We requested a toilet installation through Lowe’s and was sent an employer named Michael Beesley. At the beginning Michael was doing a good job. Getting his job done without a hitch or being in anyones way. However, as the job came to a close Michael’s behavior and work became concerning; so concerning that everyone in the house became on edge and anxious with his presence. Michael stated that he had broken something on the toilet towards the end of the installation, and that it was not his problem, the inside main water valve hence shutting our water off. Even though he was a plumber, or claimed to be, he went on to say that he could not fix that for us and we had to call a plumber and pay for additional services. He proudly followed that up by saying. “Don’t even bother calling Lowe’s, corporate doesn’t want to hear from you,” not only that but when asked if he was licensed and insured he stated “I don’t even have to be.” To make matters worse, Michael continued to brag about how much money he makes as a ‘contractor’ without even having the proper schooling behind it. I am horrified with his behavior and the fact we had this man in our home. To top it off, Michael Beesley left the location without offering a refund for his botched work, or even offering other companies we could call to fix what he had done. All I am saying is never trust Lowe’s or their contractors. I will be telling everyone I know and posting on all social media platforms about how scary this situation was.
