Sonia: There is something very shady going on with the shipping and postal services around Lansing. My mom ordered a new iPhone and Fedex driver never delivered the phone to us and they sent us an email saying it was delivered. So, it was either stolen by the driver or it was given to a completely different address and it took us DAYS to get it replaced being on the phone 6+ hours everyday. The new delivery people are very careless they just throw packages by the entrance and don't get the right address. Please don't order anything expensive online unless you have security cameras by your entrance because going through the process of recovering is a headache!
Simon Terhaar: Great location for printing needs, but the south facing sign/canopy on the building has faded greatly and needs replacement.
Andrew Gallavan: I called to get find out prices to print a few signs. They transferred me to customer service that wasn’t even local and I got transferred two more times and no one could answer my question.

The store was crammed with people, I didn't get to see how my item was packed, and the cashier didn't have the best attitude.FedEd Office is the exact opposite. Plenty of room in the lobby. I was helped right away. The employee packed my item right in front of me, and the gentleman who helped me had a terrific and personable attitude. The FedEx Office is infinitely better than the UPS Store.

The staff is always so helpful and kind, even when I stop in minutes before closing they are nothing but happy to help. Big shoutout to Nicole and Mark!!! Brandon Craft: I had a FedEx driver hit our buzzer to our apt and waited not even 15 seconds for me to get up and hit the buzzer before he took off with my package, that I paid extra to have expedited. I called this location and they couldn’t do anything about it. Why can’t people just do their jobs right?

J. A.: I do a lot of Amazon returns here and when returning multiple items I know what scanned code goes with what package. One employee (the black lady) will scan them all at once and the puts the labels on after, and in doing so they are on the wrong packages. She thinks it doesn’t matter because they all go to the same place but it does! After multiple packages not being credited i called Amazon and was told the correct labels absolutely need to be on the correct package or you will have long delays in getting your credit. Over an hour in phone calls to Amazon to get this mess figured out! Make sure you see them put the label on the correct package.

I went in with my elderly father to get power of attorney notarized and they were the rudest employees, especially considering the circumstances. They made us feel like we were an inconvenience. When I didn't know I needed a second witness for the paperwork, they made a huge spectacle out of having to bother another employee to serve as the witness. All in front of my elderly father and multiple customers. I left nearly in tears. Take a little more time and find literally anywhere else to have something notarized, especially if it is sensitive in nature.

Ted K: This review is about the UPS service not this particular store. It's very difficult to raise a person to talk to at UPS. The Voice Response Unit (VRU), not the customer, decides if the caller is worthy of contact with a human representative. The store itself, routes everything through a VRU that gives you another phone number to dial and start all over with if you have a question like do you have my package there. The driver, due to reasons known only to himself, would not leave the package at my door. A slip was left with some illegible hand writing saying an address where I could pick up my package. There was no apartment number so the other 11 people living at the same building may have wondered if they were missing a package. Just absolutely attrocious lack of service. I will be avoiding having anything to do with this company from now on.

Al Wood: Never have I ever been to a shipping location that charges to print a pre-paid label off your phone. That's right... They charge $4 to print a pre-paid label. FedEx doesn't do that. Other UPS Stores don't do that. And the folks here went through the whole transaction without telling me about the charge. I almost just left until the guy behind the counter said I owed $4. I was genuinely shocked. When asked for an explanation, he said I was paying for his time to print the label. I'm pretty sure that cost is included when the company pays UPS for the pre-paid label. Bottom line: Do not use this UPS Store.

We are having to manage a death in the family and need this service at nearly every turn.We were in just after the store opened. Honestly, we didn't know what to expect.Michael was already working with customers, but had no problem helping us at the same time. Multitasking and not skipping a beat is the name of his game. It's not exaggerating to say he helped about 20 customers while we were there. No one suffered from lack of attention and professional performance. Michael was pleasant for every single person when most people would have been rattled.And Michael, thanks for making a difficult time just a little bit easier for us.

She knows it and I know it but at no time did I ask for 2 DAY A.M.. This is a premium morning delivery that charges a much higher rate. Shame on me for not catching what she was doing. THIS IS TWICE AS MUCH AS I PAID AT FEDEX LAST MONTH!!! It was raining and I wanted to get out of this cluttered expensive store so I paid for it. Boy did I ever pay for it! I WANT A FULL REFUND BECAUSE YOU CHEATED ME BY OVERSELLING AND charging me for something i didn't want or need!!! Tracking # is 1ZRA11360795324809.. I'm calling to complain to UPS Corporation AND to the UPS STORE FRANCHISE Company and to The Owner and Manager of this store who coaches employees to do this!!!

Moreover, the owner immediately jumps online to dismiss any customer ‘s complaints and experiences regardless of the situation.You can call Jesus if you want to, but I don’t have to support companies that handle business this way. This location list my package and at the end of the day, NO RESOLUTION, no concern, no due diligence.FEMALE EMPLOYEE THREATENED AND TRIED TO FIGHT ME!!!Went in yesterday to ask about a package I dropped off almost a month ago to be returned to Amazon, and the woman behind counter I initially spoke to was rude, her manager was a wimpy, passive guy who was facetious and dismissive about resolving my issue.Fast forward, as I’m tellingly him he could have apologized and acknowledged that his female worker was rude to me when I initially came in, he responded with “I wasn’t there so I don’t know what happened” at that point, this female employee (while currently waiting on a customer in her line) began raising her voice at me, dropping F-bombs, make physical threats towards me, threatened to “call her people” to come at me, and ultimately tried to charge at me but another coworker stepped in (the only one in the store with half a.brain) and held her back.It turned into a huge back and forth shouting match between this female employee and I all because they refused to help me with me with a $250 package I dropped off to return to Amazon for refund.This is the first and WORST experience I’ve ever had at a UPS and I will be filing an official complaint with the owner and corporate to deal with this staff.I won’t be returning to this location ever again and I STILL didn’t get my return package issue resolved.

