swimming area that's like a water park it was a really safe and clean for my granndbabies and I don't play when it comes to them because don't want anything to happen to them I like a mother wit cubs when it comes to them love them and the room was super large two story wit loft nice I enjoyed every momentRooms: The room was like a high class studio apartmentNearby activities: Right of 131 you got gas / food/ shoppingSafety: Staff is always present when u need helpFood & drinks: Didn't order food but I would have if I was the one staying in it we was just doing BD party
Joshua Loonsfoot: Don't stay here!! Gross and short staffed. Yet, they still charge you full price as if they'll keep up with necessary accommodations! $200+ for a Saturday night to have a disgusting room. We went home to get blankets and towels just to be satisfied. And it wasnt.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 1/5 …More
Josh Loonsfoot: THEY PROBABLY HAVE BUGS!!! DON'T STAY HERE!!! Blankets were disgusting and dirty, stains on the walls, blinds were broken, and the floors were dirty. This was just some of the issues. I had to leave back home to get new blankets and towels because they couldn't supply us with anymore towels. They admitted to being short staffed, yet I paid over $200 for one night. And the lady at the front desk said breakfast was free and that was a lie. I wouldn't be surprised if they had BUGS!!!!!!
Ashley Latham: The only thing about this hotel that deserves five stars (and a raise) is the staff...every employee we came across was friendly and helpful. The hotel and pool area are definitely due for an upgrade. But the rooms were clean and the kids did have a blast at the super kids friendly pool and splash pad.Breakfast was not complimentary, it was two free kids meals with purchase of an adult meal. But breakfast was still good and speedy, even with them being short staffed
Kevin Chambers: Room was clean and ready when we got here. The splash pad area is ok but there were 4-5 bandaids on the floor the night we got here and then again they were still there the next morning, so I don’t think the pool area is cleaned everyday. The regular swimming pool was very cold. We were under the impression that there was a complimentary breakfast but there was not. Other than that it was a decent hotel room.
Kurt K: Great place for little kids, loft style room . Location right of the highway so a little highway traffic noise.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 3/5Hotel highlights Kid-friendly …More

Hilton Garden Inn Grand Rapids East: what do users think?

Brian Quinn: Very nice rooms. The staff is very service oriented. Always looking to make the stay a positive one.
Rachael Goudreau-Diegel: Honestly pretty shocked at this place. Was expecting so much more from the service, to the food, to quality of beds. Motel service with Hilton pricetag. The beds were extremely uncomfortable...but honestly the thing that got me most was the staff. They should tell you to make sure youre seated for breakfast before 930 or the staff will drag you. Came down for breakfast at 940, walked up and no one was here. Went to the front desk and she told me to just have a seat and someone would help me soon. Waited for about 5 minutes at my table before someone finally walked up to me and said "ohhh are you eaing breakfast *makes a face* sheesh, you better hurry up. Quickly ordered a simple omelet--no sides, no toast, no potatoes--just a simple omelet. When it came out it looked like someone had throw it at the wall....just floored by this place. Was expecting much more than the lowbrow service we received. I heard a person working behind the bar and in the kitchen grumble very loudly and angrily (half shouting) about how none of these people ever leave him tips and he's sick of it. Our TV went out 3x yesterday evening, on the third time calling down I spoke with a woman named Debbie who was insanely rude--she sounded more bothered by the situation than me. Kept talking over me, had to even ask her at one point if she would allow me to speak--and told her it would feel nice if it felt like it mattered to the hotel staff we've been having a poor stay thus far (at that point she offered us bfast coupons before gruffly getting off the phone). Don't think we'll ever be back
Emily St Clare: Pretty nice, basic hotel with a good location near 28th street shopping. This hotel seems quieter than most in this category (but it was a quiet night in general). The mattresses were not very plush and strangely short and bedding was sparse overall. The mobile key system and check in worked smoothly though, which was also a nice surprise. Overall a solid stay, but nothing to write home about.
Travis: The rooms were very nice/clean.Food & drinks: There is a bar/restaurant that serves breakfast/dinner. Breakfast was the best I've had at a hotel in a long time even though I had to pay for it.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great view, Quiet, Great value …More
Tobin Fiser: Very dated place, and no daily room service
Della Sawyer: Swimming pool was a little bit cooler than usual
Michael Bradford: I have been on the road quite a few times in the last 40 years and I have to say James runs one of the best Hotels that I have experienced. His staff is top notch and he definitely knows how to run the ship. Thank you James for making my time away very enjoyable.Rooms: Awesome!!
Lauren Rickard: Excellent hotel! The staff was very friendly. The hotel itself was very clean with updated decor. The room was very clean and had plenty of space. The pool area was very nice and spacious. The parking was free, which was not offered in the downtown hotels of Grand Rapids. Also complimentary bottled water was given upon request. The location was great -near restaurants and shopping. I also felt very safe, as I statyed here with my young daughter. I would highly recommend this hotel.
TEApartier: Nice and clean. I stay here often and would highly recommendRooms: Rooms are fairly updated, maybe 5 or so years ago. Some sign of wear, but clean and comfortable.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet, Kid-friendly …More
Joel Hewlett: Nice hotel. Clean rooms definitely will be backRooms: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5 …More
JC Perez: I have not given any hotels more than 2 stars post COVID as cleanliness, maintenance, and quality have been lacking. But this Hilton Garden Inn is the exception. Rooms were clean, food quality and menu variety were amazing (try the powerbowl for breakfast or grilled salmon for dinner), staff was very friendly and accommodating, plenty of parking, and location was very good - close to lots of restaurants and a mall. After a 4-day stay, I had zero complaints, which is very rare. Definitely 2 thumbs up.
Terry Porter: This particular property is pretty well located. The property is kept up pretty well, which is something rare in the post COVID market. The rooms were clean and large. A/C wasn't as noisy as in many other hotels. The inhouse restaurant was pretty great with a diverse menu and tasty offerings, particularly the powerbowl at breakfast. And the staff with whom I interacted during my stay was very pleasant and accommodating.

