Roxy Carmichael: In years passed, I would have given them 5⭐️, however when it came time for my most recent renewal I could not get in touch with Intessa. I would leave messages, then finally get a call back at some odd hour, like Saturday at 9pm. I did this back and forth with them for a few weeks, but my card was inching closer to expiring. I gave up on Intessa and had a much better and easier experience renewing online, all from my home. I’m done with Intessa and their long, in person appointments.
