Not to mention Andrea delivered the signs to my office. However I do have recommendations (in the kindest way) for the receptionist, when Andrea was taking to me she kept interrupting and telling me something different. I understood Andrea was new but there’s no better way to learn than jump right in. Then when the receptionist was sitting on her feet, when she got up and walked around the desk I noticed she had NO SHOES ON and short jean shorts. I know there’s no food served there but it’s a professional environment so dress the part, or at least put shoes that cover the entire foot. I will continue to do business with Andrea at fastsigns.

Ian Shafer: THE WORK ACTUALLY GOT DONE! This was such a fast and easy project after working with FASTSIGNS. I had spent the better part of three years trying to convince a different signsmith to do what would have equated to inferior work (more simplistic and lacking any art). In three years, that particular maker failed to do the work or communicate effectively about the project. Fast forward to this year, and from start to finish took less than a month, and ONLY took that long because I ordered a sign during a poor weather season for signs to go up (I knew what I was getting myself into and was OK to wait). Chris, my rep, communicated with me regularly, went out of his way to edit the design to turn it into what I was hoping it could be (when it originally did not look like we could do what I had hoped to do), and fixed the only minor tweaks I asked for like they were nothing. 10/10 would not only recommend, but I ALREADY HAVE.

Long story short, on the Thursday before an event we were sponsoring on Sunday that we needed the banners for, this online company shipped us a different company's banners. We needed a solution fast so we contacted Fast Signs in Lansing and asked if they could create four vinyl banners by the end of the day Friday.Chris was super helpful and gave me the exact requirements of what I needed to send them to get the order rolling and said that getting them done by the next day would be no problem. When I went to pick them up on Friday, they turned out even better than I hoped.This is another example of why you should buy and support local businesses. Will be recommending Fast Signs to anyone that needs banners or signs done.
