Not to mention Andrea delivered the signs to my office. However I do have recommendations (in the kindest way) for the receptionist, when Andrea was taking to me she kept interrupting and telling me something different. I understood Andrea was new but there’s no better way to learn than jump right in. Then when the receptionist was sitting on her feet, when she got up and walked around the desk I noticed she had NO SHOES ON and short jean shorts. I know there’s no food served there but it’s a professional environment so dress the part, or at least put shoes that cover the entire foot. I will continue to do business with Andrea at fastsigns.

Ian Shafer: THE WORK ACTUALLY GOT DONE! This was such a fast and easy project after working with FASTSIGNS. I had spent the better part of three years trying to convince a different signsmith to do what would have equated to inferior work (more simplistic and lacking any art). In three years, that particular maker failed to do the work or communicate effectively about the project. Fast forward to this year, and from start to finish took less than a month, and ONLY took that long because I ordered a sign during a poor weather season for signs to go up (I knew what I was getting myself into and was OK to wait). Chris, my rep, communicated with me regularly, went out of his way to edit the design to turn it into what I was hoping it could be (when it originally did not look like we could do what I had hoped to do), and fixed the only minor tweaks I asked for like they were nothing. 10/10 would not only recommend, but I ALREADY HAVE.
Collin Smith: Fast Signs was absolutely wonderful. We had ordered four 3 X 10 foot banners through an online company that had been difficult to work with in getting the order created. Long story short, on the Thursday before an event we were sponsoring on Sunday that we needed the banners for, this online company shipped us a different company's banners. We needed a solution fast so we contacted Fast Signs in Lansing and asked if they could create four vinyl banners by the end of the day Friday.Chris was super helpful and gave me the exact requirements of what I needed to send them to get the order rolling and said that getting them done by the next day would be no problem. When I went to pick them up on Friday, they turned out even better than I hoped.This is another example of why you should buy and support local businesses. Will be recommending Fast Signs to anyone that needs banners or signs done.

It is a skilled person to assist in final editing, testing a copy before making a stack of copies and prompt service. I just described Minute Man Press. Walk in, get the job done and walk out. No large chain company with fillers for staff. A company run by the owners and the care of the customer's needs is the first priority.

My mother passed away last week and I personally wanted to take charge of her funeral program. I had one designed and there was a couple small delays but I had spoken with Carrie a couple times over the week and she assured me that they could handle my order regardless. I didn't make it in until Friday morning so I was very nervous and worried that my order wouldn't be ready in time to be dropped off at the funeral home. Carrie was there she soothed my nerves and told me not to worry that it would be taken care of, I left to assist my cousin with locating a suit. Less than 2 hours later I received a call and my order was ready. I couldn't believe it but not only did they take care of me but these are the most beautiful funeral programs that I have ever seen. I'm speechless over the service, professionalism and sympathy that Carrie and her wonderful team showed me. I am forever grateful and I would recommend them in a heartbeat. They will always be my print company. Thank you Carrie, you are the best.
