Rich Sawyer: It’s a decent cheap apartment. Management always answers in a timely manner and seemingly are helpful. For the price and location the apartment is worth it BUT thats all contingent on who your neighbors are. First 4 months the apt was perfect, cheap, chill, and convenient. Then I had an addict move in under me. He’d get high or drunk and just start screaming for 24 hrs a day 7 days a week. He’d randomly call the cops on me (while I’m asleep) and tell them that I was threatening to kill him (never spoke a word to him). So it really ruined the last 8 months of my lease. I contacted management numerous times about the situation but it never really changed.So all in all it’s a solid apt with good management but just make sure you pay attention in your tour to your neighbors and sound.
Tyler Bannhard: They illegally evict ppl, without serving court papers or giving any type of notice of the issues before hand! Do not go through morliegh management. Nightmares …
Tyler B: Horrible management, poor communication. Cliff is old and is losing it for sure. U don’t wanna live here, very loud at night, mold grows easily in many areas and if u tell them any problems at all they never help. They just wanna make their money and will try to charge u more than what u agreed upon also if ur not paying attention

Katie Hammond: Quickest maintenance request responses I've ever encountered. Good price for Downtown, especially once you include the free parking. A little noisy, but that's just the location.

Loreal Chavez: If I could put lower stars then 1 I would. This place has been dealing with bed bugs for over 10 years and doesn't never seem to be getting rid of them. They keep spraying poisonous chemicals in these elderly peoples apartments, which could make them sick. Please do not send your elderly family members here. Also chemical treatments are not reliable at all and that's a known fact! They are harassing elderly people and using scare tactics. How do you make a elderly person wait outside their apartments for 4-5 hours to wait until it gets "cleaned" just to do it all over again in two weeks. WHEN DOES IT STOP? Ridiculous
