Adria Klucarich: I had an excellent experience at this hotel. The room was spacious and very clean, everything seems fairly new. The front desk staff were really nice and efficient. The hotel gym is SO nice, lots of brand new equipment, spacious, again very clean. The pool and hot tub were nice as well, often crowded but I was there over a weekend. The bartender was wonderful and so friendly, and they offer some local Michigan beers on tap. The food at the restaurant was also quite good! Location wise, it's right off the highway which is nice, and about 15 minutes drive to downtown Lansing. There are also lots of chain/fast food restaurants quite close to the hotel, which is convenient. I would recommend this hotel!

atalaya hill: It kind of throws you off because you have to pay extra for the breakfast. If you buy the Hilton honors charge it to your room to insure that you don't get charged twice. They brought a bill to the table for $69. When you check out it was cover by the honors program.Noteworthy details: The hot tub gets cleaned Monday morning so its cold for a few hours after cleaning.

Kathryn Foster: Compared to another hotels, I got a good bang for my buck. In town to visit my young grandchildren 3 & 5 year olds, we had plenty of in-room space.A nice pool, was on the smaller size but made it easier to keep a closer eye on our little ones. A nice hot tub but sometimes several kids came in without supervision.Rooms: Very nice, well appointed.
Ryan Green: We stayed here for a convention over the weekend in Lansing. We really enjoyed this hotel. It was very clean, updated and had more amenities than most. We had one of the ladies at the front desk bring us up an extra pillow and she was so kind that she even brought us up extra snacks and waters for free. We have never had this happen before at any other hotel. We had breakfast at the restaurant hotel & it was very tasty. Best breakfast potatoes we have ever had! The hotel is conveniently located close to the highway and shopping/restaurants and the price was fair compared to some of the other comparable hotels. Loved our stay!

Andy Lyke: Always a great place to stay
Julie Herron: **Beware of unannounced expensive random charges on your credit card after your stay at this hotel (despite speaking with the manager who won’t remove).**We happened to see a charge of $150 on the credit card when reviewing our April statement. Confused, I called the manager and she said it for “hair dye stains in the bathtub” plus a broken couch they “didn’t charge.” My 5th grade daughter and husband stayed at the hotel and verified they didn’t use hair dye or similar that would cause a stain. We believe it was the people who stayed there before us? We feel powerless that this situation could certainly happen to someone else for EVEN more money. I’m going to dispute the charge on the credit card and hope people will see this post. I really wish I made a reservation at the Hilton Garden Inn down the road instead.

SMR: The rating is based on expectations and standards given the hotel name and location.Pros:- Check in staff was very welcoming. She was a colorful energetic person.- room looked overall good and well organized- bed was big and comfy.- prime locations to lots of restaurants- interior decor of hotel was vibrant and modern- option to tip housekeeping through scanning bar code- it has a gym! It was clean with cardio machines and free weights- hallways looked nice. Could use air freshener- 24/7 teas and coffee at lobbyCons- check out staff was not friendly. The staff night before said we could have late check out “no problem”. No fee was mentioned. When I asked morning Saturday staff she said “it would be extra charge”. ?!?!- room closet was very dirty. Hair and dust floating around. Hidden areas had dirt (under ottoman)- ottoman leather old and torn apart (see pic)- breakfast was limited and not refilled during the Thu -sat stay we had. Coffee was empty, and staff working the breakfast area directed people to the lobby coffee.- hot tub was greenish and did not smell good- room sink would not drain smoothly

Sara Scott: This place is ok for a quick place to rest your head but not at all Hilton quality. More Super 8 or low budget motel at best. Mold on shower head in our room, pool was ice cold due to broken heater, hot tub was bath water hot at best and MILKY. Black and grimy edges. Very disappointed. Will pay a few bucks more next time and stay elsewhere.
