Amara E.: 4 MONTHS and my problem has NOT been RESOLVED or EXPLAINED!! I have put in no less than 12 requests and complaints about not receiving mail since DECEMBER 2022, I have spoken to NUMEROUS staff and supervisors each month, they have blocked my calls, refused to look into my requests for 4 months. I have gone into this branch twice this week spoken to Supervisor Adam who did not follow up or look into for at least the 2nd time since January and was ignored Tuesday so today, Friday I go in person since Adam's desk blocked my calls and discovered upon speaking to another supervisor MY ORIGINAL REQUEST IN JANUARY WAS NEVER FIXED nor the requests in FEBRUARY or MARCH. No one of doing their jobs here and no one has yet to give my any kind of explanation. You will not get issues resolved at the branch level here.They refuse to answer phones, emails or requests put in via the USPS website but direct you to do everything online so they can ignore it. Avoid This branch if you can. It's taken them 4 months and they'd like you and me to believe it takes over a dozen requests to fix a system error that's coat me money.

J. Hassan: Have lived in East Lansing for close to a year now and the only part I don't like about it is the mail delivery here. By far the worst of the 10 or so places I have lived across the state and US. I buy and sell rare books and prints and they are constantly crammed in my mailbox without any regard to whether or not they fit. I have tried to call the post office countless times and have never once gotten an answer, I have resorted to calling the DeWitt Post Office when I have a question.At this point I generally have my expensive items sent to my brother's house in Lansing so I know they will be delivered safe, but I messed up and had one shipped to my home and sure enough, despite it having a huge DO NOT BEND sticker on it, it was wadded up and crammed in my mailbox, ruining the artwork. So frustrating.

The processor was very rude and in such a bad mood, she was literally banging the cabinets, she did not say hello or introduce herself I don't have a name, but she needs to work on how to work with clients. I paid to get a service, and some professionalism must be shown. My intentions aren't to hurt someone in anyways, but to fix the problemAnd improve the service experience. Very disappointed.

Me Me: I am fed up with the delivery mess that occurs when my impeccable deliveryman (Red) is off. I keep getting mail that is 2 to 3 doors off. Again....only when Red is off...he is EXCELLENT!

Chelsea Dee: They helped the person in front of me and then when I pulled up to the window they closed. I had waited in line for a few minutes and there was also someone behind me waiting in line. This was at 2:10 p.m. on Black Friday. I waited a few minutes and when I saw an employee leave the building I asked them if the post office was closed for the rest of the day and they said yes.
Sus Mahmood: I don't know why they have a phone number if they never answer it. I managed to get a hold on someone after calling for days, and he said he'd call me back with an update. No call for 4 more days. So I have been calling them for the last 3 days and they just never pick it up. Disgusted.

Asia Andre-Bell: The office closed early, I was not notified, I had an appointment at 1pm, they were to remain open till 5 according to the website. I called for customer service and inquired about seeing someone for my appointment the next day, i was told no walk ins, I was concerned that there were no appointments online available for this month and was told nothing could be done to accommodate me. And sorry.Prior to going in I had to use a parking meter I never used before. I stood in the cold trying to figure out their machine for 15 minutes and I first underpaid using my card, I could not figure out how to add more time and the machine kept rejecting my card. And coins. I saw that the max allowed time for parking was a little over an hour, I pressed max and it gave me 3 hour more than I needed, overcharging my card. It's just one of those days. I just feel sad and disappointed at not recieving notification of closure, it would have saved so much stress and time. And considering this is not my fault, resceduling with me would have been nice.

Abigail Sweeney: This is small, neat, and tidy airport with typically wait times which one would expect to signify to a friendly, relaxed, and helpful atmosphere. Unfortunately not. The customs officer stood up in his booth and yelled at my 6 year old child who had been traveling all day to get home and didn’t want to have his picture taken at passport control. Fortunately his supervisor intervened to let us move on, but not before the situation escalated. I look forward to future officers letting us parent our children and concerning themselves with national security, which I’m quite sure is not at any statistical risks from tired 6 year olds.

Lansing Rehabilitation: Let me start off by saying that Casey is truly an asset to this company. Cindy the District Manager was able to resolve a issue where in Casey came to the rescue and facilitated even more than expected in terms of customer service and product. My printing for my company was previously done elsewhere but I will now be a loyal customer to FedEX and Casey for sure. If you ever need some one that is responsive, takes action, does what you need and more seek out Casey. He took on two fairly large and time consuming projects and did not fail to provide a stellar product. We received Kudos from all of our patients. But the efficiency in making sure we got what we wanted when we are not the experts made the ease of working w/ Casey the best experience over all. Thank you Casey and watch out Cindy don't let some one steal this one from under you he is a gem of an employee.

They told me that it couldn’t be done today and gave me excuses about how they would need to crop each page and reformat it, which I know is unnecessary for my needs. I went to Costco, got ink, and did the job they said they could not do. I will never return to this fedex or any other and the entire business deserves to go under.

Bill Figgs: I don't know the clerk's name, but they were one of the rudest, most unhelpful people I've dealt with in some time. I had a pre-paid label that was e-mailed to me from FedEx. The contents of that e-mail said that a FedEx clerk at a FedEx location could print it for me if I showed them the e-mail on my phone. However, the QR code in my e-mail would not display on my phone. Despite having my full name, e-mail address, phone number, as well as the label ID and code, this person said "well, there's nothing I can do for you." That response left me, well, aghast. Given all of that information, it was not at all believable that they couldn't help me. Then a light bulb went off in their head and they said that I could forward the e-mail to the store and they could print it that way, which worked just fine. All the while, this person is being extremely argumentative with me, making counterpoints to every word out of my mouth for seemingly no reason except some apparent, deep desire not to help their customer. They even went on about how they have no way of knowing it's even my label. First of all, huh? Second, I said that I had the entire, full label up on my phone. They said that was of no help and repeated that they didn't know it was actually my label. I said of course it's mine, and here was their response. Are you ready for this? "Says you." Yeah, they actually said that, and in a sarcastic tone. I said, no, says your label that has my full name and all of my information printed right on it. At this point, the transaction was complete and I left. What a bizarre experience.
Scott Scotson: Told me to leave because I was wearing a full face motorcycle helmet. Sorry but my helmet is a lot thicker than a mask and gives much better protection.No other business has ever had an issue with my full face helmet.

Sonia: There is something very shady going on with the shipping and postal services around Lansing. My mom ordered a new iPhone and Fedex driver never delivered the phone to us and they sent us an email saying it was delivered. So, it was either stolen by the driver or it was given to a completely different address and it took us DAYS to get it replaced being on the phone 6+ hours everyday. The new delivery people are very careless they just throw packages by the entrance and don't get the right address. Please don't order anything expensive online unless you have security cameras by your entrance because going through the process of recovering is a headache!

I was helped right away. The employee packed my item right in front of me, and the gentleman who helped me had a terrific and personable attitude. The FedEx Office is infinitely better than the UPS Store.
