DUCORY2214: I normally don’t leave reviews but when I do it’s either really good or extremely terrible. In this case, it’s the latter.Extremely poor customer service. Even for a repeat customer having spent over thousands of dollars on a sign. Not that the first product was any good. Only repeat the service because they already had the template. Reps won’t return calls or emails after a promised to do so. Wasted an entire week waiting for a returned call or an email. Don’t want to mention any names but all 3 reps answering calls are terrible. Had to pursue new company after multiple failed attempts. Glad this happened in a way. I found a great new sign company with great customer service. Can’t wait to leave a review once the work is done.I would highly NOT recommend this sign company to any business out there that expect courtesy and professionalism.Rest assured I will do my part to spread the word beyond this Google review. They have worked with me to get the design exactly how I want it (despite me repeatedly changing my mind), and the final product is amazing. I worked with Tammy in the Lansing office, and she was amazing. Lightening fast responses. Walked me through the whole process (you would think putting up a sign would be easy) with the municipalities. Excellent experience. I would definitely recommend them.

Devon Butler: I had a small backlit sign that was no longer working. They tried to help me over the phone, had me bring it in. The sign was fixed in one day and the price was extremely reasonable. Most shops wouldn’t even bother. Great local business.

Brian Bell: Discount Signs did an outstanding job on our new office. Ron came up with a design for our interior office windows that was amazing and went well with our logo. The installers Rob and Chuck were friendly and did a great job putting everything up. Not only was the work great but the price was better than the 2 other quotes I received from other local companies. I would recommend Discount signs to anyone needing signage or graphic work done in the area.

Shirley Jones: What ☆AMAZING☆ talent hidden in the heart of the quaint little Village of Vermontville...Josh Goodacre and The Neon Shop!!! I had no idea there was a neon fabricator nearby until I checked the internet. Even cooler because it's so close to my home!Having a custom neon sign made was my goal, I contacted Josh and he was quick to respond to my questions, giving me a price, and a time frame of completion!The finished sign is exactly what I wanted and I am ***VERY PLEASED***!!!! Meeting Josh & his son, and seeing the awesome creations they make was a COOL bonus to this adventure!!!I look forward to working with The Neon Shop again!Definitely worth the short drive to visit the shop and see some fascinating neon signs!!