Went to print copy’s, computer did not work and had to wait for the employees to figure it out, they then told me to scroll down and not read the fine print, the computer then did not work I was still charged for my time using said computer. Was told they could not do refunds and to call corporate. Only to call them and be told they can’t refund it either. Such a scam.1 star for the workers doing their best with greedy people running a business. If you want stuff printed go to a public library, stay far far away from this company.

Despite these packages never having been opened… arriving in their original form, we were told we needed to contact Amazon to find another label because “it was our problem.” despite the existing label saying “2 items” and the label itself printed saying 1 of 1.Perhaps we could have arrived at a solution if he didn’t belittle and mistreat my partner when they tried to have a conversation and explain “we won’t buy packaging this is the packaging” and then have this employee refuse service after not providing any actual service to start with! The whole interaction was unnecessarily heated as this employee clearly was ready to take out a bad mood on those who were simply asking for insight and to not be talked so rudely to. Asserting our position that we were simply asking for assistance not to have to purchase anything unnecessarily or that we were trying to simply complete a return should not have garnered the resulting action.The holidays are stressful. We understand. We are just trying to get through. Thank you, UPS gentleman for belittling your customers (we watched him do it to someone else as well) and making it worse than it had to be.

I’ve told myself time again that although it’s convenient to use this location I do not deserve to be treated poorly every, single, time. The balding gentleman with the glasses is beyond rude. After double checking, I see that I typed the email address incorrectly. I'm still angry about UPS mishandling their good-paying customers' property, which their good-paying customers entrust to them. The only complaint I have with your establishment is that, if there is possibly an issue with the package you should tell your customers to strengthen packages for shipment, so UPS doesn't destroy them. It was a pellet gun I took out of the package and shot one time to make sure it worked, and put back up. When I got it back out, it wouldn't work, so I was shipping it back to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. $250.00 down the drain because UPS throws people's stuff around like footballs, and then blames the customer for it. I'll never use UPS again. Again, I apologize for the initial harsh review regarding your store.

C M: Do not WASTE your time calling the (517) number! It is a BIG waste of time getting an answer with a computer! All I want to know is if I can send a fax from there before driving 30+ minutes to get there.

Lansing Rehabilitation: Let me start off by saying that Casey is truly an asset to this company. Cindy the District Manager was able to resolve a issue where in Casey came to the rescue and facilitated even more than expected in terms of customer service and product. My printing for my company was previously done elsewhere but I will now be a loyal customer to FedEX and Casey for sure. If you ever need some one that is responsive, takes action, does what you need and more seek out Casey. He took on two fairly large and time consuming projects and did not fail to provide a stellar product. We received Kudos from all of our patients. But the efficiency in making sure we got what we wanted when we are not the experts made the ease of working w/ Casey the best experience over all. Thank you Casey and watch out Cindy don't let some one steal this one from under you he is a gem of an employee.

Maxwell Chupailo: I asked for a copy of my notes four pages per sheet, double sided, since my home printer was out of ink. They told me that it couldn’t be done today and gave me excuses about how they would need to crop each page and reformat it, which I know is unnecessary for my needs. I went to Costco, got ink, and did the job they said they could not do. I will never return to this fedex or any other and the entire business deserves to go under.
john somers: I believe Katie is an exceptional employee! On numerous visits she has been extraordinarily helpful and gone out of her way to help me. She is an exceptional employee and deserves to be acknowledged as such!! I can't say enough about her, she is WONDERFUL!

Muften Al-bshara: It's really very bad experience I was in the line for 45 minutes to do my order and when my turn comes the employee start process my order in first 2 minutes and he left behind and he does something else and then I just left without doing my order
Bill Figgs: I don't know the clerk's name, but they were one of the rudest, most unhelpful people I've dealt with in some time. I had a pre-paid label that was e-mailed to me from FedEx. The contents of that e-mail said that a FedEx clerk at a FedEx location could print it for me if I showed them the e-mail on my phone. However, the QR code in my e-mail would not display on my phone. Despite having my full name, e-mail address, phone number, as well as the label ID and code, this person said "well, there's nothing I can do for you." That response left me, well, aghast. Given all of that information, it was not at all believable that they couldn't help me. Then a light bulb went off in their head and they said that I could forward the e-mail to the store and they could print it that way, which worked just fine. All the while, this person is being extremely argumentative with me, making counterpoints to every word out of my mouth for seemingly no reason except some apparent, deep desire not to help their customer. They even went on about how they have no way of knowing it's even my label. First of all, huh? Second, I said that I had the entire, full label up on my phone. They said that was of no help and repeated that they didn't know it was actually my label. I said of course it's mine, and here was their response. Are you ready for this? "Says you." Yeah, they actually said that, and in a sarcastic tone. I said, no, says your label that has my full name and all of my information printed right on it. At this point, the transaction was complete and I left. What a bizarre experience.
Scott Scotson: Told me to leave because I was wearing a full face motorcycle helmet. Sorry but my helmet is a lot thicker than a mask and gives much better protection.No other business has ever had an issue with my full face helmet.
