They even went around and touched up the few paint chips.. I am more than satisfied with these guys! Buying a used vehicle is a hit or miss, but they made sure I was taken care of! Richard Poole: I heard about this dealer from a coworker, who has bought several vehicles from the owner. After viewing inventory, and a couple phone calls with the owner, we were trying very hard to find me the truck I was after. After settling on one that wasn't the perfect truck for me, the owner stayed at the office for 2 and a half hours after close to try and get me a credit answer that day as I was desperate. That night, I actually found the exact truck I wanted at another dealer. I called the next day to tell the owner thank you for all the advise and hard work, however I found exactly what I'm looking for somewhere else. He inquired as to what it was, told me I was getting a decent deal, and even offered to help me further by getting the carfax so I could be sure. And sure enough, I sent him the vin, he sent me back the carfax on a SALE THAT WASNT EVEN HIS! He also advised me on exactly what to look for when I went to look at it, and armed me with some things to ask. When I called and told him I purchased the other vehicle, he was very respectful, still helpful and didn't harass me one bit. This is the first 5 star review I've written where I haven't even purchased anything. I seriously wish they would have had the truck I was looking for, because I would happily have purchased it from them.

Tom C: Buyers beware!!I purchased my car from Prime motorz in late September, sight unseen. The sales guy Gordon assured me there were no issues with the car other than a couple minor aesthetic issues. The car gets shipped enclosed to me and I take it to the dealership to get routine maintenance and oil change only to find there’s a lot of problems. The air suspension need to be replaced, the brakes are less than 1mm to the point I even had to replace the rotors. Supercharger knocks. Tires soon and the list goes on. I took the car to 3 different car shops and dealership and all came back the same, hence why I waited to post a negative review. I call up prime motors and they put the blame on shipping..Didn’t know my brakes can be worn during transportation. Not only does Prime Motorz lie about the condition of the car, they don’t even check it. I even had the previous owners paper work with their information in the glove compartment . It was CARVANA TITLE..DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE REVIEWS ON HERE.I have all service paper quotes and text messages from Gordon to back my review.

Upon researching/calling through 10 different cities and autosales/dealership stores in north, south and west of Detroit, Ryan's Auto Sales ranks up there in one of the biggest rip offs. They purchase used vehicles at their market value and resale them thousands over priced knowing people will purchase the vehicle and no guilt of overcharging/ ripping people off. Thankfully we didnt fall for the bait as we did our research and eventually came across multiple dealerships with better quality and truth in their service leading us to buy a car in less than a day compared to their 1 week paperwork at Ryan's. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

I wanted to buy a 2021 Cadillac Escalade when I walked into the office I was told they had between 15-20 of them so I had a wide variety to choose from right? WRONG. They had 2 and even though I told them I’d leave deposits on them because I came later towards the day, near closing time I was told I didn’t have to as long as I came by the next day. The next day comes I call to get the vin to give it to my bank to finance through them and once again they don’t give me any help, 3rd day goes by same thing, 4th day comes by I call they tell me “oh we don’t have 15-20” ( guys name is ROMEO). ON TOP OF ALL THAT ONE OF THE GUYS WORKING WAS SMOKING A DAB PEN

Tina Shelton: I was online looking to purchase a used vehicle I was looking for an Impala 2020 or 19. I found six Impalas at this car lot! I was very interested in two of the Impalas one was an excellent deal $4,000 less than what they say retail prices the other one had a question mark because the price was so low with such low miles. I then drive to the dealership and of course when I pull through I don't see one in Paola on the lot. I walk into the office and say to them you had six Impalas on your website for sale 15 minutes ago I don't see one on the lot I was told all six Impalas sold last week LOL! This is the most ridiculous dealership I have ever heard of! It is not a dealership remember it is an auto sales. If you want to purchase a vehicle I would suggest you look elsewhere maybe a reputable dealership that actually post the cars that they have on the lot not putting cars with such a low price with such a low miles so that they get you in don't waste your time! This was a major bad experience I was looking at these cars this afternoon looking them up and doing my research that is several hours of my life I will never get back.

Test drove my new car and did all paper work on Thursday . Took about a hour and half getting everything together , drove off in my new car Thursday afternoon . Highly recommended !!!

