negative creep: I'm in town from Philly and I needed to exchange a $100 bill for two $50 bills as late high school / college graduation gifts. I tried PNC Bank first, but they were unable to assist me because "I'm not their customer." The teller directed me to Old National Bank, which was just a few doors down. When I walked in I was immediately greeted by Ryan, who was happy to help me with my request ... even though I'm not a customer!