Delta Hotels by Marriott Grand Rapids Airport: what do users think?
Ralph W: Great hotel, stayed there for 3 nights in 2 rooms. Staff is friendly and the hotel is conveniently located. A bit more on the pricier side, but overall very clean and worth it.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet …More
Chris Winter: First of all, Tray at the front desk was amazing! Top-notch service, the room is very clean and nicely decorated. We had a nice view of the indoor pool with outdoor seating. Also, the food at the restaurant is absolutely amazing! We ordered the mac & cheese, brussels sprouts, and Reuben, and it was absolutely DELICIOUS!!! Plus, we are right next to a shopping mall that has a cheesecake, factory and great shops. We are from Petoskey and we came here for our daughters dance competition. We will definitely stay here again in the future! Five stars!!!!
Karen Fox: The rooms are small but clean, I wasn't happy that I didn't know about the $50 deposit until I had already arrived in person to check-in, the slide was shut down which was the primary reason we chose that hotel, and didn't offer complimentary breakfast but the front desk representative yesterday evening and this morning was nice and helpful.
Ashley Warren: Nice locationRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
john bourgeois: Everything was good except they were short staffed. So restaurant was not functioningRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Sara Hufford: Really disappointed in this hotel. Our sheets were stained, there were bugs in the bathroom, half of our key cards didn’t work, the doors stuck and made it hard to get into the room. We won’t be back, and will second guess staying at a delta hotel in the future.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 2/5 …More
Erika Hubbard: The staff was so wonderful and communicative, would highly recommend!
Tom Goodberlet: This has to be the worst hotel by Marriott I have ever seen, don't stay here!!! Carpet looks horrible, my room had wet carpet, the chair in the room looks like someone picked it up in an alley, carpet stinks, the shower door fell off, and try to sleep with the loudest heating unit ever made and forget about morning coffee in the room, that doesn't work, and no one cares, or try even eating at the restaurant. No one shows up for work. Checked in by mobile app, but still waited for 15 minutes to get a room key. This place is horrible, and I stay at Mariott a lot. Stay away.
Karey Wright Clemmons: Room had some one dirty clothes left in closet, room have a very awkward layoutRooms: 3/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Molly Johnson: The staff is very nice and friendly I would recommend to stay to more of my family especially this young lady by the name of Bianca she is a fabulous personRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury …More
Joanna Wille: Rooms are good size, beds are comfortable. Did not eat breakfast. Gym is very big however there are no dumbbells the average human can use for a workout. All I found was 5lb, 35lb and up, nothing in between. Asking the front desk got me a disinterested response. Pretty unfortunate since I come here fairly regularly.
Sheila Gordon: Had to be there for the killing of my godson and that was not a good thing
Jennifer Dibble: Not a safe hotel no longer! They had a shooting last month here! People can walk in hotel and security lousy.Safety: Bad now! Shooting at hotel.
BigDick DudleyEcw: Homicide happened here. Glad it wasnt me
Zac: 2 shooting in 2 days alone here… this places is making my community unsafe for people to just exist in…. Management and ownership needs to step up security
Julio Cesar Nuñez: Servicio extraordinario y acogedorRooms: Muy limpias
Robert Nesco: Good place to stay.