I would never go there again and I would not refer them to no one go to RiteWay if you need a car

I prefer a hello and welcome to ____, but I also like to just walk around and browse, so a pleasant "let us/me know if you need any help".At any rate, large selection of cars but for awhile, they had large markups on their vehicles PLUS extra "protection " that was apparently mandatory on every vehicle. Not worth the added cost.Overall, clean dealerships, fairly new buildings, plenty of card and friendly sales people. Just make sure you pay attention to what you are paying for.

Ultra Jonny 64: They tried to sell me a lemon knowing it was a lemon. I had to pay money out of my pocket to have a mechanic inspect the vehicle. The results came back with things such as leaking exhaust, broken trunk latch, and messed up airbag system. When I brought up the problems it had, they said "Oh we know it has problems that's why we can sell it cheaper." So you're telling me you knew the issues it had and still chose not to tell me about them? Very unethical. Not to mention the insulting trade offer for my vehicle. It was a terrible experience and I won't be coming back. You shouldn't go here either.

They don't make them like Ron anymore. He takes pride in everything he touches. This man is old school and treated my car like it was his own! As an owner of a Corvette everyone knows how particular we can be. I can't tell you how pleased and really truly honored i am that this man worked on my car. The way I was treated by those in your service department varied from rude, indifferent to flat out no communication. After expressing my frustration to Wes, I was guaranteed a call back from him the next day.... I guess I'd still be waiting, but I have my vehicle back so I'm not expect the call to ever happen.I was given many excuses from Scott as to why calls were not made or returned. I was told I was "lucky" he was able to get me a courtesy vehicle and that they got an engine so quickly. When I expressed my lack of trust in both the vehicle and the service I was receiving he told me quite clearly I could go to any GM dealership, that I was not stuck bringing it to Hamilton.I expressed several times that noone in service seemed to feel an apology for the situation, or even a little kindness was their responsibility. I was told by all three people who I spoke with that GM made the car, we didn't. I left me with the opinion that Hamilton does not stand behind the product you sell.I came to your dealership because I was unhappy with some minor work that was done at my last dealership. I leased the vehicle after expressing to Anthony, my sales rep, that I was there for two reasons:1) I wanted a dealership that I could trust when /if I needed work done to the car. 2) that I lease because I drive into work at 3am. I want a safe and reliable vehicle and to know that it is under warranty throughout my time with it. Struck out on both objectives.I am optimistic, but hesitant to say the car seems to be running ok now. as there was no warning what so ever that the engine was bad until it seized. So every morning I get in and hope for the best. Sad to think that I should consider my self "lucky" that so far it's been ok.

James Mitchell (Bigg James): All around 5 star dealership. In October of 2021 I purchased a 2017 Cadillac ct6 from saleswomen Pat Bugay which was a great experience. She has some years in the business and very knowledgeable about my vehicle I selected. I think my favorite part of the whole experience was when they did a complete unveiling of my vehicle when I picked it up. As shown in the video.last week I took my vehicle in for regular maintenance service and the service rep Aisha H. Was great as always, I had a couple of things done prior but i just drop my car off. This time I decided to wait around and the whole vibe of the dealership was something you would expect from a luxury car dealer everyone was very tentative making sure I was taken care of and comfortable they had plenty of refreshments. It was a couple of salesmen that remembered me and even the vehicle I purchased made me feel like I was welcomed 5star dealer for sure. I've owned 7 Cadillacs in the past and I must say when I'm ready to purchase my next one I'm definitely going to start my shopping here👍🏾.

Danita Douglas: I have had very questionable experiences at this Dealership. From bad customer service, to not having my problem fixed even after bringing my Escalade there three times, only to be ignored and told some made up story of why my brand new, over priced brakes was still squeaking worse than when I brought it in. Also, after taking my truck in for a recall fix, I received a free multi- point inspection and was told I needed over $2700 worth of work done … after getting a second opinion, I got the brakes fixed ( that Prestige put in less than 6 months ago), one of the issues they identified fixed ( also I asked them to fix this previously only to be told they didn’t hear anything wrong) and some other body work done at another shop for less than half of the quote from Prestige. I feel like they did not listen nor was interested in helping me and tried to charge me for work that didn’t need to be done.
